Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights . Love the location , interior . Very friendly and helpful staff , we were offered an early check in , complimentary beverages . The room was very clean and well maintained , with decent minibar . Bed and pillows very comfortable , the style and design of the room very inspirational classic but with a modern twist . The room is big enough, but the balcony is very small and can’t get out. The balcony wall is very high and you can’t see the river view outside. Of course, you may consider the safety factor to get such a high cement wall. The entrance is under construction when you check in, which will affect the traffic and location. Самый комфортный отель, в котором мне приходилось прибывать 👍 1. Безумно красивый отель : как снаружи, так и внутри. Комфортные номера. На сайте можно оставить пожелание по поводу кровати (одну большую или две одноместные). 2. Уборка номеров каждый день (что не везде бывает). 3. Самая классная функция- заказ завтрака в номер! Завтрак невероятно вкусный, большое порции и достаточно большой выбор блюд! На ресепшен вы можете оставить свои пожелания к завтраку , к какому времени вам принести. Спасибо повторам, за такой вкусный завтрак! Рисовая каша как из детства! Сервировка тоже на высоте! 4. Расположение. Все в пешей доступности (до всех достопримечательностей города вы можете дойти пешком, тем самым насладиться атмосферой Петербурга) 5. Приятные работники отеля! Единственный и незначительный минус: 1,5 спальное оделяло, но это опять на любителя. Мы с мужем спим под одним большим. Но думаю , что можно на ресепшен попросить большое. Но опять - это на любителя. We lived in the hotel 8-9 June. We arrived very early in the morning, at 6 a.m. and we were settled immediately. Room 730. Windows in the yard. Very quiet, although the hotel is in the very center of the city. Everything is clean. There is a tea set. A strange solution with champoo, gel and balsam. It is better to pour them into the dosage. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. The location of the hotel seemed great to us. We did not use transportation and walked to the city and Moscow railway station. You can stroll along the noisy Nevsky Prospekt and peaceful parallel streets.
Close to the shopping center, beautiful Oushi.
The room is small but very cozy. Clean the room every day
We could not evaluate the sound insulation effect, we did not hear the neighbors, did not see them, it was out of time.
In a cozy restaurant on the 5th floor, the breakfast is very good with a great variety. We went to the bar on the 7th floor and we could see the view of the cathedral.
I read a lot of complaints about closing windows, including. Those who definitely need air circulation, be careful and write down your wishes. If possible, I think your request will be approved. Everything about us is great.
There is a left-luggage office where you can store your luggage.

Have been here so many times in the past and now found it deserted, empty and grey. Not sure if a bathtub is any longer an extra value (we'd preferred a shower cabin)... same as a spa, if it is that kind of spa... where personnel claims they know better than the customers how to do sauna properly (I live in Scandinavia for almost 20 years and hopefully qualify ;)) We were asked for proof of COVID-vaccination, but then... people at the breakfast restaurant were not wearing masks and even the security guard in the lobby was not always doing so. Breakfast in general has also deteriorated in diversity, but it was bearable ;) Pedestrian walkway along the hotel was not cleaned of ice (well, it was the case of St.Petersburg in general). Perhaps, the proximity to the airport is the best remaining merit of the hotel, sorry to say that... :(((SOLD OUT

If you are looking for a value for money accommodation close to the station, I recommend it. It is located 3-5 minutes from the station and it seems that it is not possible for a woman or a single person to go around the big road. There is a small mart right in front of you, and there is a restaurant around that can be eaten simply. There was an ATM machine in the basement of the hotel, so I could find cash without going to the bank. Early check-in is required, but I definitely recommend the spectacular view around the city.SOLD OUT

You can reach all the attractions including the Ye Palace within 2 times by subway or bus. The hotel’s service is also good and the sanitation is very clean. This past September I spent 10 days in Saint Petersburg, staying at the Hotel Vera. It was partially a business trip mixed in with a much needed get away. As per usual I was treated with the utmost hospitality and care. Various guidance and assistance, ranging from airline ticket changes to searching for the best taxi fare (and everything in between) was always provided by the highly professional and well natured staff and management of this hotel. The proximity to downtown St. Petersburg, along with various cheap, safe, and convenient public transportation options makes the Hotel Vera even more attractive. Great, nutritious, and tasty breakfasts, not to mention the gourmet dinner menu at “Stepnov” - hotel’s restaurant, added even more pleasure to my stay. In summary, great value and a great place. And very unique as well. Exquisite collection of the stained glass from the past century. Paintings of various artists. Intriguing atmosphere of the quintessential “old Petersburg’s” boutique hotel… This is my sixth stay at the Hotel Vera, and I definitely will be back.SOLD OUT

The hotel is just next to St. Isaac's Cathedral, 10 minutes from the subway station and about 10 minutes from the Winter Palace. The English language at the front desk of the hotel is very good and the service attitude is very good. The room was very comfortable and tidy, our twin room, standard single bed. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also good. It is too cold to have a night, so you can eat it directly. It is not expensive!SOLD OUT

