In places like Europe where you have to pay for toilets, this hotel is definitely good value for money. Many hotels more expensive than him do not have a kettle and coffee, but this hotel has it, which is a minimum respect for guests. I stayed here for one night because of the train to Germany. I felt that their services and facilities were worth the money. I decisively booked a hotel in Germany after I returned to Paris. Although there are many black people near the train station, they do n’t look very safe, and they are actually very safe. The surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are very convenient, especially when walking to the supermarket at the corner where Lafayette turns left, only 0.68 is a can of beer. A large bottle of water 0.97. This is the cheapest store I bought in Europe. highly recommended.

The whole experience was superb. Everything was perfect. The location, the room was veryyy big, everything was very clean and tidy. The location is central, you can go on foot to Lafayette or take the metro which is literally outside the hotel. MUST: Go for breakfast or late night desert at La creme which is on the right side of the hotel!!! Dont take hotel breakfast you will not need it!

Not sure where to begin but let me just say first that I cannot imagine Paris having a hotel as miserable as this one. I posted a review on hotels.com after we checked out on May 19, 2022 which as of this writing they ”forgot” to post. If you are into smelly rooms, the sole elevator not working, paper thin walls, coffee machine not working during their so-called ”breakfast”, scary and noisy neighborhood, then stay here. I booked two rooms for two nights with our grandchildren. foolishly paying up-front. Bad mistake. The smell in the rooms was horrendous. The only thing worse was when we opened the windows and took a whiff of the outside air, which was an alley between buildings. I just hope and pray for your sake that Tripadvisor posts my words. MUST TO AVOID!!

We stayed six nights at this fairly spartan property that was fitted with basic room attributes including a small refrigerator, a hair dryer and a tiny safe. We requested a coffee maker and received a hot pot with instant coffee. Getting an iron in the room proved a bit of an ordeal. The room was clean and the beds were quite good. Hotel staff was uniformly convivial, accommodating and helpful with exception of an encounter with the night manager (more on that later). Only one low voltage outlet in the bathroom was provided that could power an electric razor. My daughter brought a dual-voltage curling iron and hair straightener that could not be used in the bathroom due to lack of an electrical outlet. Staff ultimately provided an extension cord to be strung from the nightstand, and over the bed that my daughter was able to use to reach a wall mirror in the bedroom. We had the misfortune to be at the property during the annual Pride celebration at Place de la Republique directly in front of the hotel. My wife has mobility issues and we had to push through hundreds of drunken celebrants to get to the only entrance to the hotel. Scary stuff getting pushed along by a mob where my wife could have fallen and been trampled. I understand the Pride celebration is a public event but its a scheduled event that the hotel could have alerted clients to and made provisions to have opened a guarded entrance on the backside of the building away from the inebriated mob. With an early morning departure to the airport, I went to the desk the night before to check out so we could leave quickly the following morning. The front desk clerk advised that the hotel had my card on file and my e-mail address so they would send me the bill thereafter with nothing additionally to be done the next morning - just drop the key and run. As we were leaving early the next morning the night manager told me that I couldn't leave because I hadn't settled my bill. He inferred I was skipping out without paying the bill. I recounted the discussion I had the previous night and he repeated firmly that the bill needed to be closed out before we could leave. It was an uncomfortable encounter that was unnecessary. Somebody needs training here and its not the client. In summary, I'd say this property lacked many expected elements for the price point and as such could only describe it as providing moderate value. The lack of provisions to accommodate client access during the Pride celebration and the check-out snafu made it seem that they were somehow new to the game.

Great hotel in a good location! About 10 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Lots of food around the hotel. Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful with pointing with the directions to touristy places. Only downside was, the lift was under maintenance when we were there, however staffs helped with the carrying of our luggages. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Paris!

The location of the hotel is ok, it is very quiet, and Sofitel is right next to it, it seems to be better. Paris st regis is too small, there are almost no other facilities except the restaurant. After staying for four days, it was a bit boring after a few days. The room is a top-floor terrace room, you can see the Grand Palace and the iron tower

Room, service, location, breakfast are all in general, look like it is better than the ordinary hotel, the price is here, but it is still worse than Paris Liz, the room is a strange irregular shape The service is a kind of fake face, the smile is not a smile, the restaurant produces only the second-rate, the gap between the form and the substance is too big, it is difficult to restore the reputation of Bristol, the location is not at all, just away from the Elysee Palace, compare Many politicians have lived, so the reputation is greater than the essence, very not recommended.

