The location of the hotel is average, but the entrance is very close to the subway station, which is quite convenient, but there is no restaurant, only 711 at the gas station, the service of the hotel is also very general, the daily water and coffee are also delivered irregularly, and the price is not very high Concessions, because American hotels all have additional service charges, an average of more than 30 dollars an additional day, the most desirable is the hotel's decoration style, and a cafe on the first floor, there are car dealerships nearby, security issues also return OK, there is not much traffic nearby.

The most story-telling hotel in New York is as old as the St. Regis in New York. Marilyn Monroe, the great Gatsby, the Beatles' visit to New York, the smell of women, Home Alone, Trump, are all related to it. The bathroom of the hotel is spacious and the faucet is gilded. The disadvantage is that many of the hotel’s rooms with stunning views facing Central Park have been sold to celebrities as private apartments. For example, a room on the 18th floor was sold to Tommy Hilfiger, which was worth 50 million US dollars at the time and was a famous mansion.

Somehow, a tax of $ 40 per day was charged, forcing $ 10 for dry cleaning, $ 25 for catering, and $ 40 after tax. Since the room charge is prepaid, all costs should be included. This hotel was booked on Booking. This fee was not charged. The prepaid fee was the actual expenses incurred. The consumption was made plainly. Now it is inexplicably cut and feels very bad. Generally, foreign hotels pay a city excise tax at checkout, only a few dollars. This Ctrip platform seems to be competitive in price and actually implies a high additional cost. The consumer is not a fool. These costs will ultimately fall on our heads. The current practice is no different from commercial fraud.

I think I still want to say something about this experience: Let's talk about Ctrip first, I really have to boast about it. We booked a double bed room on Ctrip. Later, after entering the room, we found that it was a double bed. Contact Ctrip immediately. After checking it out, Ctrip confirmed that our set was indeed a double bed, and told us that we could directly change to a double bed room. After contacting, I found that the original room type no longer had a double bed room, and replied that let us directly upgrade the room to a room with a large bed room, and then make up for the difference. I went to the front desk and asked. At present, there are only suites in the big bed room type. If you want to upgrade, you need to add more than 300 US dollars a night. Ctrip said no problem, let's change directly. Have to like it! Let's talk about the hotel, the location is really good, it is very convenient to go anywhere in New York, whether it is shopping, eating, or a taxi, it is very convenient. Several of the more important attractions can be reached on foot. But apart from the location, others really need to talk about it. The service is basically the same. I came back the next day after staying, and found that although the rooms were organized, they were not at the same standard as the five-star hotels in China. The sheets were all hanging out without being tucked back. We changed the room and lost a pair of glasses, and contacted their various departments for two days before getting it back. On the day of the final check-out, we stored a few luggages. We all pushed the luggage into the warehouse and pushed it out. I don't even know what kind of warehouse in the country stores luggage.

The hotel mainly focuses on environmental protection, so there is no disposable toothbrush, and slippers can be asked for at the front desk. The location is not as convenient as in Manhattan, but the terrace view is really great! It's quite close to dumbo. The service is very enthusiastic. The room is ordinary.

It is a general motel class hotel. However, their pick-up service was particularly good. After getting off the baggage, they called the front desk. The car arrived in about 3 minutes. I have not seen such a fast pick-up service after so many places. I have to pay special awards. Breakfast..... not how, don't expect too much.

