Wow what an absolutely gem. Where do I start? There’s so many positive things to say I don’t know where to start. My husband booked this hotel at the last minute a couple days before departure. The hotel organised our pick up from the airport which was a stunning brand new Mercedes luxury mini bus which had enough glitz and and glam to satisfy the Kardashian’s! Once arriving at the hotel, the reception staff made us feel very welcomed with lots of information about the hotel and local area. To our surprise the hotel run a free service to and from Fira which is an added bonus as we knew we were a 30 minute walk away. Then we were taken to our room by a lovely man who carried out super heavy luggage down the steps to our room. Wow, the view was amazing. The room was spacious clean and fresh with a lovely bed bigger than two doubles pushed together. The bathroom had a rainfall shower with a handset built into an alcove which maybe tricky if your over 5’7! But don’t let that put you off, the views from every angle of the hotel more than make up for it. Breakfast was included which was simple but to a high standard nothing pre packed all fresh. The waiters were fantastic full of energy and knowledgeable. We booked our first evening meal at the hotel and the quality was amazing everything was done to a high standard. The only disappointment was we simply didn’t book longer. If your thinking of booking please do you won’t be disappointed. Absolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈
The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋
The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide.

Fab hotel with great service. The breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from👌 We booked a transfer from the airport through the hotel and this worked perfectly although we had a 4 hour delay. If you arrive after 11pm the resturant and bar is closed at the hotel and there is nothing near by to grab food or drink from. The free transfer to Fira worked really well for us. Drinks at the hotel are expensive and they only issue you 1 small bottle of water on arrival complimentary. I personal thought being a 5 star that tea, coffee, milk and water should have been provided but there is a lidl down the road to get supply's. Visiting the sister hotel opposite Volcano view is a must as the view from there are fabulous. We had a couple of very nice but expensive cocktails in there, but we'll worth it for the view at sunset. Both hotels lacked a vibe at night, although we went out of season so I am sure this isn't always the case. This was perfecf for us as we was wanting a relaxing break. Only criticism is that although we booked a triple room we only had 2 seats to sit outside. I had to ask twice for a second chair as it was taken away. From$135

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff. From$151

Very good, the environment is beautiful, the sister and brother at the front desk are super awesome, and they upgraded the room. The location is excellent, the hotel lobby is the photo spot of the Blue Dome Church. It is also very close to the town center. The key is that the hotel service is excellent. The location of the hotel is very good, the service is very good, the town of Yiya is just outside the door, and you can check in the blue-roofed church in the hotel. The hotel has a private location at the best sunset point for hotel guests to watch the sunset. It takes 5 minutes to walk there. The breakfast is good, the outdoor restaurant on the roof of the hotel has a beautiful environment, and the steak and scallops for dinner are delicious!From$609

Lia was amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. If you ever want to hire a reliable employee with great customer service skills, look no further, Lia is your answer. My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it!
The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.

Going in early April, the price of 2000, although it is also expensive, but compared with June and August, even if it is very favorable. We were two big and one small, and the child was 5 years old. The result was told that I could only stay 2, and then the child added 100 euros. After adding the money, we upgraded to the suite, which is very good. Recently just spent 3 nights at this fabulous hotel, and my friends and myself were completely blown away at this hotel. The views were amazing, the food was spectacular, and the rooms were very spacious. My friend and I had a big suite with multiple rooms and we had our own private hot tub where we spent lots of time at. There are 5 pools spread around the hotel, but the best pool is the main pool by the bar/restaurant. The drinks and food there were very filling and delicious. But the best part of that pool is the pool staff. Our bartender, Marios, was attentive and kept our drinks coming. Vasilis, our pool staff, was very accommodating to us when we had our own day bed. And Maria, who is from the Ukraine, is simply the nicest, sweetest person I've ever met as well as the most beautiful woman i've known. The staff and their attention to details is what makes this hotel one of the best I have ever stayed at. I will definitely be returning!From$282

