The view of the hotel is absolutely perfect, all rooms can see the Rhine There is not much luggage to get out of the train station, a straight line will arrive, and the Rhine can be seen along the road. Arnhem doesn't have Uber, but buses are also very frequent. The hotel sign is very clear and can be found using the navigation that comes with Apple. The most important thing is that the hotel's service attitude is very good, English is also very good, and the girl is also beautiful. But the elevators are old, and every stop and every one is scary.

The layout of the room we stayed in was very unreasonable. It looked quite big. There was no place to let go. After two days of heating, the heating was not warm. They responded to the front desk of four shifts. Everyone’s attitude was not bad. No one has solved the problem, and some people have said to me, "I don't feel cold, how can you be cold?"... You are Iron Man, I am probably a normal human, because I feel cold at 4 degrees...

Something to bear in mind if you are not taking your car here - taxis are expensive (see later) and the bus stop is 400m away, with no buses after 6pm or on weekends! The grounds and hotel were nice enough, the rooms are very simple and what I'd expect from a Holiday Inn Expressin the UK. Unfortunately the service was very poor. On a night when the hotel had a lot of people staying for the 75th anniversary commemorations, there was one experienced member of the staff behind the bar while the rest were all on their first nights. I can't fault the new staff's attitudes but they were clearly feeling out of their depth and intimidated by the size of the queues. Room service over four nights consisted of a superficial tidy up after the first night, with all the soaps being removed from our rooms for some reason. After that, we just had laundry bags full of towels left outside our doors. The really digusting facet of our stay was the relationship the receptionists seem to have with A&B taxis. If you ask for a taxi, reception call this firm first and then try to squeeze extra passengers in with you. We saw these extras slipping the drivers some cash before getting in, and then they leave before you're charged an increased rate due to number of passengers. A taxi with three of us in was over 12 Euro cheaper than one with 4, going to exactly the same place. We complained about this to the hotel, and they tried the exact same trick with a 70 year old couple who refused to allow this extra person in; the driver became aggressive and repeatedly mentioned his uncle who fought for the mujahideen before dumping the couple off on the opposite side of the station to where they'd asked for. A&B's drivers are dangerous, their cars unsage with massive cracks across the windscreen, and the drivers will try to get more people in than seatbelts, something another taxi firm told us was illegal. If you must use this hotel and need a taxi, get a card from the taxis at the central station when you arrive in Arnhem.

4-night stay with two dinners Nice building in a gorgeous park. We had booked a Superior room in the main building and got an upgrad upon arrival. Large corner room on the second floor with 2 large windows with small balconies on two sides with a lovely view on the park. Large room with a quirky decoration. The room was not clean : long dark hair on the red armchair, stained carpet. Two velvet upholstered nightstands (!?!) with stains and dust. Very large dusty plush toy on the wardrobe (!?!). Very small wardrobe where we could not hang all our clothes. The room is spacious thus plenty of space for a larger closet. It was very hot during our stay, also at night. There was no air-conditioning and the two small fans did not help to cool down the room ... and stirred the dust. The style less and outdated bathroom needs urgent renovation! Mold on the shower tiles. There was hair in the shower and a used cotton swab on the floor when we checked in the room. Persistent mold smell in the room and in the bathroom even with wide open windows. Breakfast buffet : very little choice and no variation. Slow refill, empty trays or with little left over. We had dinner twice at La Belle Source restaurant. It was excellent and very professional. Nice décor and ambiance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and friendly manager/owner. Very expensive room (5 star hotel) for what you get.

Breakfast is a normal hotel buffet, yes The hotel has a style as a whole, and the rooms are all designed. The room No. 6 I live in is in the style of QR code, and the room No. 27 is in the style of weaving. The location is also convenient, not far from the city center The facilities are also complete and the environment is clean. The other young ladies are very enthusiastic and patient. My three-legged cat English can also be opened without hindrance, like it 👍🏽

What a property! When I first saw the location of this hotel, out in the boonies, I was a little leary. When you first step inside it is wow and stays that way until you leave. The staff is great and the lounge and restaurant meet the standards expected of an excellent property.

The Rotterdam Hilton is more than a thousand points a night. The room is very spacious and the decoration is very elegant. Although the facilities are not very new, I don’t understand it. Why don’t the Dutch use the domestic Philips TV set and use the LG of the Kimchi country? Hotel location is good, 10 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station, behind the hotel is the shopping center, walking to the arched market box house is only 15 minutes. The scenery outside the window is good, although it faces the main road, it is not noisy. The breakfast is rich, but mainly based on Western food, the dining environment is comfortable. The downside is that if you don't pay attention, you will be connected to the VIP network. Of course, you have to pay.

