Everything about this hotel is wonderful as the Grand has real charm - it is like stepping into a film set and it's easy to see why Fellini fell in love with the Grand and all it has to offer. It is indeed very grand, timeless and has a magical charm that graces every room you wander through. The hotel is classically decorated throughout and is spacious and well, just beautiful. The grounds are beautiful day and night, with lovely patio areas for sitting. The pool looked amazing but was closed when I was there and they have a private beach. It all felt like a F Scott Fitzgerald novel. My room was exceptional: Spacious, two balconies, walk in dressing room, bathroom sea views and fabulous windows bathed in sunlight through the wonderful charming lace curtains. I also loved the fresh oranges in the room. I was not able to use the spa, as I stayed one night only and it was booked up. That said, it looked great and had a good selection of treatments. Reception was very helpful and efficient and as I was early and my room was not quite ready, I had a drink in the charming bar and they arranged my luggage for me to the room. Breakfast was excellent: Great choice of hot and cold food , selection of juices and a wonderful dining space. A big thankyou to Giampaolo for arranging a fantastic room for me and also to Sandro. I would return to this hotel in a heart beat.

We stayed for a week at beginning of October. The hotel is centrally located-directly opposite the marina , and within easy reach of supermarket, restaurants, busses etc Breakfast has a great choice-with something for everyone of any nationality. Air conditioning and a fridge are standard and bottled water is supplied every day free of charge. ( is this a good idea when reducing single use plastic). In addition there was a drink on arrival and we were given 2 more bottles of water on departure( I refer to earlier comment). The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. I appreciate it is out of season but the pool is closed and this was not explained at time of booking. There were other people who were disappointed about this too. Just a small criticism- our bedside light needed a new bulb. We spoke to reception on first day about this and it was never replaced during our stay.

The hotel is small and lovely located just near the sea. In the suite is modern well equipped kitchenette but we did not use it because there are plenty good restaurants nearby. The breakfast in hotel is wonderful, cheese, ham, bread, fresh fruit and berries, different croissants, coffee, everything was so good! The stuff is smiling and helpful, gym is ok and spa very relaxing.

I stayed at the Hotel Spiaggia Marconi in Rimini from October 6 to 8. From the outside the hotel is nothing special, but I was pleasantly surprised with the interior. The building is rather small, with a small cosy terrace at the main entrance, and a parking lot behind. It is in the first row of the hotels to the large, long, well organized sandy beach. Only the road – Lungomare – separates it from the brach. I had a rather small, but nice and clean room on the 2nd floor, overlooking the sea. The room has everyhing needed, as well as the bathroom. The balcony is large enough for two (or even three people) to sit and enjoy the sight. The beds are comfortable, I came as a part of a group, and we were delighted by the two dinners we had. There was no choice of dishes for us, but we got soup, pasta, main dish and dessert. The food was excellent. The breakfast was also of good choice and quality. On the other side the hotel is on the main street with lots of caffes, restaurants and shops. It is not far from the marina, but the old city center is not reachable on foot. I would certainly choose this hotel for a shorter sightseeing trip to Rimini. However, as it has no pool, that might b a disadvantege for a longer stay/vacation out of summer season. In all, the Spiaggia Marconi is recommendable!

In the peak season of the exhibition, it just happened to meet the peak of the reservation. Some problems occurred during the reservation, and it was quickly resolved after communicating with the front desk. The beach can be seen from the balcony. Behind the sea, the scenery is good. Recommended.

