We arrived on a Sunday and took about 20-25 mins by cab to get to this hotel. Being a Sunday with no cruise ships in it’s a ghost town. There were some open air markets a few blocks down from the hotel but on the boardwalk pretty much shut down. We didn’t mind as we were only here for 1 night. Headed to Anguilla the next day. When you arrive at the airport there is an order to hail a cab, it goes in order on the side of the building etc. it was $20 for both of us not including tip. THe bellman took our bags and within 15 mins our room was ready and we arrived early like 130pm. The hotel, looks newly renovated modern inside. We had a city view. The elevator was small and being on the 2nd floor we opted to use the stairs. The room was large. King bed, huge bathroom double sink, bar refrigerator area Keurig Fuji waters, closet flat screen tv. The Ac unit was wonky but worked. Clean. Plenty of towels. When you come through the lobby there is a really big bar overlooking the ocean, then lower level another beach bar with tables, there are benches seating also outside by the restaurant as well. The restaurant at the hotel,is probably ranked the top one in Phillipsburg but we didn’t eat there. The beach is across from the boardwalk, get your towels by the bar then grab a lounge chair umbrella etc. it was not crowded. Overlooks where the cruise ships come in. Hotel doesn’t have a pool. Place was spotless. Clean new, service was friendly and if everything was open centrally located to other stores shops restaurants. Distance to the ferry was about 25 mins. Plan accordingly. For dinner we walked down towards the marina to the greenhouse pub, more people. Overall if passing through for a night it’s a good stopover.

This was our first time to St. Martin and staying at Divi Little Bay. We enjoyed it so much we've decided to plan another visit in the future staying at Divi again. The expanse of the property is phenomenal. No need to leave the resort for exercise, just do a few laps around the property while enjoying the landscaping, and you'll have your steps in for the day, or, visit the fitness room. A very beautiful well maintained resort with exceptional staff. Everyone was pleasant, professional and willing to help if you had a glitch in your plans. Our room was very spacious, quiet and most importantly, clean! We seldom heard any noise from the outside hallway or neighboring rooms. The view from the balcony was great, watching the ships passing in the distance. The bed and bedding was comfortable...actually better than ours at home. There are several restaurants to choose from ranging in light snacks to fine dining. Gizmo's, the beach side bar, is where we spent a few of our evenings being entertained by Jordan, (great bartender and quite amusing), and the various entertainment venues they hired. There are a few small retail shops; coffee shop, convenient store, clothing store, an activity center for kids, and a spa. A beach shop offering beach gear, snorkeling equipment, dive tours, kayaks and much more. If you have forgotten anything at home, they probably have it at one of their shops. The parking lot is gated so no need to worry about your rental car and there are plenty of parking spaces. It is staffed and you are able to come and go at any time as often as you like. There is even a rental car agency on property. The beach is beautiful, mostly sandy, rocky in some smaller areas, and well kept. Seaweed is raked up early each morning. There are multiple pools to choose from, (7 ?), located in different areas of the resort so you're never far from a pool. The hot tub is located in the central part of the resort with the main pools. A concierge is located in the main lobby to help with exploring the island and tours. We've stayed at the Divi Carina Resort and Casino on St. Croix and now Dive Little Bay and had a wonderful time at both. We have been so impressed with the Divi properties we will definitely be considering their other resorts when we travel.

This resort was a lovely place to spend a week. The unit is spacious, the view of the ocean incredible, the staff friendly and helpful, and provided all the comforts needed. We awoke every morning to a sunny and sparkling view of the beach. As others suggested, we ventured over to the Divi for a meal or two, but would recommend a car in order to take advantage of the stellar restaurants on the French side. We had no issues with our unit or the property and would be happy to return again. Thanks to everyone at the Belair for their hospitality and friendliness. It's obvious that many guests return year after year.

