We loved the facilities here! We booked a 3 night staycation for our family (2 year old and 3 month old). The staff was helpful and friendly and our 2 yo played and played and played. We loved it. No need to really leave the hotel except to eat across the street. We will likely go back in the future and explore more of the surrounding area once the kids a bit bigger.

This was our second stay at NUO, to celebrate our anniversary, and it was even sweeter than the first! As soon as you step into NUO’s beautiful lobby, the outside world seems to melt away, and you’re surrounded by a tranquil, elegant, and calming environment. The rooms are clean and luxurious, the beds super comfortable, and the lavish bathtub with a city view is also a highlight! Breakfast at NUO is an entire experience of its own! The breakfast buffet is vast and full of several varieties of cuisines. Every bite of food is prepared with excellence and care, and the staff are all very attentive and helpful. The keystone part of this stay is the amazing hospitality from Frank. Frank took wonderful care of us again, with cookies, fruits, and a personal note waiting for us in the room. He communicated with me via WeChat prior to our stay, to ensure everything would be perfect. While there are many lovely hotels in Beijing, none of them have someone like Frank who will make you feel so welcomed and at home in such a massive and beautiful space. We will always be recommending NUO to our friends, as well as treasuring the time we spent at this lovely hotel. Thank you so much to all of the staff at NUO, and especially to Frank for welcoming us like family!♥️

I have to admit this hotel was the coziest and cleanest hotel I have ever been. The staff was friendly and helpful. The two girls were so sweet, they tried to help us and give us advice. The room was neat, they clean it daily. The hotel is near Universal Studio in Beijing and they offer us a bus to go there for free. Also, they do your laundry for free. In addition, if you want to buy the harry potter costumes at Universal, they were extremely expensive, in that case, the hotel sells harry potter's clothes cheaply.

I stayed here for 2 weeks during my Business Trip, and it had been a consistently good experience, the room is spacious and clean, the location is great as well, a lot of restaurant around and there's a mall right across the street. But the best part of this hotel is definitely the customer service and their staff (and the cool robots!), everyone is so efficient and helpful. 5 Star, Would definitely recommend! Special mention to one of the staff member, 小珈 for always helping me throughout my time there,服务真好!

There is no need to exaggerate the aesthetics of the facilities and hardware. Waldorf Astoria has always been stable, luxurious and low-key. Ella's service is also great, and the communication is very pleasant. In addition, I really like this set of works on the corridor on the way to the Siheyuan. 🤩🤩🤩A small opinion is that the complimentary dinner in the Hutong room is the same for two consecutive nights. Although it is delicious, it is a little aesthetically tired. It would be more perfect if you can change the combination appropriately. Thanks again for this wonderful stay.

Tried an A-Tour for first time and generally location was in the most very good but some distance from main shopping and nearby Metro, but quick taxi ride and easy to locate. While not use the full facilities, it was simple and comfortable, service (front desk etc) all very good and place was clean and maintained well. In many ways it was a quiet good quality hotel in the area near my country embassy, which was reason for trip and hotel/location selection. Maybe will choose again in future but not so often Beijing trips these days.

The room facilities are average, but the service staff is very patient and responsive to requests. The service attitude is very good. The decoration is antique. You have to walk for a while to go anywhere. There is no elevator. There is a lot of luggage. If you live on the second floor, you need to carry your luggage yourself. The Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the National Museum are not far away, nor are they very close. If you have bad legs, you can get there by bicycle or take the bus at the door in 2 stops. You also need to walk a distance to eat, basically about 1.2 kilometers, to reach the place where you can eat, drink and have fun.

