I don't know if it is the sound of the hotel or the sound of the surrounding area. Hotel towels and other supplies are older, health is also general, but India's health itself is just like that. Really appreciate the catering service, Laundry system, Ffod service, comfortability everything is so much awesome that we did not get a single chance for any complaints. Beds are so awesome that you will complete your 8-9 hours sleep within 5-6hours, this is the level of comfort in the hotel beds. Specially the food service is so much freaking awesome that even if we want to skip any lunch or dinner, we can't skip it just because of delicious food. Really appreciate Mr. Ajay (chef) for his cooking so much delicious food.😋😋

We got clean rooms and bathrooms everything about that was okay but since i booked 2 rooms well in advance one would expect the rooms to be beside each other. At the time of check in we were told since all rooms are booked, we will get 2 rooms in different floors otherwise we can get 2 adjacent rooms in another wing of the hotel. Now to access this other wing one has to go through the terrace, pass the kitchens and then enter the floor. The entrance is dirty, that wing elevator was sticky and absolutely disgusting. Dirty and smudged floors with food. The breakfast was poor but still doable. Room service was good but when you have items on your menu, please stock on the items otherwise we customers have to get our requirements from outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was served stale paneer in shaslik. But staff was kind to offer replacement dish (which I refused politely)
The moment you enter the hotel, the whole lobby area reeks of dampness and fungus smell in the air. Very dangerous for employees and guests who inhale this.
Thankfully, I was given a room without dampness and fungus issues.
The hotel needs to be closed down immediately for overhaul repairs.

|13.35km from city centerOverall experience was horrible. We paid something, with which we could have booked a 3 star easily. Here is the list of things which were lacking. 1. There wasnt any room theater and when asked for one, the staff simply said we dont have room heaters and didn't show any desire to help us when the temp in Delhi was 6 degrees. 2. We booked a room for three, and the extra bed and its linen was stinking and there were visible stains on it. 3. There werent any slipper, hand towel, coffee maker or any other basic necessity. 4. The sanitary spray wasnt working and when you switch on the tap, the shower starts dripping profusely simultaneously. 5. There is no proper restaurant owned by the property and the arrows to the restaurant is a maze more deadly than the hungry games. Well you do not pay INR 4000 per night for this kind of a loot and appaling amenities. 6. The entire property including the lifts, corridors are da****ed and super dirty......Well Fab Hotels, if you are not reconsidering this and not arranging a co****sation, I will continue to spread this message with extra vigor every ongoing day until I get a resolution. Yours sincerely , the shocked and horrified guest who stayed in room #4002 from 17th Jan till 18th Jan 2020.

There was no electric kettle in he room so you need to call the reception when ever you need some hot water to make tea etc. There was no heating in the room. There is definitely need for installation of heating or at least provide a heater. Due to the proximity of the hotel to the vendors downstairs, fumes from the charcoal used to cook in small stalls infiltrated the rooms. The streets are also littered with stray dirty dogs too, so do be careful.

|8.38km from city centerThis was my 4th visit or possibly 5th...I really like my stay here. The staff are friendly (English is tough for some) but they will do anything to help and support you. I enjoy having the possibility of meeting lots of other visitors, either during breakfast or in the evening time on the terrace. A great opportunity to meet people from other cultures. Your room has a kettle and fridge which is handy. As I'm a girl on my own, I feel very safe at this home and would recommend this accommodation for travellers who are by themselves. Close by is a small market area and very easy to get a tuk tub and close to Green Park and Haaz village. Parking for visitor is tricky as its residential area. |This would always be my choice in Delhi..

while i had breakfast 3 different officiants, chief and ***ager asked me if food was okay.. well it was, but please, 1 time asking is more than enough :)
however food is great
also sauna isn't in its best condition definitely
if you are looking to get a sauna, this is definitely not the best choice, it is not working properly
room is also looks a bit tired
besides of above hotel is good, buuuut hard to call it 5*

The hotel itself is very stylish and a bit old-fashioned. Five stars is not excessive.
However, the health situation is very bad. The bathtub was dirty, rubbing black mud out, and the sheets were not clean.
Hygiene cannot be guaranteed.
I was wondering why the Airport City Hotel is so expensive, the urban area is cheaper, and the airport city hotel health is really better.

|13.75km from city centerWe had made a reservation for this hotel through Agoda.com because of its close proximity to the New Delhi Airport. We arrived about 9:00 p.m. and were told we did not have a reservation. We provided a confirmation email that showed we did have a reservation and that it had been PREPAID. We were given a room, but the room was nothing but a cement block with NO windows. It looked like a jail cell. We were then harassed again until after 10:00 about not having a reservation and not paying. We got up at 3:30 a.m. and requested a taxi to the airport. The receptionist again started arguing that we had not paid, but did get us a taxi. However, while driving to the airport the hotel called the driver and told him to turn around and bring us back until we paid 15,000 rupees for the room, which would have caused us to miss our plane. Fortunately, we talked the driver into continuing to take us to the airport and we were able to get into the airport. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a hotel staff! I also heard the receptionist notifying a customer on the phone that they were going to have to pay more for their room than they had already paid because they had a three-year old child. Please avoid this hotel!

|0.41km from city centerStayed here for 4 nights in late February and was as advertised. Hotel is in great location in Connaugh Place and reception staff were excellent. On a daily basis they would offer advice and book us a taxi via Uber. Only negative I could identify is the rooms are small however as we were out all day exploring that had no impact. Breakfasts were very good and the Zaffran Restaurant was excellent for evening meal with attentive waiters and beautiful food. One thing to be aware of when picking up a taxi at airport (and nothing to do with the hotel I hasten to add) is the scam of taxi drivers telling you that they could not get close to the hotel because of protests. Beware of scams in India and check internet for details prior to arrival. Would certainly stay here again if I came back to New Delhi.