We only used this hostel to literally sleep in, so we didn't get much from the hostel experience during our stay, but it was very pleasant overall. Beds were clean, the location was very good (close to the train station), and we ate breakfast there before kicking off our days and that was very pleasant as well. The city itself doesn't have that much to do, but we also took a day trip to San Marino which was very enjoyable and the bus for that is also close to the hostel.

very small, but very tidy and well managed hotel in Rimini. It is not settled so close to the beach (300 mt. far), but nor so far. The best is that it is settled in a very quite are and it values such much in Rimini...you can easily get fun just by walking for few dozens of meters, but you can get rest in the night and it is such valuable. Every room has been dedicated to one of Fellini's movie and the staff is very very kind and warm...you can really feel as you were among friends, I liked it. The hotel faces of a street where several slots of parking are available for free. Good point...being not on the sea he prices are very good. Give them a chance, you will be positive impressed.

Modern, looks like it's been completely refurbished lately. Funky decor and perfectly functioning facilities in-room and at the hotel in general. Excellent service: I had booked a room in their residence but was upgraded to a room in their main building on the spot. I also needed some extra time at the hotel as was catching a flight from Bologna in the afternoon: the hotel management offered me a very late check-out (1:30pm) with no additional costs and, above all, without even me asking for it. I will most definitely stay there again when in Rimini. This is how a hotel should present itself and be run - no matter the star rating.

Our sons chose this hotel for us as a surprise 60th Birthday gift for my wife. They made a great choice as this hotel is everything we would like it to be. To begin with the location is ideal for bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the beach. The designated beach areas for this hotel are 12 and 14 and you can obtain a discount at these. There is a pleasure bus that runs from virtually outside the hotel which lasts an hour and will take you on a tour which includes the old town area - 4 Euros return trip, 2.5 Euros one way. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and it is from here that you can catch the coach to San Marino - an absolute must if you are in the area. There is also a lovely green park nearby. One word of caution; there are lots of cyclists who don't always stick to the cycle routes so take a quick look over your shoulder before you change direction! As for the hotel itself, I was trying to think of any negatives and the only one I could think of was that there was only one large coffee cup in the room! The rooms are clean and spacious, plenty of storage space, a large comfortable bed, TV, a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks, a coffee making machine and a safe for which there is no extra cost. The rooms were cleaned and made up daily to a very good standard. There is a good sized swimming pool and I particularly liked the gazebos available for those who don't want to be out in the direct sunlight. For the breakfast buffet, there was a good choice of fruit juice, cereals, cold meats, bacon and egg. There was even prosecco available! a late breakfast could also be taken outside. A big thank you to the reception staff Diana and Alice who were so helpful with any request we had and especially for going the extra mile to help us with our lost luggage. I had no problem with the hotel wi-fi throughout my stay. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend it for a stay in Rimini.

My Family have been staying here since 1981 when the current managers Grand Parents where running the hotel. Over the years we have seen 3 generations of this family, each modernising and adding facilities every year. We have probably stayed here between 25 and 30 times and have never experienced a problem. The kitchen offers food cooked to the highest standards, and if you are not keen on the menu of the day (3 courses and 3 choices of each) the chef always has alternatives available. The location of the hotel makes it a perfect choice. The beach is on one side of the hotel and the shops on the other. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help wherever possible. I m looking forward to our next stay. Thank you everyone at the Aristeo, Kathy, Simone and Victor

Hotel is good location. Staff are excellent from reception through restaurant, bar, cleaners and gardeners! Hotel is very clean in both the room and common areas. We used the bikes a few times. They were good quality and of course being at the seaside cycling itself is flat an undemanding. There are a lot f cycle lanes now and a bridge has been built for cyclists and pedestrians to join both halves of the park making it very easy to get to the Old Town. This was our second stay and would certainly stay here again if we come back to Rimini

We wanted a relaxed few days by the beach and last minute booked with the King Hotel. Everything was satisfactory with the room. The employees were very helpful with check-in and parking. On our second night we decided we wanted to stay a third, then by chance ran in to the owner who was exceedingly friendly. He chatted with us and invited us to a dinner party the next night for all of the hotel guests. We don't speak Italian so we never quite got the full story and understood what the party was for, but the next night we showed up to an absolute feast! Seafood, meats, cheeses, dessert, beer, table service, more than you could imagine, and all on the house! We can't thank the owner enough for this hospitality and for caring for his guests so much. We've never been so surprised and pleased with a hotel experience.

