We chose to stay at the Marriott Exec Apartments whilst in the city for the F1. We were a family of 4, and with two 17 year old with us space and privacy was important! The apartments suited us perfectly. Oodles of space, the boys had a double bed each and their own en-suite. Views were great from the floor to ceiling windows and there is a well equipped full kitchen too if you needed it. Our only critique would be that the second ensuite needs a shower screen as the dividing wall just doesn't come out far enough to stop the floor getting drenched and there is a serious lack of mirrors! A full length mirror in the hall or living area would be useful. Facilities are good as you can also use those at the main hotel which is all connected - no need to step outside. Boys enjoyed the gym and the roof top pool is small but perfectly adequate and again, great views! All the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly those at breakfast. Location is good. We chose this hotel based on the apartment style accommodation and the price, it was a good 40 minutes by car to Yas Island but hotels there were crazy money for F1 weekend! However if you are wanting to get around all of Abu Dhabi it's fairly central so worked well for us as we were here for 5 nights and visited the Corniche, the Aquarium etc. As it's not a terribly ”touristy” area there are no restaurants nearby, just a lot of fast food outlets and a mall across the road with a food hall in it. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it if you have older children and need more space than a traditional hotel room.

The hotel is well located. It is very suitable for tourists to go out. Behind it is a big supermarket. It is only about 800 meters to the bus station! It's also very convenient! Especially thanks to the store because I fly back to Shanghai at night. Therefore, the application is postponed to check out at 3:00 pm. They agreed right away. Although the language of the two sides is inconvenient to communicate. But their service attitude is very enthusiastic. In short, this hotel is a hotel that satisfies every guest!

I was honestly very impressed by the hotel overall. For this price and for the service, it doesn't deserve anything than full marks. There are many shops/fast food chains within a few minutes walking distance. Taxis found it generally easy to find. There is a big mall just around the corner. Corniche/beach is a short taxi ride away. The room we booked was surprisingly big. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The service was superb. They allowed early check in and early check out with ease. They attended to all our needs. The gym was nice and the pool was relatively small but clean and with a friendly life guard. I would most definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I went just to have some drinks to the club on 2nd floor it was Indian it was really nice but after I want to try some other outlets it’s really terrible I went to to the r floor it was also Indian bar but they were playing the songs as from who they gets the tips or money u can say the rest they were ignoring after I went to the 1 floor as I got told one of the staff that it’s open but after I went there they ask me for the table charge even after ask another guy he show me the table without telling me about the tables charge because it’s even doesn’t exit it make me feel that they just want to make mony there Overall it was really disgusting experience

I stayed here twice during the first ten days of July. Absolutely fantastic, hands down best Accor run property in the UAE. Most of the customer service at Accor hotels in the UAE is atrocious and horrible. But this property, is the absolute opposite. Honestly, other properties in the UAE should send their management and staff to shadow the staff and management at this hotel. All of my requests being an Accor member were met with absolute ease. Everything was efficient and most of all prompt. The staff, Roshani, who checked me in was absolutely wonderful and the staff who checked me in on my second stay, I believe a Moroccan staff early in the morning, was equally fantastic. The hotel goes out of its way for its loyalty members and that is truly appreciated. This has become my go to property in the UAE even if I have work in Dubai. I would not mind the drive because I have tried so many Accor hotels in Dubai and they are frankly just empty properties devoid of service. A special thanks to the staff working at 10pm on the 20th at Aroma. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife and that was very touching. Thanks once again and I will definitely be back.

I was first time in beach rotana and overwhelmed by the hospitality and greetings. Door man was amzing and polite, don't remember his name but believe he is from Nepal.. I dine in Garden restaurant and had a very pleasant experience there with a delicious food and memorable hospitality. While me leaving the hotel, I couldn't find my valet ticket and Mr. Francis approached me, though I was bit panicked with the situation but he kept me comfortable while offering me and my fiance Arabic coffee and explained me about Beach Rotana.. It was really amazing experience and I will definitely recommend Beach Rotana to all my family and friends ❤️

The picture for suite which I book is different then the actual room. In real it’s just one bedroom with sofa but in pictures it’s giving a look of 2 separate rooms or even one picture showing stairs to go up for bedroom and down is sitting area. I report this after check in but seems reception staff waste all energy in how to talk polite rather then how to solve the problem. By talking nicely doesn’t means good customer service. Anyhow thanks for giving me extra time for checkout. Need to make sure about who upload the picture in Trip.com? Is it the hotel mistake or trip.com mistake.

I had a great experience staying at the yas island Rotana hotel. The hotel is not far from the yas mall. There is a free hotel shuttle bus at the door, which runs every 15 minutes. Y2 can reach Ferrari Park and Warner Bros. Park, which is very convenient! The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and there are outdoor facilities It feels very comfortable to sit outside the swimming pool and have breakfast. I would like to especially thank the hotel for this trip. My family's passports were lost in the taxi. It was the hotel's datat guy who enthusiastically contacted the taxi reception desk and asked for the license plate and driver's phone number. This is my second stay at the Gravity hotel this year for business, It was so good the first time I asked my company to use it in future, It is conveniently located in the commercial area and near to the industrial area. Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. Thanks for the lovely experience and stay!

Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！

This hotel is very good and cost-effective. The room has one living room, one bedroom, two bathrooms and one kitchen. The space is large enough. You can walk from the hotel to Warner Bros. Park via the city promenade, and it takes ten minutes to walk through the Warner Five-Star Hotel. You don’t have to walk in It’s extremely hot outside the city and there are shuttle buses, but we were short of time and didn’t take a taxi for the entire journey.

Hotel location is OK, the surrounding shops are more and more lively. The hotel is a bit old and it is estimated to be many years old. There is a door in my room that leads to the next room. It feels very unsafe. I can hear it in the next room, especially in this position. If it is night, it is not convenient for friends to come over, the front desk will ask.