Breakfast is very rich, I can't eat breakfast abroad, but there are many things. The hotel has a lot of swimming pools. The only thing I can't stand is that the water in the room is a bit salty. It may be because of the island's reason. Go out. There are supermarkets in a few minutes, what is super cheap to buy water, outside 1 euro, 2 euros, supermarkets as long as a few points, then a few minutes is a lot of shops in the business district, as well as the bus terminal, take a bus terminal is the black sand beach, Very convenient, it seems that there are still 3 Euros per person, but I forgot it, it is very cheap, I can also take the bus to Oia Town. In short, it is very convenient. Moreover, the view from the entrance of the hotel is very good. From the hotel, you can walk to the Blue Top Church for up to 20 minutes along the main road.From$86

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was our 5th time to Santorini. The hotel was lovely, really clean and staff were very pleasant. We stayed in a beachfront room and the room was great, however I do think some improvements could be made. For example, theres no where to dry your swimsuits/towels - the balcony is so big that I think they could put a dryer out there. There is hardly any storage in the room and the full length mirror is on the wardrobe door next to the entrance door so we could not see ourselves properly. I also had to hang my dresses on the the curtain poles as the wardrobe was too short to put them in. Breakfast was ok, comparing it to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in it was not a 5 star breakfast - coffee whilst nice from the machine but should have been served to you. Water was always flavoured too which I did not like. However all foods we sampled at breakfast were lovely. We ate at the restaurant a few times for lunch and the food was great value and delicious. Cocktails were €15 and made very well. Coke was €4 a can. There is a QR code on the sunlounger tables showing the pool menu - personally I found this totally pointless as you still had to get up and order your drinks/food at the bar - sometimes they would bring drinks to your lounger sometimes we had to take our drinks ourselves. I think for 5 star hotel they should invest in the app/QR code and allow the guest to order from their sunlounger, as we have experienced in other resorts. The sunloungers are extremely low to the ground so if you have mobility issues then you will struggle to get up off them - the beach beds are even lower to the ground than the pool ones. The sea is unusable - it is so slippery that even with beach shoes you will struggle to get out. I think the hotel should seriously think about putting a jetty so guests can enjoy the lovely water.SOLD OUT

This is the best of the three hotels in the Holy Island (24 in total). The price is around 5k. But this is far better than the other two (canaves oia sunday suites and pegasus spa suites) The detached suite has a garden with two floors, one bedroom and one living room on each floor, which can accommodate four people: the first floor bedroom has a good view of the pool and the base bedroom space has a large view of the bottom of the pool. Champagne is delivered, as if the Santorini suite hotel will deliver champagne. The waiter's attitude did not say very well, the boxes and bags will be delivered to the room after you check in. Breakfast is different every day. Fruits are quite rich but the taste varies from person to person. The pool is small enough for a small, plunge pool that can only be considered a bath. Check out the next day to the canaves oia sunday suites to let the hotel call the car, Mercedes-Benz V, free (probably because the two are the same company) If I come with my parents or a friend next time, I still live in this store.SOLD OUT

The breakfast was very good and the service was very warm and thoughtful. There are three restaurants in the restaurant, including Japanese, Mediterranean and daily Western dishes. In the afternoon, if you are lazy in the room, you will get a snack or something. The location is very good, just five minutes from the center of Oia. Our Alitana suite was wonderful, very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The spectacular view with a huge jacuzzi at the ideal temperature in October!! The breakfast is delicious and very filling!! Access is a bit steep via steep stairs but hotel staff come to guide us and help us carry the suitcases!! Only downside would be that the hotel does not have WhatsApp... it would be easier to communicate on site. I recommend 1000%!! A gem in Oia!