Very nice hotel overlooking the beach. We had side view which was nice. Small balcony but there are no seats for sitting out. Room size was reasonable & bed was very comfortable. Lovely restaurant area overlooks beach/sea. Felt breakfast was disappointing both days we were there. Hot food was not kept topped up & fresh. Bread selection was also poor & didn’t appear particularly fresh either.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian area in the very downtown. So it is fantastic to explore Rimini by walking. If one drives is really complicated. We did not know that( maybe a mistake of “ booking”?) and moreover it was during the holiday season, so arriving to the hotel was a nightmare. It would have been nice to get an e- mail from the hotel telling us about the streets closed to the traffic. We wanted to visit nearby places during our stay but we just went to San Marino and decided to stay in Rimini the next days since driving was so difficult. It is a design hotel. So the reception, the breakfast room ;which works as a bar and restaurant as well, are very nice. About the room... it is different. The bathroom is big and nice to see but not really practical. The shower is in front of the toilet and sink and does not have any glass separating the area. So when one takes a shower everything gets wet which of course is very unpleasant. The bedroom area is quite small. There is little place for one’s things. There is only one mirror in the bathroom and a placard is inside the bathroom too? Not very convenient in my opinion. About the minibar located outside the room, I would not have problem, but it might happen that one wants to drink something late at night... anyway... The service in the reception was just ok, the ladies in the breakfast area were nice and helpful and the cleaning ladies did a good job, but the second day we arrive about four in the afternoon to rest a little bit and the room was still not ready. The breakfast was very good. So pros and cons...

I travel to Rimini often on business and never would consider staying anywhere other than Hotel Alisei Palace. This is the first time I have ever reviewed a hotel more than one time, but it deserves the recognition and my own personal appreciation. This has become my "home away from home" when I am in Italy. Not only are the rooms large and comfortable, but the manner that the hotel is managed and the friendliness of the entire staff cannot be any better. Breakfast each morning is included in the price and is very good. Each time I visit, I am remembered by name. Anna has been recognized by others reviewing their stays and she is tremendous. She has given me great suggestions of local restaurants and sites to see when I have time. Each evening when I return, she remembers exactly what I like to drink after the long work day and has it ready for me when I come back down from dropping my bags in my room. I then can sit outside near the pool and enjoy some light snacks and my favorite cocktail, a RG Special. We were traveling to Italy with 4 friends that had never been to Italy and I wanted their time to be special when we were in Rimini so naturally I had to bring them here. When you have experienced the best, why stay anywhere else. When your travels bring you to Rimini, take my advice, stay where you are remembered, where the know your name seemingly even if it is your first time staying there, and truly appreciated your business, and this is at the Hotel Alisei. Thanks Anna and all the team at Hotel Alisei for your kindness and attention.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, and was positively surprised regarding the services and hospitality provided. The hotel is very close to the seaside, maximum 3 minutes walk. It has a modern design. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean, bright, with balconies. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was highly needed for the summer season. The ladies at the reception were super helpful and friendly. I was also positively surprised about the breakfast: Italian style usually includes simple coffee and some paistries, but this one was more than outstanding. Yogurts, dry fruits, omelets, bacon, fresh fruits, homage cakes!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone having a vacation in Rimini

My husband, myself and our dog stayed here on our long journey from the UK to Greece. We had booked a one night stay but it was so wonderful that we decided to stay for another night. It's a small, elegant and immaculate hotel. We stayed in room 206 which was tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was served in the small restaurant area which was located in the reception area. A good selection of food and drinks were available. The hotel is fronted by brother and sister team Davide and Rosella, who were both so welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble, plus the hotel is very dog friendly! The hotel is in a great position, not far from the main road but far enough to be away from traffic and noise. A short walk takes you to restaurants and shops, plus there is a park across the road which leads to the old town of Rimini - well worth a visit. There is also a small car park at the front of the hotel which is another bonus. Overall, this was a superb hotel and I would certainly stay there again and strongly recommend it! Fabulous!!