The hotel itself is a solid 3 + stars, not 4. The deluxe suite with a view of the Neva is beautiful: clean, the view was pleasing (for the sake of it they took it), a good SPA complex with a swimming pool in the hotel. Additional services (massages, etc.) are quite expensive. But if you take only the entrance to the pool and saunas - it is quite economical. Service is good, clean, but you need to book in advance. Bering restaurant on the ground floor, of course, sadness. The level of service is a weak three. And the feel of the restaurant too. In general, the hotel is pleasant, the location is chic. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

The choice of food seems to be there, but for breakfast is strange, I think, a bunch of salads. What are they for breakfast? With dessert and baking is a problem. Ice omlet. Coffee is terrible. Of the pluses: Water pressure is very good on the second floor. Elevators are always free. There is a parking 400/day Location is very good, straight center. I'm unlikely to come back.

We arrived at the early Sapsan, in 11.15 were already in the hotel. It was necessary to wait a little bit, the cleaning of the room was done quickly. Wide windows, cool to sit and look at the city. By the way, the hotel occupies 4 floors of the old mansion. This is a house with history, in its parade there are tours. In general, for me only the advantages.

Но в данный отель не рекомендую заселяться по причине хамского отношения работника ресепшена. При заезде 30 апреля натолкнулись на недружественное отношение администратора. Выдала нам один ключ на номер. И талоны для завтрака. Утро началось не очень хорошо. Пришли на завтрак ,но нам отказали по причине нехватки мест. Ждите на улице. Они сервировали столы для других крикетов. На минуточку - кафе в 500 метрах от отеля. У нас запланировано мероприятие и мы торопились. Те,кому сервировали,должны были прийти через 20 минут. Я считаю,что обслуживающий персонал должен помагать гостю. Мы взяли и сели за те столы. Завтрак наш занял 10 минут под оугательства официантов. Ладно. Это мы прожили как то . Вернувшись в отель мы попросили отменить нам завтраки. Нам было отказано. Более того,на нашу жалобу был ответ работника ресепшена такой- какие проблемы,взяли б с собой поели бы здесь . Я говорю : у нас мероприятие и мы торопились. А она нам : поели бы на улице. Мне 44 года,мужу 50 лет и мы будем кушать на улице ? Ночью на стойке ресепшена не работает ни телефон ни сам администратор. Так случилось,что муж уснул ( у нас разные были мероприятия и он пришёл раньше ) а я не могла дозвониться до отеля. В отель попасть не могла. С 1.00 до 9.00 утра никто не отвечал. Я сдержалась. Не высказалась. Мне двери открыли соседи ,проживающие в этом отеле в 8.00 утра. При выезде 2 мая мы попросили все ту же неприятную женщину оставить чемодан ( есть такая услуга в отеле ) и спросили будет ли она на месте ? Ответ убил : не знаю. Пробуйте. А мы : у нас поезд и скажите тогда когда можно прийти за ним.? Ответ : не знаю. Забирая чемодан все также вежливо сказали до свидания. Ответ ее : нет,не до свидания,а прощайте ! Питер это мой любимый город. Я никогда с таким не встречалась ! Данный отель я не то,что никому не порекомендую,я буду писать и писать на всех сайтах отрицательные отзывы. Отговаривать людей всячески.

The hotel itself is very nice and friendly staff.
Breakfast is from 8 to 11 o'clock. Congee, toast, eggs, sausage, tea, coffee, juice. For eating and walking-more than just. Very beautiful girl in the kitchen, singing to the song on the radio))
In the room-shampoo, shower gel, soap. Towels for legs, face and body. Clean every day.
The only negative effect is good audibility. We live near the breakfast place, so we heard people who had breakfast before. Keep silent at night/night.

Окна номеров во двор открывать нельзя - там навалено штукатурки толстым слоем. Покрасят - будет красиво. В парадной тоже строительный мусор. Ремонт предположительно до конца августа 2021. Но об этом не предупредили, хотя перед заездом общались с администратором. Если кому-то не принципиально, нет аллергии на строительные материалы - отличная локация. Но считаю, за такие неудобства цену можно было бы снизить и предупреждать заранее. Мы потеряли время и деньги, пришлось срочно в ночь искать другой вариант.

Когда-то в первый приезд мы были очень впечатлены качеством планировки, отделки помещений, номеров, состоянием сантехники, убранством номера... и конечно, идеальным персоналом. Помню, как нам 31го при заселении, за несколько часов до НГ вручили неожиданный подарок. Было приятно. :) Я привязываюсь к людям и когда кто-то уходит, я невольно сравниваю нового сотрудника с предыдущим, к которому привык. Тут же само за себя говорит постоянство в коллективе - Роман, Павел и Виктор, которые с нами уже два года - это выдающиеся профессионалы своего дела. ”Бокальчик игристого?” до сих пор в голове. :) Конечно, и остальной персонал достоин похвалы, просто всех не упомню. Постоянство в коллективе - признак здоровой атмосферы и хорошего управления. Мне нравится всё.