Superbly located 15 seconds from the main street but without hearing it, which is great for reaching activities and restaurants. The roof terrace was very pleasant with its jacuzzi and its direct view of the famous sunset of Oia. The included breakfast was very generous, delicious and of high quality! The most that made all the difference was our host Valentina who was incredibly kind and who guided us in every detail and never hesitated to even accompany us to better guide us in our excursions. I really recommend this hotel!!!

|0.02km from OiaStayed in Santorini for 3 nights and stayed in 2 hotels. The first night was a more expensive cave hotel, and then moved to this hotel. Although this room has no sea view, only a small corner of Blue Domed Church Santorini can be seen from the room, but the reception and bell boy here are much friendly. The smile of the reception was very kind, bell boy was happy to carry our luggage from the previous hotel to Museum Project Oia. On the day of departure, we moved our luggage to the bus stop. They will also prepare a rich breakfast for us, and when they are ready, they will knock on our door and ask us to enjoy it by the pool.
The hotel room is a bit small and cannot fully open a big cockroach. There is a small table in the room full of coffee machines, dumplings, cups, phones, etc. When you use it, you are afraid of the domino effect pushing everything down, so be careful. Fortunately, we chose to have breakfast by the pool, not in the room. I really don't dare to imagine how to dine in the room. There is an electric power station on each side of the bed. There is a wardrobe near the door.
The bathroom is a bit small. The enterprise cylinder has no shower curtain and no glass blocking, so the whole bathroom will be wet when taking a bath. There is a small air window in the bathroom facing the back street, but it cannot be closed tightly, so the sound of the street can be clearly heard. Fortunately, no car can arrive, but there are pedestrians in the room 🚶, not too noisy. The hotel provides personal cleaning supplies, and it is a famous brand Korres in Greece!
There is no direct access to the pool from the hotel room. We have to go to the crowded shopping street first, turn a corner, walk into the alleys before we can reach the pool. So to swim in the water, only wearing a swimsuit 🩱 bathrobe will be a bit embarrassing 😳, it is a bit troublesome to wear neat clothes. But from the busy shopping street, to the quiet swimming pool, lying in a large round outdoor chair, looking at the sky with not much clouds, looking at the kitten 🐈 walking, listening to the sound of the birds, and feeling so comfortable. It’s just that the pool is not a warm pool. We stayed at the hotel in June and still felt that the water temperature was colder.
Breakfast is not self-service, but it is very rich. One person has fruit/Greek cheese, scallops/Greek scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bag 🥖, toast/banner, orange juice, hot drinks. For the ladies, the amount is really a lot, you should not be able to eat, or you don't have to eat lunch.
Overall, the hotel is recommended, convenient location, just in the shopping street, no 10 minutes to the bus stop. The room was also cleaned 🧹 clean.

The grounds within the village look great, are very accessible and safe, and the pool and lounging area is nice. We were taking pictures like crazy of the villa, the pool area, and our suite within minutes of arriving. The included breakfast is superb. The location is perfect: it’s close to the bus drop off but also close to the main avenues of foot traffic for all the stores, restaurants, and viewing attractions. And it has its own lovely upper terrace for the Oia sunset viewing! It was a relief not to have to compete with thousands of other people for a good view of the sunset. Santorini is a very welcoming and safe place generally and we would come back here in a heartbeat. The staff are very helpful and personable. On the day we checked out, we were able to use a hospitality room for our luggage so we could keep swimming and walking through Oia. The staff will help you with your transportation to the airport and will give a very helpful guide to the island. It is way more affordable than most of the Villa-style accommodations in this area, and yet you still feel spoiled while you stay there. It is very much worth the money.

You really won't get a better one anywhere, unless you're paying top dollar for a hotel that's alone on some kind of a rock outcrop - Friendly and helpful check-in guy and porter (carried our bags from front desk which is in another location with no fuss or complaint) - Enormous. More space than 2 people need, and 4 would be comfortable as long as they don't mind a less deluxe bed. Two bathrooms! The suite has a funky, cave-y kitschy charm -Hot tub! THE NOT SO GOOD: - Condition of the entire suite is so-so. One of the showers didn't work all that well (control valve was broken or something). Various other things just not in great condition or high-quality to begin with - NO A/C IN THE BEDROOM! To me this is inexcusable. Thank god it wasn't too hot in late September, but it was borderline, and summer would likely be awful. The only AC unit was in the living/common room - VIDEO CAMERA monitors everything that happens on the terrace/hot tub. I would say the benefit of this for ”security” does not outweigh the loss of privacy. Be advised. Overall, as long as your tastes are not overly luxurious, it's a decent spot with a great view.