The Aria is quite new and in good condition. It's in a quiet residential area only a few minutes walk from the main street of the beach area (that has plenty of restaurants and some tourist shops). The beach is a further few minutes away. The historical center (which the locals consider to be the city center) is about 20 minutes away by foot in the opposite direction. The closest proper supermarket is quite far, almost 1 km away. The hotel had an underground garage for paid parking. It had high capacity in two floors, but with very tight turns and quite small parking spots for each car. We had a junior suite, which was a single room (but quite large for such). The breakfast had a wide selection and the items were of high quality. Despite of the covid-19 pandemic it was a buffet, but not self-service: a waiter/waitress collected the items you asked for. There was a small pool on the roof, with nice views on the Adriatic sea on the other side and the hills (including Monte Titano with the three towers of San Marino) on the other. There was a good amount of sun chairs at the pool area. There was also a bar and room service served food also in the pool area. Pool towels could be rented for 3 euros (it was possible to use the same towel over multiple days, if you wanted to). The Wi-fi was fast and reliable. There were a few nice surprises: prosecco in the minibar as welcome drink and water bottles to go when checking out. On the other hand I would have expected some extra explanations at check-in because of covid-19 (e.g. explaining the safety regulations for us foreigneirs when checking in), but there was none.

It wasn't many reviews about this hotel, but I must say the hotel is very good!! Location is perfect and if you compare to the closest expensive hotel as Milton Hotel Rimini, which is next to the Biancomano and twice more expensive. Of course, there is better breakfast and dinner, but if you like to try a different type of food and not to be tired of the same food, it's better to choose a cheaper hotel as Biancomano and the rest of the money spend in different restaurants. Hotel in looks little bit tired from outside, but rooms is new and very clean. There is now nothing extra, but you have everything what you need to have good sleep. It's 5 minutes walk to the beach (which cost 15 euro for 2 people and umbrella ).also closest food shop just around the corner, which is very helpful if you like to have a bottle of wine on your balcony in the evening. If you came here for few days probably it will be not enough time for you to discover the city centre as to weather is perfect to get tan, but you can get the tourist train which is going around the city in the evening from the beach and go across the area. Breakfast in the hotel is very limited and simple and if you like to sleep it will be nothing for you when you decide to come down around 10:30 am. The city is small so its very easy to get from the airport to the hotel and back. Trip cost around 20-30 euro one way, so if you are lucky to get cheap plane tickets it's per place to spend one of the weekends in warm place :))

The Hotel is quite striking from outside and the internal decoration is based on Fellini - the film director. I was travelling alone and had opted for an Economy Room. The room was small but with a full double bed, wardrobe, mini-bar fridge and a work surface. The Bathroom was large, spotlessly clean and a good selection of toiletries was available and replenished each day. There were French doors onto a veranda with a small table and 2 chairs and, had the weather been better, I would have used it more. The Hotel is well placed for the centre of Rimini and the beach area. I visited in October, so the number of Tourists was slowing down and I can imagine that parking etc could be more difficult in the Summer months. There is a big Car Park opposite the Hotel - they do not have dedicated parking. The breakfasts were very good, as was the coffee and there was a range of restaurants within easy walking distance for the evenings. The rooms are served by a lift and all the public areas were very clean. The multi-national staff were very helpful.

