На сайте можно оставить пожелание по поводу кровати (одну большую или две одноместные). 2. Уборка номеров каждый день (что не везде бывает). 3. Самая классная функция- заказ завтрака в номер! Завтрак невероятно вкусный, большое порции и достаточно большой выбор блюд! На ресепшен вы можете оставить свои пожелания к завтраку , к какому времени вам принести. Спасибо повторам, за такой вкусный завтрак! Рисовая каша как из детства! Сервировка тоже на высоте! 4. Расположение. Все в пешей доступности (до всех достопримечательностей города вы можете дойти пешком, тем самым насладиться атмосферой Петербурга) 5. Приятные работники отеля! Единственный и незначительный минус: 1,5 спальное оделяло, но это опять на любителя. Мы с мужем спим под одним большим. Но думаю , что можно на ресепшен попросить большое. Но опять - это на любителя. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. Have been here so many times in the past and now found it deserted, empty and grey. Not sure if a bathtub is any longer an extra value (we'd preferred a shower cabin)... same as a spa, if it is that kind of spa... where personnel claims they know better than the customers how to do sauna properly (I live in Scandinavia for almost 20 years and hopefully qualify ;)) We were asked for proof of COVID-vaccination, but then... people at the breakfast restaurant were not wearing masks and even the security guard in the lobby was not always doing so. Breakfast in general has also deteriorated in diversity, but it was bearable ;) Pedestrian walkway along the hotel was not cleaned of ice (well, it was the case of St.Petersburg in general). Perhaps, the proximity to the airport is the best remaining merit of the hotel, sorry to say that... :(((SOLD OUT

If you are looking for a value for money accommodation close to the station, I recommend it. It is located 3-5 minutes from the station and it seems that it is not possible for a woman or a single person to go around the big road. There is a small mart right in front of you, and there is a restaurant around that can be eaten simply. There was an ATM machine in the basement of the hotel, so I could find cash without going to the bank. Early check-in is required, but I definitely recommend the spectacular view around the city.SOLD OUT

This past September I spent 10 days in Saint Petersburg, staying at the Hotel Vera. It was partially a business trip mixed in with a much needed get away. As per usual I was treated with the utmost hospitality and care. Various guidance and assistance, ranging from airline ticket changes to searching for the best taxi fare (and everything in between) was always provided by the highly professional and well natured staff and management of this hotel. The proximity to downtown St. Petersburg, along with various cheap, safe, and convenient public transportation options makes the Hotel Vera even more attractive. Great, nutritious, and tasty breakfasts, not to mention the gourmet dinner menu at “Stepnov” - hotel’s restaurant, added even more pleasure to my stay. In summary, great value and a great place. And very unique as well. Exquisite collection of the stained glass from the past century. Paintings of various artists. I had stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights back in September and it was recommended by a friend of mine. I arrived early in the morning and did not expect to have the room ready, thus was pleasantly surprised, when I was able to get into my room by 10am already. The room had a fantastic view to the Cathedral and felt cozy. All necessities were provided. Breakfast was good with a nice and healthy selection and service was prompt and polite. The hotel is in walking distance to major tourist attractions and therefore very conveniently located. I would overall recommend the hotel due to the location and friendliness of the staff.SOLD OUT

The deluxe suite with a view of the Neva is beautiful: clean, the view was pleasing (for the sake of it they took it), a good SPA complex with a swimming pool in the hotel. Additional services (massages, etc.) are quite expensive. But if you take only the entrance to the pool and saunas - it is quite economical. Service is good, clean, but you need to book in advance. Bering restaurant on the ground floor, of course, sadness. The level of service is a weak three. And the feel of the restaurant too. In general, the hotel is pleasant, the location is chic. На этаже куллер с водой, чай, кофе. Нам номер достался небольшой, но всё необходимое имеется. Персонал приветлив, на вопросы ответят, помогут, подскажут. У нас в стоимость номера был включен завтрак. Выбор блюд не большой, но голодным точно не останешься. Остановки общественного транспорта рядом. Мы были на автомобиле. Как таковой стоянки нет, но нам предложили оставить авто во дворе дома, где располагается отель. Единственное, что испортило хорошее впечатление. Окна номера выходили во двор. Отель, вероятно, был реконструирован из одного подъезда жилого дома. А дома в Питере, как правило, ”колодезного” типа. В 4.30 кто-то устроил во дворе пьяные разборки с криками и битьём бутылок, в 5 утра дворник громыхал телегой, а кто-то решил еще и погазовать, заведя машину. В общем, толком не выспались.