I was lucky to get one of two rooms located on main floor. Front desk hotel was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Barbara who was extremely helpful with ideas and suggestions. You get an electronic keycard which also serves to gain access to hotel after 7:00 p.m. Hotel is located on commercial area. There is a elementary school next door which made for a free alarm clock: 7:00 a.m. Room has cable tv, mini fridge, microwave, AC, iron and ironing board. Toiletries are provided. Wifi worked fine. The Boardwalk and Great Bay beach is only three short blocks away. Boardwalk has multiple places to eat and drink but most only are open until 5:00 p.m. since most of the customers are from the cruise ships. Sunday is pretty much a ghost town in Philipsburg which is great for a day at the beach since there are no crowds. The buses or minibuses that go across the island can be easily taken right outside the hotel since the hotel is located on Backstreet which is a main street. It’s a great way to get around the island if your not renting a car or moped. Each bus will have a sign stating which direction it’s heading: Maho, Marigot, French Quarters, St Peters. The bus to return back is Philipsburg. Fare is usually $2 US. To get to Grand Case you have to take Marigot bus and at the last stop walk to left side of same bus station and take minibus to Grand Case $1.50 US.

The oceanfront penthouse was gorgeous. The bathrooms were newly renovated, the unit was very large and it was spotless. The view to the ocean is why we stayed here. The view is gorgeous. The listing does indicate a balcony, however it is only a slider. Also the photos of the penthouse were before the hurricane and an upper window was not replaced. Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay. This hotel did not have a restaurant or beach chairs but there were many options to choose from with other hotels. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

My wife & I just returned from a much needed 3 week vacation. 17 days were spent at Princess Heights Resort. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. From the very beginning the front desk crew, were so helpful and patient with us. Due to Covid 19 we had to rearrange this trip 6 different times. The we so friendly in conversations before arrival, then after arrival, they were so helpful in all of the information that we needed, as well as so accommodating to any request we had. The whole of staff is so friendly & helpful, from Housekeeping, Security, Custodial, even Construction workers who were remodeling some owners rooms. Our room was so spacious with a large living room. spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinet & counter top space. All utensils, appliances needed were available to us. The double vanity in the Bathroom, The shower & Jacuzzi tub, and cabinet space was amazing. The Master Bedroom had a double closet, night stands on both sides of the bed, a chest of drawers & full length body mirror, still left enough room for me & my wife to have a massage(Several times). Only wish my bedroom at home had this much space. The balcony with the table & chairs & the view that is so breathtaking. We were on the top floor,( Room 1205B) . The resort has a gym, which we both used every day, my wife 2 times a day because of her rehab work. Then there is this amazing pool with a water slide, diving board, not sure of dimensions of the pool, but it is a very big pool. We found this resort after Hurricane IRMA, which was so devastating to the Island. They had had no damage from the storm & you can only understand why when you see where and how this resort was built, not only on a rock, but into the rock hillside. I was so amazed. We will be returning again as soon as time permits. Steve

