The location is genuinely great, right in Chinatown. Downstairs, you can find anything you want to eat. It's a perfect spot for Chinese tourists because you can get Chinese food anytime. If you need a convenience store, there's one right next door. You can also head to Chinatown for noodles in the morning. Across the street, there's a theater currently showing a Michael Jackson musical. You can check in online in advance; they'll send you an email. I checked in at the front desk, and the Indian guy was very friendly. They gave me a high-floor room. The room size isn't big, but it's just right for one or two people. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and it's very clean. However, there's no complimentary bottled water or slippers, which really surprised me. The bathroom also lacks a bath mat, so be careful when showering. Otherwise, everything else is pretty good. The gym isn't large, but the equipment is sufficient, with plenty of machines for compound training. I didn't opt for breakfast because there are so many food options downstairs, all within walking distance. The lobby bar on the ground floor is lively in the evenings. Overall, the price-performance ratio is excellent, but many things are minimalist, like the lack of slippers and water. The location is good, and the comfort level is adequate. So, if you prioritize price and location, this place is a solid choice.

The location is great, very close to the city station for the airport shuttle bus. It's super convenient to get around with the free tram zone. I was really happy with the room size (surprisingly, it was the cheapest hotel on my trip but had the biggest room!). The facilities were decent, though the floor was a bit old. There was a stain on the bed sheet, but I was too lazy to ask for a change and wanted to avoid any communication hassle, so I just slept on the other clean side of the bed. What I don't quite understand is that the stain was in a very obvious spot, so the housekeeper couldn't have missed it when making the bed, yet it was left there. As for service, they only provided one small bottle of water for the entire night. When I tried to ask for more, the staff spoke English very quickly and I didn't quite catch it. I was also worried about being charged if I misunderstood, so I just gave up and bought water from the supermarket myself. They also gave very few tissues, perhaps that's just their eco-friendly approach.

Overall a good location as there are 2 tram stops just a quick 3 to 5 mins walk away from the apartment. There is a minimart and 7-11 just downstairs, convenient for picking up necessities. The apartment was quite big and had very useful amenities like a washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and big fridge. Unfortunately, the air-conditioner wasn't the best for me as it was a standing type located near the window in the living room. Despite adjusting to the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, the bedroom was still quite warm. Body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner and towels were provided but not toothbrush, comb or bottled water. There was a kettle provided but I would prefer having bottled water provided daily. I was also surprised that housekeeping was not provided for my 5-nights stay. Fresh towels can be requested by hanging a sign on the door before 8 am. Generally a good stay but do note that the reception counter is not open 24 hours, so if you arrive outside these timings, separate arrangements should probably be pre-arranged.

Loved the old world charm of the Windsor without  scarifying the comfort of improvements. Had a wonderful High Tea on the Saturday afternoon and a table service breakfast. The location is great too. Highly recommend it.

The room comfortably accommodates 6 people with three double beds, and the bedding is very clean. Each floor has a desk with charging points. The WiFi speed is decent. Breakfast includes sandwiches, toast, milk, coffee, cereal, and unlimited drinks. There's also a gas stove, which is great if you like to cook your own meals, like boiling an egg. The living room on the first floor is spacious enough for dozens of people to have meetings or chats. A major plus is its 8-minute walk to Southern Cross Station, located right in the city center on King Street. **Environment:** Quiet, safe, and convenient. **Cleanliness:** The bathroom is very clean, gets daily cleaning, and has no unpleasant odors.

Need to check in on the 2nd floor. Location: It's on a very narrow street with a small sign, but it's close to Chinatown which is quite convenient. Downstairs, there's a Chinese noodle restaurant that accepts WeChat Pay, and also a cafe. Cleanliness: Overall, it's quite new. There are no toothbrushes or slippers, and the room isn't big, but it's fine for one person. It's cleaned daily. The sink, toilet, and shower are all separate. There's a kettle, but no bottled water; you need to go to the 2nd floor to get water. I stayed on the 24th floor, the elevator is fast, and the night view from the window is nice.

The night receptionists were great, with excellent service. The location is in Zone 2, and you can catch a ride right outside the corner, though for a group, taking an Uber to the city center might be more cost-effective. The hotel's design meant that none of the bathroom doors had locks. In our first room, the bathroom door was semi-transparent with a large gap on the side, making it uncomfortable and awkward since there were four of us sharing the room. After speaking with the staff, we were moved to another room with a solid wooden bathroom door, which was much better. However, the new room's lighting was very dim, and some power outlets were loose; even their own lamp would fall out. The small cooking light in the kitchen was also broken. The towel rack in the bathroom was attached to the ceiling, but the ceiling around it was cracked and looked like it was about to fall, which felt quite dangerous. One day, I requested room cleaning and left a note asking them not to make the bed, but the staff didn't even empty the bathroom trash; instead, they left a trash bag for me to change myself.... There were only two tissues left, and they weren't refilled. When I went down to the reception, the staff said they could only make a note to refill them tomorrow, as they didn't have any immediately available. There was no phone in the room, so I had to go to the front desk myself to find staff. Each shift only had one receptionist, so usually, I'd have to wait 10-15 minutes while they dealt with other guests, which was ridiculous. It's not that the staff are bad, but they are severely understaffed! Also, because there was a kitchen but no cooking utensils, when I asked the front desk, the receptionist had to personally bring a set up... they're clearly too busy!

The staff were kind and easy to work with, the location was good and close to trams, but far from the main shopping and restaurant districts in Bourke St and Collins St. The hotel room was neat and clean, however I couldn't find a hairdryer

Location, lobby area was really nice. For a Raddison brand, areas they can significantly improve on: - Room numbers can hardly be seen as the corridors dimly lit . - Sink tap handle fell off on first use - reported to receptionist. - Mould/dirty on the caulking/silicone around sink and toilet..refer to photos - dark colour stains on the wall? Refer to photos..

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Southern Cross Station, just a few minutes' walk from where the SkyBus drops you off. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. There's a Coles supermarket and a McDonald's nearby, plus a food street in the vicinity. It's also incredibly convenient for public transport, with tram stops for routes 30, 35, 86, and 96 all within easy reach.