Он сразу разблокировался. Мне с открытой дверью спать? В итоге мучаюсь и сплю под гул. Так еще и думаю, коротнет там или нет. Фото прикладываю, судите сами. Завтрак в отеле тоже слабое звено. Рис, митболы, селедка и маринованый лук на завтрак. Неужели нельзя сделать фри и сосиски? Сок только яблочный. Фрукты убитые и в нарезке. Кофе ужасный. Для неприхотливых вахтовиков разве что и то...

Бронировали номер Люкс, в описании номера говориться, что номер двухкомнатный с выходом на балкон, как я себе это представляю это комната- гостиная и комната-спальня, т.е. прием пищи, работа и т.д. в одной комнате, спишь в другой. Зайдя в номер становится понятно, что отель вводит в заблуждение гостей таким описанием, фактически да комнат две, но есть нюанс первая комната это просто коридор/холл откуда вы можете попасть в туалет, на балкон и в другую комнату , из мебели стоит только рабочий стол за которым не возможно работать , так как на нем стоит чайник, кофемашина, телефон, бокалы, стаканы и снежки мини бара, поэтому невозможно поставить даже небольшой ноутбук, места нет! По сути комната вообще не функциональная, в ней нет возможности проводить время. И во второй комнате находится вся мебель : кровать,диван, кресло, журнальный столик за которым мы и ели и работали. Все свое время ты проводишь в одной комнате и ешь и спишь и работаешь. Считаю это обманом со стороны отеля, т.к и описание и фото не дает полную картину номера, его можно назвать однокомнатным люксом, но ни как ни двухкомнатным. Будьте бдительны при бронировании. 2. Не профессиональный и не приветливый персонал ресепшена, в частности Никита, при заезде дал нам неверную информацию, после чего стал говорить, что он такого не говорил, взял с нас депозит за бокалы в номер(3000рублей) ни какого подтверждения не дал, сказав, что все отображается в системе. Была еще одна максимально неприятная ситуация, которую мы обсудили с его руководителем Екатериной Венедиктовой, после чего этот самый Никита при виде нас демонстративно отворачивался, считаю это непрофессиональным поведением. При выезде нам пришлось напоминать про депозит, ничего они там не видят , так как нам задают вопросы какой депозит? За что депозит?Как давали депозит наличными или картой? Если бы мы не напомнили при выезде о депозите, нам бы его не отдали. Берите с работников ресепшена подтверждение любых их слов, вплоть до часов работы ресторана на завтрак, пусть все вам пишут. 3. Меню некоторые блюда не соответствуют фото , нет состава блюд , мне как аллергику это важно и отсутствует вес блюда, это важно для понимания, сколько блюд заказать и чтоб не зависеть от настроения повара, сегодня 100 грамм завтра 200. 4. Клининг вопрос нет, все быстро, чисто, по запросу. Плюс вечерняя уборка.

The center is as far away as you would not want to walk on a rainy day. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning, change of towels were every day. Responsive staff. Breakfast was included in the price. There were porridges, meat, fish and fruit. Everyone could choose their breakfast according to their mood. We were quite satisfied with our stay at the hotel / (Rus) Отель расположен на берегу полюбившегося нам канала Грибоедова в достаточно тихом районе. В пешей доступности - Новая Голландия. До центра далеко настолько, насколько в ненастную походу не хотелось бы идти пешком. Номера просторные, чистые. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. Отзывчивый персонал. Завтрак у нас был включен в стоимость проживания. Были и каши, и мясо, и рыба, и фрукты. Каждый мог выбрать себе завтрак по настроению. В общем, остались довольны пребыванием в отеле.

|19km from city centerFront Desk staff is very professional and attentive to needs. Great customer service by Daniil, Katerina, and all others, sadly i did not get everyone else’s names. Best breakfast I ever had in a hotel!Big choice of Healthy food - Syrniki were delicious. It is located on the same parking lot as the SP Expo, which is about 30 minutes drive to the city downtown. However, they provide shuttle service to the closest subway station and airport. Just take pictures of the schedule at the Front Desk.

Very quiet, although the hotel is in the very center of the city. Everything is clean. There is a tea set. A strange solution with champoo, gel and balsam. It is better to pour them into the dosage. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. It will be nice to return, tk the hotel is very conveniently located. Все очень близко!
