The location is opposite the Eurostar train station, and the tram station is also in front of the train station, which is very convenient for the free traveller. The room is large, very comfortable and very clean. There is still a large bed with a large sofa bed. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic to help carry luggage to the room. The breakfast at the hotel is also very rich and very delicious.

Hotel is located in a very convenient location, only 2 minutes to the Red District and 5 minutes to the shopping Center. There is a very famous cafe just right next to the hotel. Lots of options at the hotel breakfast with excellent service. The oysters at the hotel restaurant are highly recommended. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. I left my two pairs of diamond earrings at the hotel safe after a week's stay. They helped me find them and poster them back to me in HK. I will definitely return to this hotel next time when I am in Amsterdam. The hotel's location is two minutes from the red light district. Another downtown shopping mall is five minutes away. Amsterdam's famous coffee shop is right next door. Early mornings are plentiful and the service is good. The oysters in the hall are delicious. I stayed for a week and left my two pairs of diamond earrings in the hotel safe. After returning to Hong Kong, contact the hotel. The hotel helped me find the earrings and sent them to my Hong Kong address. The earrings are intact. Thank you very much.

The location is very good, opposite the Dam Square, not far from the various attractions and train stations, can be reached on foot. There are many restaurants and bars next to it, which is very atmospheric. It is only a short walk from Queen’s Department Store. The hotel environment is very good and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam's Dam Square, to Chinatown, just a 10-minute walk from the red light district. The hotel is opposite the Queen's department store, the most exclusive department store in Amsterdam with many designer shops, and the shopping street is the second road on the left side of the hotel. On the pedestrian street, about two or thirty minutes is the flower market. On the right side is the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. On the first floor is the famous watch shop. Walk to Haicheng Restaurant for five minutes. The hotel has only 16 rooms in a boutique hotel. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport. It can be reached by walk from Amsterdam Central Railway Station for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to take a taxi for large luggage, because the road along the road is uneven and difficult to tow. Between 20-30 euros, because you have to detour. The hotel ci is located on the third floor, the service is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, stylish and sophisticated, the smart panel control system is convenient to use, provide late bed service, welcome chocolate and use French Langfan toiletries in Amsterdam hotel Should be among the best. The hotel offers a restaurant on the third floor, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only products are available, and the price is not high. Because there are too many restaurants around the hotel, the competition is strong. The bar is also on the third floor, and the evening is fragrant. This hotel is worth checking in, but it needs to be booked 15 to 30 days in advance, otherwise the price will rise.

I stayed here with two friends for 2 nights over the 8th of August weekend. We arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm (check in time is 3pm), and were greeted by the owners wife a very nice Irish woman, who told us that the room was not ready yet. No problem we went for a drink at a bar down the road and left our bags in the hotel and returned around 30 minutes later where we were taken to our room. The room was on the second floor up some very steep steps, not a problem for us but something to be aware of. The room was okay, and all we wanted was a bed for the night as we didn't expect to spend too much time here. The weather that weekend was 30+ degrees but we didn't expect the room to have AC. The bathroom facilities were shared and which wasn't a problem but I could barely close the door behind me in the toilet as the space was that small and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The sleep quality in this hotel was awful, as mentioned in other reviews every time someone opened or closed a door a large bang would follow. There was a group of 5-6 people in the room next to us and two doors leading to the bathroom shower area so every single morning we were awoken by a non stop series of bangs (I'm talking about 20 loud bangs). I had ear plugs in and was still awoken every time by the noise and vibrations. We checked out of our room 15 minutes late as the two shared showers were being used which resulted in us being slightly late, we explained, apologised and there were no problems at the time, we left our bags at the hotel as our flight was not until the evening and enjoyed our last day. We arrived back at 6.15pm to collect our bags and be on our way to the airport, when collecting our bags we were cornered in the small bag room and confronted aggressively by the owner, a dutch man who we had never met before, about why we thought it was acceptable to check out late. We explained our reason and apologised but he did not stop here, he then accused us of leaving our bags at the hotel without permission which was not true and the woman who we asked was there and stated that we had asked. I then reminded him that we never caused a problem when our room was an hour late to be ready which did not go down well with him. We picked up our bags and left the hotel and waited for our taxi, we were followed outside the hotel by the man continuing to complain about the fact we were 15 minutes late checking out. The man then asked me and my friends what religion we were as this that had something to do with anything. We were not once confrontational to the man or any of the staff members but it seems he was after an argument and couldn't let the issue go. I would never normally give a negative review to a hotel and up until the point of check out I wouldn't have said the experience was negative. But you cannot treat your guest like that especially when it felt to me that there was a underlying discrimination element to it. Everyone at the hotel was friendl

The entire staff was an 11 out of 10!!! Friendly, helpful, happy and grateful for our visit to their establishment. Really helpful with suggestions, directions, ordered museum tickets for us, really cared that we had an enjoyable stay. Beds very comfortable, clean and overall a top notch establishment. The only thing that could improve would be a better solution to 3rd floor windows rattling a bit with high winds. I was able to stuff a few earplugs between the window frame to cushion the banging from wind which did help significantly. Not enough of an issue to complain directly to management while on site because the noise was greatly reduced with my quick fix. I'm sure they would have addressed promptly if I had escalated. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

After the check-in, I encountered a series of problems. The front desk arranged people to help me solve the problem. The service was very good. My suitcase is broken, and the hotel is looking for someone to help me get it. Then the skinny is too slippery to open the door. The front desk is looking for repairs. I can wrap the tape on the handle to facilitate my access and the hotel steak is super delicious.

I wanted to love this place. It is a wonderful location and we booked a deluxe room with a great view. Unfortunately the room had bed bugs. We saw a bug on the bedpost that we later realized was a bedbug, and the day of check out I found bites on my body. It seems they have a chronic infestation at this hotel. Would not recommend.

This check-in is a business trip. The three of them stayed in three double-bed rooms. The hotel is located next to The Hague Central Railway Station and can be reached in about five minutes on foot. The hotel is very convenient for transportation, and it is also adjacent to the business district. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs. The scale is not bad. The owner is Hong Kong. There are about a dozen floors in the hotel. There is no specific number. On each floor of the elevator, there is a basket and fruits, including kiwi, beer, banana, orange, apple and so on. Breakfast is quite good, full range, clean and healthy, yogurt is especially recommended to try, there are three flavors. There is a Chinese Malaysian duty manager at the front desk, who can barely speak Mandarin, speaks fluent Cantonese, and has a good service attitude. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with large windows designed to provide panoramic views of The Hague. In addition, it is no exaggeration to say that the bed is the most comfortable one since I stayed in so many hotels, it is really particularly comfortable. It ’s rare to give a five-star hotel, but anyway, this stay is worthy of five-star praise

From the location,to the decor to the friendly staff, this is your no nonsense address in Amsterdam and at excellent rates. I checked in for the last few days of my trip to The Netherlands which would take in Amsterdam. If you have heavy suitcases then I recommend a tram from Amsterdam Centraal to Rembrandtplein which is just a few stops away. Remember to buy an Amsterdam Travel card which allows unlimited bus and tram travel for 1 to 3 days. Enquire at the iamsterdam office opposite Centraal Station. At Rembrandtplein, exit the tram and cross over to your left. Walk straight down until you are opposite The Amstel and turn left and walk for not even 5 minutes ! The Bird inspired decor in Reception, the lifts, the rooms and even the ground floor washroom is awesome ! The toilet based next to the lift is better suited to those of large build as the room toilets are placed in such a way that a bigger person can not use the toilet properly. There are souvenier and convenience stores nearby as well as Halal fast food. The hotel offers free canal cruises and/or bicycle loan. The cruise is not operational during the pandemic. There are free sweets, tea and coffee in Reception as well as maps and discount coupons. The star of the hotel is the charming Mr Poo ! I will be back !

We stayed for 1 night in the Woodworker room and greatly enjoyed the comfort, creativity and authenticity of the hotel. During a semi-lockdown situation where restaurants and bars were closed, The Craftsman had an amazing culinary collaboration with Japanese catering Ichiban, which really made it a unique experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam and you can easily explore the city by foot. Much thanks to Michelle and Puck for the great experience and service!

We feel very lucky to choose this hotel. We had booked our trip to Amsterdam months ago, but now this is not possible due to Corona. We had a non-refundable reservation with a fixed date. We had paid for everything to have a carefree vacation. Now we can not go, and we were afraid to lose all that money and still have no vacation. When I contacted the hotel, they were very understanding. They said even for our non-refundable reservation we would be allowed to reschedule our booking so we can still have our vacation later this year. This is really wonderful, a big thank you to the hotel staff for their help in this difficult time.

I booked a room in this hotel - I had to pay part of the additional fees 241 rubles .. but it takes 2 times more from me at the reception desk. 6.64 EUR !!! photo of my reservation, photo of the receipt from the reception about the requirement in the photo below. I almost do not understand English. But all I could understand was that the additional fees every day are different in amount. So kaa yesterday with me 3.40 EURO took the surcharge, but I have a reservation today. And the surcharge on it today? Why is there one extra charge when booking, but in fact they require 2 times more? What should I do in this case? Do I have the right to pay 241 rubles -3.49 EURO as shown in the reservation? Why is the Princess Hotel not informing the Trip.com website about another surcharge on this day? Or is the Trip.com website writing the wrong surcharges? Please understand the situation!

