A basketball court, a pool, breakfast buffet, evening reception, the fire pit, comfortable rooms with a kitchen, friendly staff and a hotel property that feels new - the list can go on but this hotel will make you say wow. I was surprised to see that the pool was open during the pandemic, but it's great to see such amenities open again for guests. I fell in love with the basketball court for those who wanted to get some exercise outdoors. The evening reception was a pleasant welcome after a long drive from northern Utah. The St George area is a great place to stay if you're going to Zion/Bryce or Vegas. Yes, the traffic can be frustrating at times, but there is so much to do here and plenty of dining options near the hotel. I'm a big fan of the Staybridge Suites and the one in St George really impressed me.

I always stay here when I'm in the area. The mini kitchens, complete with pots, pans, dishes and utensils make it the best value in the Zion National Park area. The staff and management are extremely friendly and they are always happy to make any changes or last-minute accommodations. They seem to truly want you to enjoy your stay. It's a short walk from Pioneer Park and a small network of mountain bike trails that overlook the city. Every time I've been here the pool has been clean and full, and there are laundry facilities directly across the street. They have 50 inch flat screen TVs with five HBO channels and quiet air conditioning units. They even have brand new full-size refrigerators in each room, and USB outlets right next to the bed for charging phones and devices. This is not a high-end motel or hotel, but it is the most comfortable and affordable place in the area.

So, the positives: friendly staff, nice room. Now the negatives: First, we paid for an upgrade for a "city view" room with a balcony. Instead of "city view" I would call it "room on a quite noisy street." I've never before felt like I paid more to get a less desirable room. The view was also pretty darn limited (a couple restaurants across the street basically) in an area that has stunning views. Second, and more seriously, masks. They are required in Washington County right now. And most guests wore them. But some don't, including someone who was maskless as he checked in. So much for state regulations, our safety, etc.. How about: "Sir, I have to tell you, masks are required in common spaces?" as opposed to just chatting with him? And since our reservation was of course non-refundable at that point, not much we could do. Third, so much for Marriot's commitment to climate, a greener earth, etc.. We had received a box and asked if the front desk would recycle it for us. Nope, we were told, no recycling at the hotel. Super! Great role model! Fourth, room service. Our pretty darn expensive entrees showed up in plastic (or the like), plastic forks/knives, and plastic bags. Wait, the restaurant is open, and using glass etc. -- why do we get little containers with our food in it? If they are concerned about staff safety, how about just dropping it off at the door after a knock? Or if somehow they really felt the need to do this, how about (a) telling us, since frankly we would have done takeout elsewhere and (b) not using plastic, but maybe carboard (compostable)? Oh wait this is the place without recycling. Fifth, as noted, this place is pricey. Toss in the valet parking and it's pretty darn expensive, nice for being near the old part of town, but as noted, noisy, if you bother to upgrade your room. As you may note, most of my reviews are very positive, but we thought the attitude toward masking, the more expense for the noisier room, the "take out" room service, etc., deserves noting. They can do far better about candor and safety, and Marriott can live up to the green goals they state on their website.

We were looking for a budget property for a two night stay in St. George. On paper, The Chalet looked like a good choice. We were not disappointed, in the least. In it's former life, The Chalet was a Rodeway Inn that we happened to stay in about 14 years ago. The new owners have completely renovated the property. Our room was a good size. The in room refrigerator actually had a freezer....great to refreeze the cool packs for our cooler. The beds were excellent. Most budget properties seem to have flimsy, small bath towels. Not The Chalet! The towels were a good size and fluffy. There was plenty of hot water and a rain shower head. Honestly, we have stayed in hotel rooms at twice the price that were no nicer than the room we had. It may make a difference to other travelers that there is not free breakfast or swimming pool. There are plenty of restaurants with in walking distance or an easy drive. The units closer to St. George Boulevard had some road noise. But, for us, it wasn't a big deal. We were delighted to find this wonderful, locally owned gem. It will be our headquarters on future visits to St. George.

I came to Claridge inn on my last night before flying home and I’m happy with my choice. The rooms are only a bit outdated and clean for an extremely low nice. I had hiked a long trail in Zion and was looking forward to a soak in the bathtub. When I got to the room there wasn’t a plug for the drain and so I called the front desk. The lady went to the store and bought a drain plug so I could take a bath. Many many thanks! And that should tell you the bathroom is nice if I was willing to take a bath in it!

the hotel is very updated & modern. loved that they actually provided hand soap in the bathroom which is very hard to find in hotels. the rooms were nice but there is no storage, microwave, safe, or coffee maker that’s why i say it’s only good for a one night stay. it is also a pet friendly hotel however there is no grass for the pets, it’s all desert landscape with rocks and cactuses so we had to walk across the street for some grass. the breakfast is served by staff in the lobby because of covid 19. the staff seemed overwhelmed but extremely nice and helpful. however i got back up to my room and the food is freezing cold and with no microwave in the room and we didn’t have time to go back to the lobby and heat it up. also the only ice machine is in the lobby. so perfect for a $70 one night stay but i wouldn’t stay there much longer than that.

This was our first time staying at a My Place Hotel. It's a good deal. Do be warned that there is no free breakfast like at other hotels, but that's ok, because usually thos free breakfasts aren't so good anyhow. There are a few fast food restaurants and diners nearby, which you would need to drive to if you want to eat out. Otherwise, as all the rooms have a full fridge with kitchenette, you can always cook breakfast. The reception will let you borrow some plates and cookware if you want to (I did not do that). I did not get a chance to use the pool or hottub, but the outdoor pool is heated. There is no gym. There is a small My Store by the reception area. They have really done a good job in making sure whatever they are selling there is reasonably priced. The laundry room is one of the cleanest and most affordable ones I have used in a hotel. The only downside we thought was the fact the doors do not soft close, and it's easy to slam the door without even realizing it. You can also hear others walking if you are not on the top floor. Other reviewers noted this, and I thought this may mean you could hear others talking in their room. But, I wasn't able to hear others talking or their tvs. Oh, also the wifi was slow sometimes which can be a problem as we had to work from the property a few days of our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located off I-15, but it was very quiet in the rooms. They are very safety conscious allowing us to keep the pens we used when we signed in and wiping down the dollies after we took our luggage to our rooms. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and modern looking with a small refrigerator and microwave. The served breakfast- choice of scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, and small waffles along with dry cereal, yogurt, juices, and coffee. It’s like a buffet only they serve you behind a plexiglass shielded counter. They box it for you to take to your room, and they have an outdoor area for eating. We enjoyed our stay and would make it a point to stay there again during our next visit.

I travel through Utah twice a year and always stay here. They are most helpful as I travel with two small dogs and can be certain of a room with easy access to the outside. Breakfast is always plentiful and hot, rooms are clean and with good amenities. Free WiFi and friendly staff. One minute from I-15 so easy access, and reasonably priced restaurants just a short drive away. Highly recommend this hotel.

We needed to get away from the smoke in California and chose St. George as our getaway location. We have stayed with Staybridge before because: 1-we have a dog and 2-we need two rooms. This Staybridge is new. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. We ate food we brought from home the first two nights and then did take out the second two. The breakfast I workable. We picked it up and brought it back to the room. However, we could have eaten in the very lovely patio area or inside the sunroom. The pool, patio, and sport court are very nice and were popular with the guests. I didn't use gym. I did my yoga in our room (a little apartment really) and we hiked every day. The covid-19 rules were mostly observed. Utah is a mask optional state, so keep that in mind.

I knew that this was not going to be a "high rent" property when I booked the room. It isn't that, of course; it is a lower end property, but it has some very nice redeeming values. 1. The room was very large with two queen beds 2. The room was very clean 3. It is convenient to the Interstate highway 4. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. For the money, this is a very good place to stay, and I would stay there again.

There were 2 flat screen televisions. There is free wi-fi and a free breakfast from 7-9 a.m. The room has many shelves but I could not find any clothes hangers. Booked a random room for the hotel. When I arrived, I gave a smoking room and said there was no choice, but it was too bad. I added 30 US dollars to upgrade and the room was just as bad. Still facing the most noisy street, the windows were not soundproofed at all, and it was difficult to wait a second, let alone sleep ... Finally, I added 50 US dollars to wait until the latest building to live. The rest of the rooms are about 1-2 stars. There is a feeling that the low price will lie to you and let you increase the price. You will not order this plan online again !! This sales method is too bad ...

moved to this hotel right after the new year. registered at the reception at 12 pm, promised to send an SMS when the number is ready. waited until 15:30 pm and never sent anything. I had to go to the Reception with my things again, stand in line and ask for check-in. when they reapplied, another employee named Helena spoke to us, she professionally solved our issue in 10 minutes and immediately settled us on the 42nd floor, as we had originally asked, higher. it was the Studio overlooking the fountains of Bellagio. the room itself is spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need. the room has a bathrobe and slippers, which you will not find in other hotels. amazing view. the only thing is, the quality of the bedding and the bed are not the best. the quality of sleep is average. also in two days no one has ever removed the room. otherwise the hotel is good, conveniently located, with nice restaurants inside.