I don't eat a lot, so I'm satisfied enough. Chocolate croissant is delicious (personal opinion), it was a family trip, but the comfort was good

True to its brand, this 25Hours hotel has style in spades. The room was stylish and comfortable and the hotel service was quick, attentive, and helpful. The location of this hotel is basically perfect. You're a short subway or bus ride away from most of Paris's many attractions and located directly across the street from one of the city's largest train stations, meaning you have access to trains going all over France, including to the Paris's airports, meaning loads of taxis are also nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel and my stay. My only complaint is that the rooms lighting seemed to be harsh and needlessly complicated in the hope of looking cool. In the end, I unscrewed several of the bulbs.

Location is really amazing Staff was nice to us However the room really is very small and the window is next to air-condition/ventilation machine that kept making a banging sound all making it hard to sleep. Receptionist told us can't do anything as they are full now and can't offer a different room (I have read many reviews where people had the same experience, so if it was true or not that the hotel was full we'll never know) Not so sure about cleanliness either as I saw mud on the floor and bathroom didn't look very clean.

Bercy Paris|3.79km from city center
Location: Wonderful, it's next to Barcy Village, a shopping area, with many restaurants, cinemas and stores. Along with a park and the metro station, within a 2 min walk from the hotel. There is a Metro supermarket along with a Carrefour there too. On a map it seems a little far from the centre of Paris, but its a lovely walk along the river and a lesieryly walk took us into the heart of Paris within 1 hour walk, or just take a 10 min taxi ride or a 10 min subway ride. Location is great. If you go into the centre of Paris then you probably looking at small 11-18sqM rooms, don't do this, travel out a little bit and get a room that you can relax in. Room Good size, modern, clean. Big TV, fridge, desk etc... Some bad things now, the AC did not seem powerful enough to keep the room cold, it kept the room cool, but not cold. Also, there were no plug sockets near the bed for charging phones, so bring a really long charging cable Bed is comfortable and the big windows provided a nice open feeling (note, the windows do not open though) Fast Wifi too. Bathroom: Big, clean, modern. Good water pressure, a big mirror with good lighting but it did steam up - but not a big deal. Has a bathtub and shower combined. Breakfast / Food Buffet-style breakfast with patties, eggs, bread, yoghurt, cheeses, tea, and coffee - all pretty standard for most European hotels that offer breakfast. Cannot say I was amazed by it but was not disappointed either - normal. We did have dinner at the hotel which was lovely. Beautiful salad and pasta. No complaints here. Facilities It's like a modern art gallery. Has giant sculptures everywhere, table football, ping pong tables, a hairdresser/barber, a cinema room, a BBQ area, a pool, spa, gym... it's a lot for a hotel to have. It's almost too much but it's lovely to have and if you are spending a long time in the Hotel then there are many things you can do - but we were here only for a few days so did not try out everything. But much better to have than not. Gym Some free weights, a yoga studio area, a punching bag, callisthenics bars - it's all pretty good. Set in the basement of the hotel and accessible only by 1 of the 4 elevators they have is annoying, but again, Pullman offers a lot of facilities Pullman is a wonderful hotel which offers large rooms and is a plus in a city like Paris. Everything is clean and modern with only the AC power being below average. I cannot say Pullman is the cheapest hotel, next door there is an IBIS but we wanted a larger room - I would book Pullman again, especially if they have a good price. For a short stay it is good because of the location and for a long stay its good because of the room size and facilities.

The hotel is great, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very good, a must-have every day. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. There is a towel drying rack in the bathroom, which is convenient for drying small laundry. There are many restaurants within a five-minute walk from the hotel, and it is also very close to the subway. All in all, it is very convenient. If you rent a car, there are common roadside and parking lots at the door, free of charge. Highly recommended. It is 5 kilometers away from San Siro and very close from Milan Central Station. It takes about ten minutes to drive at most.

The basin was clogged on the first day, and it was disgusting. However, I provided feedback to the reception on the second day, and they sent someone to fix it. So the problem was solved. Overall, I was quite happy and grateful for the reception giving me my requested view with a bathtub. Looking out from the room on the 30th floor, facing the breathtaking view and river, it just made my day when I woke up or was going to rest. The bed is huge and firm, a plus point for giving me a good rest after a day of walking. However, I was just a little bit disappointed because initially, I was told that the indoor swimming pool was free for guests. Still, when I revisited on the second day, I found out that I have to pay for it. The breakfast was average. There is still room for improvement for the choices of bread, cheeses, yogurts, and hot food, etc.