I warn you do not stay here! I have been here for 47 minutes and I wish I could leave. After booking I found out I have to pay in cash. It is a short walk to the atm at a small store and even they had attitudes and stared. Parking is horrible, my vehicle might get towed as we speak. The room and lodge looked nice on booking.com but in person it is not so great. The owner chooses not to speak english but can understand and is still giving me a hard time with every simple question I ask. If you want to put up with bs stay but otherwise PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We spent four nights at the Elmhurst Hotel as our plans were to be in The City all day each day. This hotel is a reasonably priced alternative to Manhattan-priced hotels. It is a relatively new property located just north of Roosevelt Avenue and convenient to both the IRT-7 el and the IND-E,F,R,M subway trains all of which will get you to midtown Manhattan in 20 minutes. If you arrive at LaGuardia, the Q70 Select Bus Service stop at 74th St is an 8 minute walk to the hotel. The first thing you notice is that the Hotel is very clean. The lobby is small with a vending and ice machine. The front desk is attended 24/7 and staff was competent. While breakfast was included in the room rate, there is no on-premises dining area. A voucher for limited menu options at the nearby corner restaurant is offered. We discovered a superior alternative on 37th Ave (Jackson House Restaurant). Our room had a comfortable king bed with four good pillows. There was a dresser, night tables, large screen TV and a well-traveled desk. The bath had a tub, and soap, shampoo/conditioner, and lotion were supplied. Towels were adequate but a little coarse. The El, while close, did not affect our sleep. Jackson Heights has always been an ethnic neighborhood and it still is today. It is colorful, interesting, and has character. The Elmhurst Hotel delivered everything I expected, and I would stay there again.

Flushing
The hotel was built in the late 1980s by the North American Chinese Newspaper World Daily in the Flushing Chinese gathering area and was then called a local luxury hotel. I have stayed at this hotel every time I returned to New York for more than a decade. It is mainly for the convenience and service of her geographical location. But this stay experience was very poor. The main reason is that the facilities are too outdated and require substantial maintenance. This is specifically reflected in the fact that the toilet's sewage system is generally clogged and even caused the room to overflow. (The American building code does not allow floor drains in the bathroom like domestic hotels, so once the toilet is blocked, the water will continue to flow out and spread throughout the room. We changed I found the same problem in all three rooms, so I have considered the need to change to a nearby new hotel next time. The street downstairs of the hotel also changed from the original one-way street to the two-way street, which caused the vehicle traffic to be more crowded than the original. In addition, drivers in Old New York will be fined by the police for ignoring local road sign changes. This happened to the driver who took us to the hotel.

A very good hotel in the Flushing area. The room is large and clean. The room has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large screen HD cable TV, and the area is very quiet. Similar to other American hotels, slippers are not provided in the room. You can ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste at the front desk. You can order takeaway, deliver it to the hotel lobby and pick it up. There was no breakfast during the epidemic. Flushing Main Street is a 5-minute walk away. There are many Chinese restaurants, clinics and other shops. To JFK, you can take a taxi or take the subway to transfer for about an hour. recommend!

Let me start off by saying that I was only here for about 3 hours last night and did not pay for the room. So my review is based solely on the limited aspects of the hotel which I experienced. I was sent here by the airline after they canceled my flight. I was fully expecting to have to leave and pay for a place on my own, but was pleasantly surprised by what I found. The check in agent was friendly and efficient, even at 2:00a dealing with 20 angry people whose flights had just been canceled. The room was spacious (not New York City "spacious," but actually spacious) and clean. The towels were thick and soft. I was also impressed by some of the little details: there was a coffee maker, kettle, and refrigerator in the room. The high tech looking doorbell / do not disturb / make up room system. There was a memory foam mattress topper. The person who appointed these rooms was thoughtful in their work. My only minor complaints are that the comforter was a little thin for my liking and the pillows were not the goose down that I am used to. Also, if I'm being really nitpicky, the placement of the mirror was strange (not like I had anything to change into). This hotel is definitely worth a look when in the area.

We were booked in the hotel across the road Best Western Plus - which had good reviews, but the hotel had some water problem, so they reserved us a room at the Corona. From the moment we checked in, we were concerned at the very loud noise from the train track just outside the hotel. The receptionist ignored my question about the trains twice, and only chipped in when a man in reception told me that the trains run all night, and after a few days we would get used to the noise. The receptionist said that we were at the rear of the hotel where there was no noise. Well, I can tell you first hand in room 510 there is not only noise but as the train passes, the hotel room vibrates! Arriving at 22:00 for a one night’s stay in a very dangerous looking area, we felt we had little choice, so we stayed, especially as the “helpful” cabbie took the longest route he could find from the airport. The hotel looked like it had recently been refurbished nicely. There was a lift to all floors. Our room had been refurbished too. Large (sadly uncomfortable) bed, which was made with a sheet missing – how can you do that! – plenty of cupboards, desk / vanity with chair, TV and noisy air conditioning unit. Double glazed. The bathroom was very nice with a good range of complimentary toiletries. All that said about the fittings, we didn’t sleep well because of the noise from the train track, and air con unit – and that was the whole point of staying. The breakfast was very basic (paper cups, plastic knives, spoons and plates) with cereal, bread and cakes and yogurt. The only good thing about the hotel, and it wasn’t the price, is that I only spent 1 night there.