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is convenient to go out and go. The hotel is opposite the participating hotel in Antelope Valley. Don't worry. The hotel room was clean and hygienic. The windows could not be opened. Everything else was satisfactory. The key was that it was super cost-effective. I booked more than 200 yuan a night in advance. The price for a day is high. I used a kiosk to check in and assign to a room with a ferris wheel view. Although the floor is not high, the view is equally good and very satisfied. The hotel is really too big. The last one is a picture of this hotel on the Ferris wheel. There are hundreds of rooms on the first floor of the hotel, and there are many rooms on the 28th floor. Hotels like this have two ice makers on the floor and you can buy drinks such as cola. If you want to drink hot water, you can ask the staff at the restaurant in the casino downstairs to give you a free glass or two. Of course drinks are free to drink in the casino, but tips are required. There are many places to eat nearby, so I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I used to eat directly in other hotels. There are many choices nearby. It is very convenient to see the Paragon Fountain at night and see the fire in the mirage. Overall, this hotel is super cost-effective. If you want to shoot a car, the parking fee is $ 15 per night. The only downside is that I missed a T-shirt and reacted to the hotel. In the end, there was no result, but the journey was just fine. When we left, we saw too many people waiting in line to check out. We also used the self-service machine to check out quickly and easily. Wi-Fi is available in public places and rooms such as casinos. Fill in the information and use Wi-Fi. There are no additional Wi-Fi charges on the bill. I don't know if the low floor is too close to the downstairs casino, the default casino Wi-Fi so the money is forfeited.

Great hotel near the airport. Made it to Las Vegas at 1am and service was great. Check in took less than five minutes. A huge plus was the fact that I could get food from the Hooter’s restaurant and go to my room. The restaurant stays open until 6am I think. The hotel was quiet and the bed was very soft and comfortable, something much needed after a long flight. For this price, I’ll definitely be staying here again to save money.

The tallest hotel on this trip to the United States The location is easy to find. Follow Google Navigation directly. Please note that if you do n’t want to pay for parking for a valet, you must take the drop off channel or drive directly to the self-parking parking building. The first floor of this parking building is for For uber and taxis, self-parking is available for free on the second floor and above. The distance from the parking building to the hotel lobby is not close. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor of the parking building, and then pass through the casino. Pay attention to the hotel lobby, which is where the check in is located. It was 5 pm when I went there, and the self-check-in was not easy to use, so I could only queue up. Our group of 3 people booked 2 rooms for about 10 minutes. Yes, no breakfast. The check out was self-service, very convenient, and the deposit was refunded at that time. Talking about the hotel, the elevator is very fast, the room is clean, no odor, good sound insulation, the room is very large, the linen is very clean and comfortable, the bathing and changing rooms are very large, but it ’s just passing by vagas, there is no permanent residence. There are famous Sichuan restaurants in the surrounding area which can be reached on foot.

Overall, we were disappointed and had much higher exoectations. If I had it to do over, I would have chosen Venetian or New York Las Vegas. Service is minimal. Check in is via a kiosk which complicated things if it doesn't work for you. Then, our keycards did not work in the garage....back to the line and kiosk which didn't work properly the first time. The hotel is very very crowded all the time. The layout is not ideal because you can relax and enjoy the Paris ambiance due to the crowds with luggage coming and going at all times. The other themed resorts seem to have that in a different area. The room looked old and needed refurbished or updated. The tub had a nasty stain in it. The rooms are very basic, so you are paying for the Paris lobby which is just crowded and stressful. The tower is with the visit but the hotel itself is not. Stay in a better option and visit this one while walking the strip. Best point, centrally located. Would not stay again not recommend this resort.