Breakfast is very good, not a buffet restaurant, is a set meal, more than the extra money. You can add an extra bed, but the super bed is indeed very big, the hotel is in a good location, just near the Eiffel Tower, but if you don't choose a view room, you can see the street view. The design and collection of the hotel lobby are highlights, the small garden can not be missed, very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, the honesty can be said to be normal, the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptions and smooth communication. Overall it is still great.

Stayed here for 7 nights for our holiday in Paris. Service was great from check in to concierge to helping us open wines we bought outside. The concierge helped me to book the taxi to CDG, smooth and reliable. Our family room was spacious, and offered a great view to the Latin Quarter. Comfortable beds and well designed bathroom is exactly what we needed after long days in museums. The location was very convenient. The location is unbeatable as far as distance from many historic attractions. For the price of the room ($700) it is quite expensive as the room is simple, as are the amenities. Old style hotel which i liked, room was clean and comfortable bed and good shower but that is where the good ended. Location is not the best, not many restaurants around, quite a walk to the Louvre. Be aware there is a tiny lift but there are more stairs on each floor to negotiate with suitcases. I am loyal to Accor and feel as a gold member I received zero benefits. Room was not ready at 3pm (2pm check in) and had to wait with no chairs to sit on, no welcome drink offered, probably the worst room in the hotel, booking said city view instead we had a lovely view of an internal wall and windows on the 3rd floor, incredibly difficult to get a 1 hour late check out, constantly fobbed off to next shift, when finally granted the cleaners kept coming in so we gave up and left. Staff were unwelcoming and generally unhelpful. Felt as if I might have just walked in off the street instead of spending a lot of money this year in Accor hotels, in fact most of the Ibis hotels we used had better rooms and staff. Definitely better hotels in Paris

Would highly recommend this Hostel. Location is right next to a metro but also a good walking to distance from many other metros and place de la nation which is great for restaurants. Didn’t eat at the hostel so can’t comment on that but the buffet breakfast did look good & all guests get 10% off food and their own beer during the stay. I found all the facilities to be clean, the bathrooms are out with the bedrooms which I find to be good as you don’t have to be dead silent. Could be doing with a door to the urinal and some hooks on the toilet doors and not just the shower door. Rooms are decent sized the only downside was the positioning of the main room lights & switch. if left on overnight was annoying and very bright. Each bed has a light though which is good when the main light is off. Hairdryer also available which can be taken to the bathroom. Friendly staff and large reception/bar area where there is something on most nights with lots of people in attendance. I was a solo traveller this occasion and would recommend to others.

We stayed here on two different occasions in October. We chose this hotel since it was close to our friend’s home in Paris. Our first stay was for one night only and we were given a room on the top floor that had a lovely outdoor balcony with places to sit and enjoy the day or evening in Paris. We really enjoyed the balcony and the room was clean, comfortable bed, and enough space. The little mini fridge had a complimentary bottle of water, a bottle of juice, a bottle of soda, and a bottle of sparkling water. Those complimentary drinks was a very thoughtful and welcomed plus! After a trip to London, we arrived back in Paris and we stayed here again for four nights. This time we were given a room on the first floor. The outside noise was noticeable. Every day in the late afternoon, there was some type of film class filming a report outside our hotel window. Early in the morning, we would hear large banging noises from some type of truck outside our windows. Our room was on the backside of the hotel so it was not along the busy street. The beds were still very comfortable and the room was very clean. We had the complimentary water, juice, and soda in the mini fridge. Each day, they would tidy up our room and usually they would refill the mini fridge with complementary drinks. This was very nice and definitely a plus. We did not care for them leaving our windows open each day and the window did not lock. The neighborhood was absolutely wonderful! There are many fantastic restaurants nearby (Mokonuts and L’ aubergeade are two we highly recommend), a wonderful farmers market that seems to be open daily with fresh produce, and nice boutique shops nearby. We loved exploring the area! We found a wonderful little pastry shop that we visited every morning and they made the best cafe eclairs and almond crescents. It was a little shop with a small park across the street called Blè sucrè. This hotel was also close to several metro stops which made getting around Paris easy. We would definitely stay in this neighborhood again and we would stay at this hotel on the top floor again. The reason it is rated four instead of five is because the first floor was noisy and the window did not lock.

The hotel must be booked by car, it is too far from the subway station, the night road on the return trip is a little disturbed, after all, the local is hard to say. This is insufficient environmental hardware. But there is a leclerc supermarket across the street, full of temporary needs. Staying enthusiastic, just have to wait for a while. The rooms are not large or small, and the design is consistent with the style of Accor N stores, which are more used to it. The price / performance ratio may not be expensive due to the location, far from the city center, and all attractions and traffic points. But it takes time to travel. The equipment is not too old in other respects, and it is acceptable to stay. The air is also okay, the view is on the side of the main road, which is relatively wide, but the building is irregular, so the rooms have different sizes. See the purpose of the line. On the way, I encountered locals to show the way, so I didn't take too many wrong paths. Breakfast is also consistent, bread is unique to France, but drinks are not fresh and fruits are average. The coffee is average, but the new kusmi has a lot of tea. There is no automatic coffee machine in the room, but I got a bottle of Evian.

Close access to metro, taxi station and convenience of a great bakery and a supermarket. 5-7 minute walk to the Arc de triomphe and the popular The Avenue des Champs-Elysée. An extremely clean facility with very professional, pleasant, and hospitable staff. To make the long story short, we had to get out of our reservations with another hotel due to false advertisement and needed to get a place to stay, literally at the last minute. Monsieur Laurent, was the kind gentleman at the front desk at Mercure who patiently and kindly helped us with our reservation and got us into the last available suite they had and took a great care of us. From that point on, every staff member from housekeeping to the dining area as well as the other front desk staff at various shifts, followed suite with genuine kindness, hospitality and care. They literally saved our trip from turning into a disaster because of our original travel package hotel reservation! The room was very clean, extremely comfortable bed and pullout sofa, perfect temperature with a very comfortable shower system. The balcony was the cherry on the cake; we had the view of the streets and rooftops of Paris, just like what you see in the movies. Quiet and peaceful, not noisy. The breakfast area was extremely clean and the service was superb. The breakfast line up was very well rounded with fresh breads, croissants, variety cheeses, juices, coffees, and of course eggs, bacon, and sausage as well as variety of cold cuts, fruits and jams; everything was always fresh with the best presentation. Safe area with a ton of places to shop. My family and I will most definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend it to all.

Environment: The room is very spacious and the location is five minutes walk from Galeries Lafayette. Service: The little brother at the front desk is too handsome, very French and very caring and old and we wink. The security at the door is also very good. Recently, the French riots will remind us not to run around at night and tell us which areas can't go. Facilities: The hotel's restaurant food is also delicious!

The location is right at the Gare L’Est. It is very convenient. You can go to a lot of tourist places without changing lines. The only drawbacks are the cleanliness. Sometimes there is hair in the towel. The carpets have some stains and grey. The best of all is the buffet breakfast. It is the most delicious breakfast among the hotels we stayed.

Location is perfect. The apartments view was stunning. The staff were, friendly for the most part. The Trip description said to call the hotel to arrange check in. I called 3 times, each time I selected the English option, I was on hold forever and nobody ever answered. Upon arriving, there's a check in desk. Please update the Trip description to reflect this. Also, FOR TRAVELERS LEAVING THE HOTEL, DON'T LET ANYONE LEAVE THE HOTEL WITHOUT A KEY. YOU NEED A KEY TO GET IN THE FRONT DOOR. MY 70 Y.O. MOTHER WAS LOCKED OUT, IN DECEMBER, BECAUSE SHE WENT TO NEARBY RESTAURANT FOR COFFEE WHILE I SAT IN THE APARTMENT.

I visited the hotel twice the same week. The first time there was a problem and the room was made available with delay and it was not perfect. After my complaint all the staff behaved as I were their most important host and the second time we found plenty of surprises. Never experienced a reaction as positive as theirs

The staff was very friendly and multilingual. Some of the reviews made me hesitant about the room and shower/hot water, but our experience was perfect. Hot water everyday readily available and the room was the perfect size for the two of us. They remade our bed and refreshed linens daily. Highly recommend this place as it is walkable to the most iconic site in Paris and is very close to metro/rer trains, restaurants, etc. Photos attached were ones taken of the Eiffel Tower from walking onto the drive outside the hotel!