Close to Flushing Main Street, the location is very good, less than 10 minutes from the 7th line subway station, the price is fair, relatively cheap compared to the surrounding. Good breakfast, both bread and porridge. The front desk clerk is not the kind of attitude that everyone said is very bad. It seems that the attitude of a little girl is worse, and the others are not bad. Another time I asked the front desk a little guy problem, the guy also took the initiative to take out the phone to help check for a long time. You can park at the street at night and stop at the nearby parking lot during the day.

Objectively speaking, the conditions of this hotel are average, but considering that only half of the price of Hyatt opposite, the price is still very good. The breakfast was too simple, and the yogurt also took my mother to a bad stomach (this is not very sure if there is a direct connection, but it feels relevant). The service is OK. The air conditioner does have other people's reaction. The noise is very loud. It is basically useless for a few days. The facilities are slightly older. But considering the price of a New York hotel, this is fine.

It is suitable for connecting flights. The airport airtrain is just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel is not big, the facilities are good, but the health is average. Hygiene for beds, etc. is fine, but sanitation is not good enough, I feel no vacuuming, and a lot of hair dust. But it should be better than other express hotels in the airport, read the reviews, the others are worse. This hotel is cheaper than other express hotels near the airport, and the price is high. Moreover, the airtrain is easy to reach (one-way fare is more expensive, $ 7.75), and there is no need to wait for a fixed shuttle bus like other airport hotels. The most convenient is that there are 2 small Chinese foods within 1/2 minute walk from the hotel. The convenience store opened by Indians is still more convenient.

I came in on a late flight from Fort Lauderdale to LaGuardia took a Lyft to the hotel and my first impression outside was OH NO! There were people gathered outside like a chill spot but whatever inside should be safe right? Okay so I enter the building and walk to the check in desk where I met the overnight clerk who greeted me with if you want to check in you need to sit and wait 20 min with an attitude. Let’s keep in mind I’m traveling for my grandfathers funeral the next morning, during my wait all I see is a lot of traffic, loud music and smells like smoke which is fine that’s not my business. I finally tell the clerk I’m tired and need to check in so he is like okay and I hand him my ID & bank card he makes copies and hands me keys. I go upstairs to the floor and first thing I noticed is the hallway is disgusting and broken down, loud music like there is a hotel party going on on the room two doors down and smoke. Whatever I’m tired at this point I walk in the room which is disgusting beyond measure, mind you this is New York that has just went through possibly one of the worst, if not worst pandemics in history. The room window was open, liquor bottles, dirty towels, bed sheets disgusting, condoms, old food plates, weed joints, trash, dirty cloths, empty drink bottles, basically everything you can imagine is contaminated and dirty. When I walked I felt terrified and unsafe instantly, once I walked in I wanted to leave the room due to its condition there were people harboring the hallway and I was afraid to walk out for up to 10 mins I sat I the room in fear due to the surroundings and image. I finally found the guts to go back downstairs and I told the clerk that I would please like to have a refund and showed him the videos and pictures of the condition of the room he told me he would not give me a refund and sometimes people get dirty rooms, could you imagine how pissed I am? I sit in the lobby begging to speak to management which he refused to allow me to speak to and told me I need to come back in the morning without somewhere to go after 12AM. I sat there until 2AM pleading with the hotels worker to please give me a refund so I can find somewhere else to go and rest my head to prepare to put my grandfather to rest and he completely ignored me. I finally except another room being that I had no choice which was also not satisfactory but I crossed my fingers and closed my eyes. From 2AM to 5AM the room next to me had people knocking at the door to buy drugs which I can hear clearly through the walls it was terrifying every 20 to 30 mins I could not rest. I would never recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. RUN RUN RUN! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE !
