Breakfast is OK, the nearby traffic is more convenient, the weekend will be similar to the market on the weekend, the overall is good, the price is a little more expensive than the average hotel.

The surrounding environment is not bad, it is relatively safe. Compared with Brazil, it is relatively chaotic. This time it is mainly for hotels that are scheduled to participate in the exhibition. It is not too far from the airport and the exhibition. The sanitation environment is ok, the attitude of the staff is average, the bed is relatively small, and others are okay. The price is still high, after all, it is safe first.

The hotel is not as good as the photos, it is very average. There is not much place to eat nearby. The service was very poor, I had to wait until two o'clock in the afternoon to check-in. Ordinarily, as long as there are vacancies, you can check in early. Check-in here in advance will charge you half a day’s room charge.

The hotel facilities are very general. You must call a car to get in and out. There is basically no retail business. There is a highway. It is very close to the "Central Park" in Sao Paulo, but it is completely impossible to walk. I outsourced the swimming pool together. It’s so small that I praise it for breakfast. Freshly squeezed juice is very good. From time to time, freshly baked buns are brought out in the room. I don’t know why there is no paper. The airplane is over. I can’t wipe a lot of power outlets. No converters. Love

Breakfast is good. Five-star hotel, all conditions are good. The surrounding environment is clean and beautiful, there are shopping centers downstairs, and many restaurants are very suitable for business trips.

More than 1200 prices to buy the domestic Hanting boutique almost the same interior (except the bathroom is a marble package, but this thing has nuclear radiation ... especially the door handle and light switch is not as good as Hanting), the hotel does not have slippers and toothpaste, Shampoo and body wash are too cheap. Breakfast is divided into European-style and Japanese-style, and the service staff is warm and acclaimed. Going out for ten minutes is the São Paulo Art Museum, and on the second floor there is Picasso. There is a shopping centre within 1 km of the walk. Uber can take a taxi for 7 yuan to eat Jiugongge hot pot on Asian Street.

The location of this hotel is really convenient. When there is nothing to do on the weekends, I go around. There are many restaurants to choose from. I ate a Japanese restaurant and the dishes are basically localized. The owner created a new drink because it is pink. It’s also rare that the boss tried hard to talk to me in English and recommended it. I tried it and it tasted really good. There is a carrefour about 5 or 600 meters away. I remembered that my local colleagues recommended local milk to me, so I bought some local milk and fruits. It’s very fresh; the hotel’s breakfast menu is a little bit more, but the ingredients are what I value most. In addition, one day I worked overtime and returned late. I was so hungry that I tried this eight-catch fish in the hotel restaurant. I don’t know what to do in the alleys. When I ask questions in the circle of friends, everyone’s brains are open...

The location is very good for those looking for peace and quiet in the hustle and bustle of SP, the hotel is a spectacle apart with the green of Burle Marx at the side, very spacious rooms with walk-in closets and large bathrooms. The service and attendance are excellent.

The hotel is located in a gathering area of Japanese descent, relatively safe, surrounded by a lot of Japanese food, and eating is more convenient. If you participate in the exhibition, you can consider it, cost-effective, and the hotel facilities are relatively outdated

I've been staying at this hotel for a number of years now and every time I do, they do not disappoint. Front desk personnel is always helpful, the valet crew is reliable and housekeeping group always make sure you get what you need when you need them. Very pleased with the service and cleanliness. Besides, the hotel is very close to good eats as well.

Breakfast is general, Western food, Chinese people may not really adapt, only eat a few pieces of bread and milk, others look at their own taste. The room was very well laid out, with a desk and chair behind the bed, and the back wall was a very large mural TV at the front.

I visited Sao Paulo in September 2019 with friends, and we each booked rooms at this hotel because of its proximity to transit, restaurants and attractions. The rooms are awesome, good wifi, comfortable beds, clean, and there's a great breakfast buffet each morning, too. Gym facilities for the health conscious. Close to the Paraiso and Brigadeiro Metro subway stations. Our rooms each had in suite laundry machines, too! A good deal: reasonably priced comfort and great service

A dared hotel design, wonderful swimming pool at the roof top and a Wall Bar just astonishing, either for business or chill out after a long days is a hot spot to be visited in Sao Paulo. Breakfast has been improved and now you have a buffet with a wide variety of fruits, pastry, healthy options with green juice, agua de coco, almond milk and tapiocas on demand!. Fatima is an excellent hostess, with an impressive smile and overall service is optimum!.

The hotel was stayed during a business trip to Brazil and is very Brazilian. However, the room is relatively rudimentary, the facilities are lacking, the sanitary conditions are general, and the front desk staff does not have English to cause communication difficulties. There is a subway around and the transportation is convenient.

The location is really good! There are overpasses, elevators, and the airport is opposite! Very suitable for passengers on the plane! However: it does not matter if the price of the second stay is up, but it does not include breakfast. It is not informed at the front desk reservation, and it will be added to the breakfast fee until check-in! And as an Accor member hotel, when I added points to my computer at check-out, I didn’t. What needs to be improved is that there is no drinking water in the room, and there is no way to get hot water, such as a kettle and a coffee pot. It is very inconvenient to go to the bar to get a little hot water. In addition, the quilt and the blanket are too thin. The two have a total of three pillows and are so thin that they can only lay their clothes underneath, and the toilet drain is blocked at the second check-in. The room is changed to the side of the airport, and the plane roars at night. The ears can only be stuffed!

I had booked this hotel for our last nights' stay in Sao Paulo since it is within walking distance to the Ibirapuera Park. We unfortunately arrived in SP from Rio on a rainy night, hence found ourselves swamped with late Saturday night traffic due to road closures and traffic diversions enroute to our hotel. The hotel is situated in quite a vibey part of town, with a noisy neighboring bar immediately noted on arrival. I had booked the superior suite, so was rather disappointed to find a twin bed setup in a very tightly spaced room. There was absolutely no space between my bed and the wardrobe, and we both felt as if our feet at the end of the bed were just about resting on the TV mounted on the wall at the foot end of the beds. Although there is a nice adjoining lounge area with outside balcony, this Suite can hardly call itself superior!! The adjoining bathroom is also a tiny space, but at least with a decent shower. There is no tea or coffee facility in the room, but there is free coffee available in a flask at reception. There is also a reasonably-priced mini bar available in the room. The included continental breakfast in the morning provides a good selection of fruit, pastries, cold meats, cheeses, and a couple of hot dishes. The concierge allowed us to store our luggage the next morning at checkout, and we took a very comfortable and relaxed 27 minute walk to the Ibira park. The hotel is approximately 40 minutes from the International Airport in NO traffic!

The location of the hotel is good, the environment is very good, the service is also very good, suitable for staying in Sao Paulo. The surrounding transportation is convenient, shopping and eating are very convenient. There are large shopping malls, supermarkets, Chinese restaurants, and buses. It is very suitable for travel. The public security is a bit close to the airport. You can see airplanes flying overhead at any time, but the rooms are very soundproof and worth recommending.

We booked this last minute for a short jaunt to SP. It was a great hotel, amazing breakfast, good shower and bed. While it is located in Jardins and surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars, it is a 10-minute, UPHILL walk to Av. Paulista and the subway. My only complaint was that our AC was lame -- it was stuck on fan mode, and it was so hot in SP! We should have said something on the first day, but I think we didn't realize how bad it was until the next day, and on such a short trip, we didn't feel like moving. Hopefully that was just an issue with our room, and not the overall AC in the hotel!

The room of a bed in the past said that the front desk said that the online picture was wrong and did not give the front desk service very poorly presented the certificate and said that it would be verified for half an hour. The guest said that she went back to the three-story room and was particularly recommended to travel. Do not go to this hotel. Chinese people have a bad attitude and it is hard to hear.

Was my first time in Sao Paulo. Great choice in the Vila Mariana neighbourhood. Warm welcome. Well run. Special Thank You to everyone at the front desk who kept an eye out for my delayed luggage delivery! I had a private room and it was clean and comfortable. Personally I found the smell of the cleaning supplies strong for my nose. Needed to keep windows open to vent it out. Breakfast was great. The ladies who cook it are friendly and cheerful! Pleasant courtyard to eat and relax in. Great bakery and small restaurants nearby. Short walk back to the metro station with easy access to the rest of the city. I had issues connecting with the Whatsapp number of their driver as I wanted to book airport pick up and transport. Ended up taking the new airport train and metro and it was fine.