Set a four-person room, a large bed with two single beds, a bunk bed. In the basement, the hotel is not bad, there is no slippers, a kettle, and there is a socket that can be directly charged without conversion. The location is just across the street from Amsterdam Central Station. This should be one of the core areas of Eminem. The front entrance of the hotel is small and inconspicuous. You have to find it by the number of the house. There is only a small door, and then you enter the front door on the second floor. I think this hotel should be a little old, it looks old, the shower head is rusty, and the radiators in the room are all dusty. The single room on the top floor that I live in actually feels like a loft. The room is small, but considering the location is so convenient, the facilities can be ignored. Anyway, there are some. Needless to say the geographical location, I only stayed one night in Emu for a transfer, so I picked this very close to the train station and walked to the station in a few minutes. I searched the Internet and found that the red light district was next to me. When I was all right at night, I walked around and looked around. It was very close. There are all shops downstairs in the hotel, but to buy things early, in December it feels that they are almost closed at around 10pm. The only thing to vomit is that the stairs are too difficult to climb. . The long and narrow staircase came up to the front desk on the second floor. Then my room was on the fifth floor. All the way up was a very narrow and steep staircase, with a rotating, dragging a dozen kilograms of boxes. Taking a stop for a while, they were tortured. They also did not have an elevator, and there was a fork in the stairs on the same floor. If you did n’t pay attention to seeing the number and sign in the wrong direction, it would not work. So if you have a large suitcase, consider it carefully. Basically qualified in other respects.

We arrived early on 20th December and had previously asked through Booking.com if we could check in early. They came back and told us we could, however, upon trying to check in we were told this was a Booking.com reply and not from the hotel itself. We were permitted to leave our suitcases and we were permitted to check in slightly earlier than the 2.00 pm normal time. We were grateful of this as we were soaking wet from the rain. The stairs are exactly as described, very steep and quite difficult to navigate with big boots on, however we did get used to these. Our room 207 was directly over the street and facing The Amstel. It was very noisy, particularly late at night. Rowdy people fighting on 2 nights, early collection or delivery of bottles to a local bar, but we did get back to sleep. The beds were very comfortable but the mattresses did keep slipping to the side for some reason. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar. A hundred euro deposit is taken upon arrival and any purchases from the mini bar are taken from this. This deposit also covers the loss of any key. I didn't feel safe in the room as the door opened directly into the room and there was no chain to prevent anyone else from coming in. We could use the door lock but an internal chain provides more reassurance that the door won't be opened from outside. The towels were very small and had seen better days, holes and although clean they weren't the best. Adequate but not great. Our room was not cleaned the first day as we had been out the entire day, got back about 4.15 exhausted and soaking wet and the room had not been seen to by then. The maid arrived at about 4.40 but we just asked for clean towels as we wanted our privacy at this point. The room had been empty all day we considered this to be rather late to be inconvenienced after getting back wet and exhausted. The next day the room was cleaned before we got back. As advertised, the hotel does not have a restaurant and doesn't provide breakfast. The staff are friendly and it's a perfect location. We were due to leave on Christmas Day but left a couple of days earlier. We would recommend this hotel, but if you like a lush bathroom, nice towels and a little more in the way of room service, then this hotel probably isn't for you.

No breakfast, but kitchen, service Normally, I have stayed for two nights, but the third night was asked to change the room. It is said that there is a group stay, it is impossible to understand the arrangement of the hotel. Bathing hot water is not hot, and it needs to be pressed all the time to get out of water, recognizing environmental awareness. But it seems that it will be better to extend the water time, and the water is 20 seconds at a time, which is too short.

When I arrived at the hotel I was told, I would have booked a room without a window. I could not believe it and I rummaged for my records and, indeed, Booking.com confirmed to me to book a room without a window. So, I could have known, if I had read the confirmation exactly. But honestly, when you book a room, you assume that it has a window, right at the same time you do not question that it has no walls or furniture. It would not occur to any reasonable person to look for or doubt such criteria. There is legislation that requires, at least in Europe, that people's lounges be naturally exposed and that the law requires that the windows be at least 10 or 12% of the floor area. Even prison cells need to have daylight, and in animal law, natural light is provided in lounges. As I write, I am in this storage room, the air conditioning is turned off, as I assumed that their sounds prevented me from sleeping. In half asleep I have calculated how long a person can survive if there is no air supply. Still half asleep, I began to calculate the cubic meters of space and the amount of air a person consumes in an hour, I wanted to know how many hours I can survive in this room. There are about 30 m3 of air a human needs in one hour. I calculated that my room has about 40 m3, which means that the air is used up after about 5/4 hours. An overwhelming feeling came over me and I thought that I had slept for 3 hours and I ran out of bed and pressed the air conditioning, because now I was panicked and thought that this room will become a dying room. The Dream Hotel actually becomes a nightmare hotel. The price for this room is 155.77 euros per night. If you say, Zurich is expensive, but so I can live in Zurich in a new Boutiqhotel with balcony, large windows, small kitchen for 80 to 90 Euros per night. So literally at half price. It is interesting that Geneva and Zurich rank in the cost index as the most expensive cities in the world and Amsterdam takes 11th place. I think after my experience it should be the other way round.

Although the hotel is not in the city, there are 24 trams at the door (remember to buy a 24-hour bus ticket at the front desk without an OV card), which is very convenient, and the hotel has a new design and various kitchen utensils.