My mother and I stayed at Atrium for 4 nights in February after returning from 10 nights in St. Bart’s. We have stayed here a few times pre and post Irma. We have no complaints. The front desk ladies are just delightful! They are very professional and helpful. Lord help them having to deal with some of the clowns that approach the front desk. These ladies have the patience of Job!!! We enjoyed a massive two bedroom condo with a beach and Billy Folly Rd. view. It was perfect for us since we dine in most nights so having the activity of the street was entertaining. By 10pm it was very quiet for the most part. Although there technically not a restaurant affiliated with the hotel on site, immediately next door and opening onto the pool is the Green Parrot and Buccaneer Beach. Immediately across the road is a store and the Market Garden is a three minute walk away. You will want for nothing in this location. The Dutch side has done a fabulous job with the clean up and rebuild in my opinion. Yes, work is ongoing but that’s a good thing! Simpson Bay Lagoon is home to only a few sunken yachts but nothing to be shocked about. Some owners have opted to walk away without removing their boats so what is the island to do? I’m sure that in a prioritized manner the vessels will be removed and I hope that infrastructure for local residents is of higher priority. The two bedroom is as comfortable as the one bedroom we booked the year prior for two weeks. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. Excellent air conditioning. The safe worked great. Just follow the instructions closely and be sure to press the button on the inside of the door cover. I read a disturbing review accusing the housekeeper of theft. Who does that? I guarantee it’s the guest’s ineptitude with regard to programming the safe that stupidly prompted her to leave her belongings between the mattresses. To accuse a housekeeper of theft, jeopardizing her livelihood is pretty reprehensible. Then to moan that the hotel wouldn’t feed you or give you money! What world am I in? Personal responsibility is something that people struggle with. Much easier to point a finger and accuse. Anyway, yes pool is small but there are very few who use it and therefore it does the job. It was always clean and refreshing. We tend to arrive to the beach around noon. Never did we have an issue getting beach chairs. As a hotel guest, it’s part of the deal. There will be cruise shippers coming and going day to day but they are generally kept to the right side of the beach (if facing the water). Kim Sha beach is busy and fun. People watching is great! The main reason we book Atrium is because of the convenience. Everything you can possibly need is walking distance. We particularly enjoy a stroll and dinner at the yacht club. The front desk ladies are super friendly and always helpful. Their job is not an easy one. We thank them for always taki

We enjoyed our 7 night stay at the Baker's Suites. Upon check in Charlyse greeted us and assisted in getting our many bags into the elevator and up to our room on the 3rd floor. The room was very clean. Not huge, but large enough. Real bonus that it had a fully equipped kitchen. When we discovered our can opener was broken, Charlese was quick to replace it with a working one. The entire staff was very friendly. Heather, Christina and Shanay were helpful at the front desk. In fact our maid, (forget her name) was always extremely pleasant, humming and smiling and consistant in her cleaning of the room. One thing to mention, the bathroom is not air conditioned. Which seemed weird at first, but actually allowed our suites to dry out nicely. Speaking of air conditioning, it worked great too. Better than some of the high end resorts we have stayed at in St. Maarten. Room also comes with vouchers for a cafe right down the street. You have your choice of a breakfast or lunch item each day (per person). The location of this hotel is right on Simpson Bay beach and convenient to many restaurants and bars. Great spot if you do not have transportation. 2 Chaise lounges and one umbrella cost $10 for the day. Note: Some of the best calamari on the island is at The Greenhouse restaurant right across the street from Bakers Suites. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary while on vacation. The hubby arranged with Alexia a great surprise. When we returned to our room one evening, we were greeted with rose petals sprinkled on the floor, balloons and towel animals. Wine and chocolates waiting for our indulgence! Alexia did a fantastic job decorating and made the evening very special for us. Thank you! The only drawbacks with this hotel in my opinion is that there is no pool and that the parking is on a 50 degree slope. Other than that this is a great value hotel. A gem in the St. Maarten sea if you will. For an inexpensive price you receive a clean room with friendly accommodating staff in a quite and convenient location with a fully functioning kitchen and breakfast included....you can't go wrong.

This is an older hotel, in a classic style. It is maintained well and the cleaning staff is dedicated. We have stayed here many times and any couple we bring is pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the place is. Rooms are roomy, kitchenette lets you do some food prep, you can walk to a no-frills grocery store or drive a short distance to Carrefour. Pool is beautiful plus there are multiple place to sit, relax and enjoy the many views. Samantha and Sharon at the front desk are a pleasure to deal with, but honestly everyone here seems to be interested in hosting your stay. Yes the building is older, I think the one thing that you have to get the knack for is the hot water in the shower...get wet, turn it off, lather up and then turn it on again to rinse or you’ll run out of hot water. As another reviewer pointed out they clean so hard here that you likely could eat off the floor. There is always someone working on maintenance as well, patching, painting, replacing cedar roof shingles etc so that it looks cared for. If you want comfort, want clean and don’t need all the frills then this is your place.