This experience was very good. The supplies are complete and comfortable. There are different types of pillows to choose from. Down vests are also specially prepared for outdoor hot springs. The hot spring is halfway up the mountain and half outdoor, which is very unique. The park is quiet and tidy, with beautiful architectural style. It has an indoor playground, a small outdoor plantation, and a shallow mountain climb, making it suitable for the whole family. In particular, I want to mention that the hotel's service is very good. From the reception staff to the cleaning staff, they are all very enthusiastic and meticulous. Especially the housekeeper Xiao Han, who contacted us the night before and received us as soon as possible on the day of arrival to introduce various aspects of the hotel. The service during our stay was also patient, meticulous and very thoughtful! Overall, I am very satisfied and will go again if I have the chance.

This is my second stay in the past two months. There are many places to choose from for my children, and they want to go to Xishan Hot Spring! The twin room I booked has a lot of space, with two 1.5-meter beds and a sofa bed. It's no problem for a family with two children. The housekeeper Yan Qinqin is very good and can help me with my needs very quickly. Restaurant meals The products are rich and the hot spring water is very clean. We went to the hot spring after dinner and it was also very clean! Compared to January, there are new mini kitchens, craft rooms, and special areas for candy parties. Every staff member I met is very nice and really enthusiastic about the guests. If there is a little difficulty, the staff just need to look at it. Come over and help when you arrive. There are many interesting activities during the Spring Festival, which are very good. I will come again next time!

Shunyi Hot Spring Leisure Area Beijing|38.58km from city center
We had an amazing staycation at this hotspring resort. I was very impressed with the customer service we recieved. Everyone was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help. The staff has clearly had 5 star training. I would like to make particular note of Mr. Lee at the front desk. Upon check-in, he served us and acknowledged that not all the staff spoke English and that we should contact him directly over Wechat if we needed anything. On several occassions I contacted him and he was prompt and curtious. He was a great ambassador for the hotel. For example, room service forgot chicken on on salad, and he promptly pologized and arranged for two new compelmentary salads to be sent (i believe this was an oversight as the hotel was very busy with a special chiristmas dinner that night). It is common in Beijing for hotel staff not to speak English, however we did found several memebers of staff that did. For example. when we went to the dining hall, they sent an English speaker over to help us. Further, the dining hall manager checked in with us and personally cleared plates away. Buffet breakfast was above average with western and chinese food. Also, when ordering room service, though they did not speak English, they sent someone to our room with a menu so that we could point to the items we wanted. Overall, the hotel is new and to Western standards of cleanliness and quality. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We were with my 2 month old baby and my 85 year old father, all generations enjoyed our time. The hot springs were very clean (not always the case in China) and they were alongside swimming pools with kids climbing apparatice and water ball pit. It was also nice that there were complementary refreshments (snacks and drinks) at the hot springs. In the winter air, the outdoor hotsprings were great. Finally., though it wasnt a huge attraction, its nice to see the lammas, chicken and horses. Overall, I could not recommend this place more. I will defintely stay again.

I went for a small mini-break to escape the hustle of Beijing. I have been here before with friends. With friends and some wine this place is great. On your own it is great too... but only if you love the Hot Springs. I do. The hotel would be pointless if you don't like Hot Springs / Swimming. My only disappointment was that, because it was mid-week, the breakfast range was tiny compared to when I came with friends on the weekend. Both the hotel and Hot Spring were much cheaper... so that was good... but I felt that they over-simplified the breakfast buffet. Somethings they had before (like jams and preserves) are sealed and have long sell-by dates... so why not put them out? Likewise, why offer only one juice... can't you offer a range but put them in smaller containers if you are worried about waste? The Hot Springs are the clear highlight. I highly recommend going after dark. Tickets seem valid for 24 hours, so I went for a few hours daytime, then back to the room, then again after dark. At night it was so peaceful.