The parking lot is a little inconvenient, but you can park your car in the hotel’s 200 public parking lot. The parking fee can be paid at the hotel information desk for 20 euros for 24 hours. Can bring children, the big bed is very spacious. It is recommended to rely on the port side room type when booking, with a good view

First of all, I was completely attracted by the appearance of this hotel when I picked the hotel. I accidentally saw the work of OMA Design Office. I feel good and recommend staying. The design is relatively simple and has extremes. Some people say that "too transparent" feels can be seen outside every move, just pull the curtains, the room view is great, especially the sunrise and sunset, the staff is very polite and professional, and it is not ignored for the Chinese And other phenomena. There is Tram downstairs, which is convenient to go anywhere, originally Rotterdam is not big. There is a "Happy Italy" recommended downstairs, coffee and bread for breakfast and a few glasses of wine and beer for dinner. All in all a pleasant stay ~

The shower design is not suitable for children and can not be removed when fixed on the wall. The other is satisfied and the room is very spacious. The service is also very good. Originally we had the opposite of the premier suites plus, the flight was cancelled and the first day failed to check in. We were told that our room was cancelled and the prepayment hotel refused the refund. At that time, I contacted Ctrip to help us change Marriott. Marriott's service is obviously more. Give a look at the premier suites plus here, this hotel really resists people!

This is the first hotel we stayed on this business trip, and the only one with breakfast. Breakfast is buffet, relatively simple, almost the same choice every day. The buns are delicious, with some slices of ham and cheese, and a fruit salad. I like the milk cereal area. I make a bowl of chocolate milk cereal every morning, but the milk is not too hot. Breakfast is full. Check-in on the first day, because I arrived earlier, I waited until 6 o'clock until 11 o'clock, I couldn't check in because the rooms were not cleaned up. After leaving the Rotterdam Central Station, turn left and go through 2 small intersections. The facade is small. It rains in the dark. It is not easy to find. It is easy to find during the day. Close to the train station, the transportation is convenient, and there are many shopping malls around, but the same things are much more expensive than those in Germany. There is no wardrobe, it is open, and the hanger cannot be taken off. Bring your own toiletries and slippers, but have a kettle. The heating is good, neither cold nor hot, and the temperature is the most comfortable in the three homes.

It doesn't feel as good as it was written in the evaluation, the facilities are average, and the rooms are generally not too big. The location is remote and suitable for driving there, parking is free, this is rare. There are stains on the sheets, I don’t know if they have not been changed or washed, and the sofa is not clean, so the sanitary condition feels very average. The service was very good. Someone came to repair the refrigerator immediately. Because of the epidemic, there was no breakfast, so there was no way to comment.

Hotel location is very good! Blaak stood up and walked in a few minutes. The big market next to the Blakk station has a lot of delicious food. Going a little further towards the Ferris wheel is a commercial area. The famous box house is on the other side of the station. You can walk to the Museum Square and the water bus. This Ibis looks very new, the overall interior design is simple and stylish, the room size is not small, the bathroom hardware facilities are not bad, except for disposable cups and three-in-one bath liquid, there is nothing else. There is no hot water in the room, you can get one at the front desk, with coffee and tea, two paper cups. The breakfast variety is quite rich.

Hotel location is very good, just next to the train station, 10 minutes walk. However, the hotel is old, the rooms are small and the facilities are old, like hotels in Hong Kong. The location is very good, go straight out from the train station and walk for about 15 minutes. All the way along the river, pulling the box in the past will not be too painful. It’s also very convenient to go to the downtown box house. You can walk (Rotterdam is too suitable for walking, there are surprises everywhere). The hotel reception is very polite. We have all the rooms in the past few days, and we have given a room on the first floor, but it would be better if we could live on a high floor. The room is not particularly new, but the comfort is very high, the room is large, the bed is comfortable, and there is a kettle~ Breakfast is plentiful, croissants and a variety of small breads are delicious. The overall feeling is that it is very comfortable to live~ (I thought of taking pictures before check-out, so the picture is messy)

The hotel is in the new district, 2 kilometers from the city, in fact, it is okay to walk. It was the waiter who cleaned up the room very late. We all went back to the hotel from the outside or didn't clean up. It was not until 6 pm that we asked for it. The hotel has an underground parking of 20 Euros and is fully self-service. advantage: 1. Location 5 minutes walk from the subway station, the rotterdam blaak subway station, out of the station to see the Rubik's Cube, the pencil house, the markhal arcade market; 2. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the spar supermarket and the old port; Not far from the Erasmus Bridge, there are water buses and cruise ships to the children's embankment under the bridge; 3. Take the bus to the kralingse zoom at the subway station, walk 1 minute walk from the bus terminal and take 489, 38 minutes to the children. embankment. 3. The hotel restaurant is on the floating platform, very beautiful. The room has a special feature. Disadvantages: Good location, the natural price of breakfast is 10 Euro/bit, so I didn't eat it. It's about one kilometer from the train station and ten minutes' walk. The facilities are average, the elevator is very small, very humble and a bit scary. The hotel is a bit old. But fairly clean. Just told that there was no room and asked us to go to another similar hotel and let us walk over by ourselves. Later I checked and said there was a room. We stayed in a family room. It was excellent-spacious, well-equipped and clean. A nice touch was a night-light which creates a kind of night sky on the ceiling of the room in varying colours and patterns. A lounge on the 2nd level exists where you can eat take away food or ordered food and also have breakfast (available from the 24h mini market on a pay-per-item basis). This was very convenient. The location is ideal if you need to be downtown Rotterdam. Parking is available on-site but you need to reserve in advance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little difficult to find, the building is quite narrow and unassuming from the outside and there is just a small sign on the side. For a hotel of its class it is excellent, we would stay here again without hesitation.