Rooms were snug but nice; we didn’t spend any time in our room except to sleep so this worked well for us. Great facilities including nespresso machine, mini fridge and microwave + tv. Shower was luxurious and had great pressure. Cleaned the room and gave fresh towels each day. Staff are kind, offered us restaurants to try etc. Can request breakfast to be delivered to your room at a time that suits you but we didn’t do this and went out instead. Location felt very safe. Didn’t really enjoy the buzzing in and having to ask for keys each time you arrive and leave but that’s all and would be my only improvement!

position: Very good, directly opposite the hotel is Metro Line 6, about 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, about 5 minutes to the supermarket, post office, drug store, Chinese restaurant, drug store, I seem to see 3 , High degree of convenience. There is a Direct2 line from Charles de Gaulle Airport to the Eiffel Tower, which is only 10 minutes away from the hotel, which is more convenient. However, we do n’t know where to buy the ticket, or the RER, and the RER Express on the return trip, there are very few stops, and there are few people on board. Soon we will go to Charles de Gaulle. Safety: Every day I try to return to the hotel before 9:30 pm, and occasionally I will go back more than 10 o'clock. After 9 o'clock in the evening, there are fewer pedestrians on the road, and there are not many passers-by to the subway. Moreover, the Paris subway is not as bright as domestic subway stations, the gates are bright, and the subway entrance in Paris is similar to the domestic underground walkway. I was still guilty of walking on this road after 9 pm, but I felt relieved as soon as I walked near the hotel. Once there was a coffee shop at the crossroads downstairs of the hotel, it was open for a long time, and there were people sitting outside eating at night; second, there were several roads radiating around the hotel, and it didn't feel very empty; third, it may be because Familiar environment. room: The standard double room was booked. The room is not big, but there is a door from the entrance to the bed. When you close the door at night, it feels like a bedroom at home, which is pretty good. There is a safe, a kettle, and a bottle of mineral water is delivered daily. No slippers, toothbrushes, and socket adapters. Although the hotel is just across the subway, it feels quite quiet after entering the hotel, and the room is soundproofed. It may also be because we happen to live on the side facing away from the subway. breakfast: Breakfast is the same every day, but it's ok, just DIY by yourself, mix and match every day. Compared to China, the French breakfast may be relatively monotonous, but it may be the national situation of others, not too high. Service staff attitude: I didn't deal with the hotel service staff very much. I went outside every day. I only spoke a few words during the check-in and check-out. The attitude was normal, not enthusiastic or cold. Every day the room is cleaned up and it doesn't move your stuff, which is not bad.

I stayed in Paris during a very expensive period - I have no idea what was on, maybe fashion week?! Or maybe just the first Parisian summer after Covid... who knows. So I picked this hotel because it was a bit cheaper and I'd never stayed around the area before. There's not a great deal of touristy stuff but there are some great local restaurants and bars, and a huge Carrefour about 15 mins walk away if you want to bring any food souvenirs back! The guy on reception whose name I unfortunately forgot was super friendly and recommended a great restaurant to me very close by. He also mentioned that you get a great view of the Eiffel Tower from the bridge nearby - I also saw the top of it from the balcony in my room :) The room was clean and comfortable - standard chain hotel style but a bit more stylish with some artworks at least. My only gripe is that the air conditioner wasn't really coping... but I just opened the windows for a while to let the night air blow in, then it seemed to keep the room cool for the rest of the night.

The hotel is neat and clean and rooms are very well-maintained. The breakfast service was also really good. While the location is extremely convenient, there is a bit of noise from the traffic so maybe there is some way to insulate the rooms from this. On one night there was quite some noise from someone talking loudly till about 1 am. So, aside from getting the room slightly better insulated, I think the hotel is very good value for money

We usually pick hotels that have a great location. This hotel is in a fantastic location. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly! I have no complaints about the staff at all. The only reason I gave the hotel four stars is because of the rooms. The deluxe room is a great size, but some of the shampoo bottles weren't filled. There was also questionable stains on the chaise (oh dear). There was also a hole in the ceiling. When we went, the hotel did let us know there would be no hot water for a couple hours and that they were experiencing varying water temperatures (from cold to hot). However, these issues are not the end of the world. There will always be issues no matter where you go. The executive lounge at the top is great for night snacks that runs from 530 to 730. The lounge closes at 11 pm. There is a wide variety of seating and drinks. Definitely worth visiting also for nice views.