Yanqing Resort Area Beijing|70.55km from city center
It is worthy of being a five-star Hyatt, a brand that upholds attentive service, and another excellent stay experience. This time we booked a connecting room with an elderly person. As soon as we placed the order on Ctrip, the hotel’s beautiful lady named Zhao called us to ask about the check-in requirements in detail and gave us better suggestions. When she learned that someone of ours had a birthday, she even said Will be taken care of. This made me feel the warmth of Hyatt before I checked in. When we checked in the next day, we were really surprised. The room was decorated with ”Happy Birthday” and the room was upgraded to a balcony room, which made the whole family excited. During my stay of 3 days and 2 nights, I could feel the good service awareness and enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff everywhere. Even if I met the waiters or cleaners in the corridor, they would greet me with smiles and give considerate tips, which really created a good atmosphere for the guests. Experience the atmosphere. In addition, the hotel is also designed with very user-friendly details, such as the small platform at the entrance, which is convenient for placing the key card. There is also a small sink in the bathroom, a bath stool is placed in the shower room to facilitate the elderly to take a shower, and the bathroom is equipped with voice-activated lights. There is no need to fumble for switches in the dark, and there is no need to call guests well in advance to remind guests to check out, which makes guests with elderly children less panic. If there are many people when dining, using guided seating can ensure a good dining experience for restaurant diners and avoid the chaos of holding plates and sharing tables to find seats. In short, Hyatt's user-centered management and service philosophy can be seen everywhere. The 90-year-old man in the family is very satisfied with this stay. He said that he will bring his children and grandchildren here when the spring flowers bloom, and he will also come here when his family celebrates their birthdays. Thanks again Hyatt!

This time, the experience has plummeted during the holidays. Every time I went there, the room was prepared in advance, and the room was decorated with children's equipment and upgraded. It’s understandable not to give these during the holidays. Let’s talk about the situation this time. I took the elderly and children and booked two rooms. We went to the hotel at around 12 noon to wait for the rooms to be packed, one at 2:30 and the other at around 4:00. While waiting, the children participated in activities and signed up for the 160 afternoon care activities. The elderly could only sit in the lobby and wait. After dinner, we went to soak in the hot springs at 7 o'clock. The open-air journey from the hotel to the hot springs was not very friendly on a winter night. In addition, the lights in the hot springs were too dark at night, so it was easy to get empty in the pool. The breakfast is indeed of limited quality, and the previous buffet dinner was not highly rated. The summary is, don’t catch up on holidays. Overall, 5 points, and only 3 points for holidays.

Qianmen, The Temple Of Heaven and Chongwenmen Beijing|2.64km from city center
I stayed 31 nights during january 2024 at 7 days inn hotel. I chose this hotel because it was very close to the subway, in the center of Beijing and the heating system was good according to the reviews. I changed room the first day so I could have a little bit better room. The previous room had no universal charger and was very dark, the windows in front of a wall. My room was on the first floor, just next to the shared bathroom and to the water dispenser. The room was very big and quiet (unless people talk in the corridor), not a lot of light but some rooms has more sun light than others. No fridge inside but since it was january I put my food outside the windows if I wanted to keep it fresh. If you want to warm some food, you can use the microwage in the commun area but I never used it. The commun area is very close from the entrance door so it was very chilly. The staff was nice but almost no english. They explained to me how to use the washing machine and once the wifi was not working so they helped me. Internet was definetly not very good but I was able to watch youtube with my vpn. I will start now talking about the shared bathroom (which I already knew was shared when booking) but I didn't know the toilet would be squat toilets. I think if I knew before, I wouldn't choose this hotel. There was no lock in the toilets. The shower room has one and was very cold (because winter). The hot water was always there but I took my shower usually in the morning (so less people). The shared bathroom was dirty mostly because of clients that didn't clean after their buisness. There was regulary water on the floor so I was just going with my shoes on at some point. The washing machine was broken the first 2 weeks and then got replaced. I'm still a bit confused if clients can use it or only the staff, but I used it anyway. The area is maybe a bit empty at first but if you go to the Hong Qiao Pearl Market, in the basement there is a big food court where you can try chinese food (or subway and macdonalds). Overall I liked my journey in this hotel but I think it was too expensive for a shared bathroom this old and dirty. I paid 1000 euros for 31 days.

Everything in regards to our stay at the Grand Hyatt was 6* except for the WiFi which wasn't of international standards. Location was spot on a central network linked to the mall with major big brands Which is linked to the 1st class train system. It's also 30mins walk to the Forbidden city. And the gym 🏋️♀️ and Pool and Spa was simply immaculate and luxurious first class with a heated pool oasis. Wished I could have spent more time enjoying the facilities. And what complimented well to the global luxurious brand was it's staff members! I have to call out the exceptional 2 departments Conceige and Housekeeping which was truly above and beyond!!! Daniel -assisted with restaurant bookings and forbidden City tickets reservations. And when he was off duty he still wechat me to suggest how to maximise the use of our tickets and best way to maximise time to visit Tianamen Square too and tips too on best way all this while he was off duty! Such dedication!!! Another staff whom I like to recognise is Cecila also from Conceige. When asked for directions on day 1, she didn't just verbalise, she left her station and ushered us all the way outside and showed us the right way around to our breakfast destination. On day 2, which is also check out day, she realised its J birthday and made arrangments for not 1 but 2 bakes so that our dearest friends could enjoy together too. She also kept in touch on wechat to organise all our logistical arrangments several times. Each time with a 😃 smile. Outstanding! Housekeeping lady for rooms 1221 and 1220 was simple though and detailed and went above and beyond too. So much personal touch to all that she did which most would never bother! Good job!! And best of all, she didn't expect anything in return. Absolutely admirable! Unsung hero! Check in staff Allan was pleasant and swift with our late check in and made our final day breakfast logistics seamless. Thank you and thanks for responding efficiently on wechat too. Con- WiFi sucks badly.....surprised that a 5* global brand couldn't keep u to. Chengdu 4* service Residence. So frustrating for global travellers like ourselves. Hope the next time we stay here sky guo would have fixed this feedback! Alongside with ensuring that luke warm pre made coffee will not be served. Absolutely charming sales director

Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and polite, though was offered an upgrade like many of the other reviewers I've seen (but not a negative). Pool is very small and a bit of a mess, it is open to the community and the locker room is a bit rundown and it was too crowded to enjoy during my entire stay. The rooms are very nice and clean and the lobby and communal spaces are very nice. 24hr room service is a big plus. The layout of the lobby on the 3rd floor without direct elevator access to the 1st floor is annoying. All deliveries have to be met at the 1st floor and that requires going all the way through the lobby on the 3rd floor and either taking another elevator or two flights of escalators to receive.

We got an upgrade from a hotel room to an apartment with separate rooms, a huge living room, and a kitchen. What we love was the existence of a washing machine to keep our clothing clean. Nearby the hotel was the first Pizzahut store in China and we totally enjoyed having our breakfast and lunch there on some days. The only slight drawback was the proximity to the nearest metro station. As we visited during the winter month and there was no lift facility, we had to lug our luggage up the metro and walked about 20 minutes to get to the hotel. Thereafter, the staff shared with us that there is a bus stop near the hotel and we had been using the bus ever since there to escape from the cold. Overall a pleasant stay and recommended for family.

The legendary designer hotel, the overall service is very good, attentive and warm, the breakfast is not bad, the dinner is average, the restaurant service staff feels a bit chaotic, I called the dinner reservation one day in advance but it turned out that the appointment was not available, I don’t know what happened? Fortunately, normal meals were arranged. The room environment is good, surrounded by nature, but there are too many bugs. This is unimaginable in summer, and a box of tissues is used to pinch bugs! The design of the houses in the entire area is quite unique. It would be great if you could go in and visit. It is also very quiet and suitable for strolling.

Amazing stay at the opposite house. Wonderful design, outstanding rooms and great services from the team. In particular, Jeffrey was very kind, helpful and reactive in the preparation of the stay, always going the extra mile to satisfy us. Big thanks !