My husband, my 3 kids, daughter in law, and 3 year old grandson stayed here for 7 nights. The rooms were nice, although small, as is normal for Europe. We had a nice view of the ocean. The room was well appointed, with safe and mini bar. The bathroom was large, but shower doors were folding, and made the shower feel small. Check in was easy, desk staff was nice enough, although we did get wrong info from them a couple of times. That was about bus schedules , though, which seem to change on a whim, so I can't blame them. The misses were with restaurant and staff. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. A yummy wheel of parmesan was my favorite! The first morning though, I wanted to bring tea and coffee up to the room, as we were still exhausted, and not ready to face the world. I made my tea, and asked for a cup of coffee to bring upstairs. The waiter told me no, with no explanation. I said I just wanted to bring it to my husband, who just woke up. Again he said no coffee, and something else in Italian. I said sorry, I don't understand, he shook his head and walked off, muttering, "Americanos" under his breath. Very rude. Another waiter gave me coffee, which I took up. Add it turns out, you aren't allowed to bring that up to your room, I assume so you have to pay the €4.5 fee for room service. Well, that was my bad, I honestly didn't see the sign. I apologized to him after we ate, adding he was fine. But he spoke English, as did other waiters, so someone could have explained it to me. It's a dumb policy, to me, but I'd have complied. The first few days the fruit was covered in fruit flies, and the pot of hot water was never hot. So, mostly a great stay, but better communication is needed.

It's a small gesture but it is showing you the attention they pay to their customers The hotel is is very well situated (about 200 meters from the sea)and very close to the restaurants area, very convenient The breakfast is huge and delicious, made of good and local products The swimming pool is clean and really refreshing after a day at the beach Want more ? Suite Hotel Parioli was for more then 3 months, our family home in Rimini. The Hotel is placed in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Rimini (Marina Centro) few steps from the see. It’s close enough to reach at the beach in a 3 min. relaxed walk, and far enough from the noise of the city. Near the hotel you have a lot of restaurants, shops, pharmacy etc. Basicaly everything you possibly need. If you can’t find somethng ask for a tip at the reception, they will be more than happy to help you. In just 15 minutes you can be in the city center walking. We stayed in a Superior Suite at Parioli for 3 months, during winter. You have to know that Rimini’s winter is mild, it’s more like spring. We felt like beeing home. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you can see both + and –. Parioli’s team strive each day to have only plus. Kind, open, warm but first of all good professionals, all of them from the first position to the last have just one goal, to make you feel like home, in a discreet way. The appartment is big enough for a familly 2+1 or 2+2 (confortably long therm stay). With both AC and heating system it is ideal for anytime of the year. The furniture is custom made and designed to be first of all functional and to exploit the maximum of the space. Enough space to deposit your things. So, it is a livingroom with a chicinette with hob, fridge, microwave (with all you need – pots, pans, cuttlery, plates, cups, glasses, kitchen towels etc. I have to say all are suitable for microwave and have a good italian quality. We left from home with a lot of thinks that we tought we’ll use it, but we didn’t, cause they already have it.) A nice long balcony with two entrances (living room and bedroom). Comfortable bed and a big dresser in the bedroom. Bathroom was very clean, with bidet, clean towels and toilet articles. For a decent fee you can wash and dry your laundry in the hotel. Cleanliness is one of the hotel's strengths. If you have to stay in Rimini, do not hesitate to choose Parioli!

· Before arriving in Italy we were looking at this hotel and the Milton and chose the Milton which was the wrong decision, during our stay we visited the Waldorf and met the manager Nickola who showed us the pool and a room and we then booked for some days at this hotel at the end of our trip. Wow, so glad we did! The rooms are massive and we had an amazing wrap around balcony that was bigger than our room at the other hotel! The staff were excellent taking our bags up to the room as we arrived ( and we checked in early). It was our anniversary and they sent up a bottle of Prosecco! We spent a lot of time on the roof terrace which is spacious and has a bar... plenty of sun loungers and a lovely big pool. Breakfast was fantastic with so many hot and cold choices as well as gluten free and the coffee was lovely! This hotel was brilliant, located bang in the middle of everything and we only wish we had stayed here from the start of our holiday! Well done Waldorf!!
