The hotel is very good in the row by the sea. The room originally had a terrace to watch the sunset. The balcony door could not be locked (the door was not repaired by sending someone to the door. The balcony and other rooms were connected at night. It was not safe to lock), and then the hotel upgraded to a room with a sea view! Overall it is goodSOLD OUT

Great hotel, exceptional concierge - super friendly and helpful . I also left my jumper behind and they contacted me and shipped it to me in the UK. The bathtub in the room is designed without a shower curtain, which is a bit inconvenient to use. Everything else is good, the area is quite large. It is very close to the sea, just across the road. There are luxury stores around, which is very convenient for shopping. There are also many dining options. We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking.
Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails.
After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ).
They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty.
We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself.
The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither.
We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam.
We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area.
Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area.
Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325)..
The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.From$85

|0.07km from city centerFirst of all, up to 5 stars of the hotel lacked a convenient location of the roses on the sides of the bed (one was at the bed and the other near the entrance).
The rest of the hotel is good. It was warm in the room, the air conditioner worked constantly for heating. The room was clean as in the photo on the Internet.
The bathroom was new, with fresh repair. We were provided with additional hygiene.
There is a staircase and an elevator in the hotel. To get to the rooms you have to walk through the breakfast room and climb up the other staircase above.
The concierge usually sits in the breakfast room, but as a crowd to someone comes - immediately approaches the entrance. Very polite all, we were able to leave the bags to the receptacle after the eviction. When entering the boarding house, they asked for a document - they took the driver's license instead of a passport without problems.
I asked for a room with the balcony, but it wasn 't as we were told, but we got the French balcony - beautiful !!!
The view was on the city, good.

The room was very clean and was cleaning and changing towels daily. It was spacious. It also was very calm to sleep, which is not that often for the hotels in France.
