With regard to the hotel infrastructure, location and other excellent things, comfortable bed and rich food, the very good hostel for the warm afternoon, the only bad thing is the service of the morning coaches, who are going through room by room badly touching the door as if they were to throw it as if they were going to send something to the washing house, in my case I had the no-disturbing on the door but still heard how they were touching all the adjacent doors, in addition to when one out of the room asks if at what time the room is to be left, from early hours, check out is up to 1, and if it bothers the fact that they are questioning each one out of the room, I had a problem with the card (key) that was disabled almost every one who left the room and it's tired to have to come to the reception to reactivate it, for the rest it was a good stay, a cozy, family hotel to some point and clearly I'll come back, The hotel is very friendly and the restaurant is also very friendly and the gym with basics.

I stayed at this place a few years ago so I decided to stay again. I had a great time. I enjoyed the breakfast as they have local fruits. The hotel was not hard locate and it is has an easy access to other activities in the city. Also there is an OXXO and a gas station close to the hotel. Hotel staff were courteous and respectful and able to answer questions about the city.

Well not perfect by any means, in my opinion they did well enough to deserve an excellent. It is a new modern and rather stark operation so if you're into charm and history, this may not be for you. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and doing their best to please. They lacked a bit of professionalism and polish but made up for it in enthusiasm. I found the lobby and breakfast area to be particularly Stark and without charm. The rooms were sleek and modern and well-equipped with most anything you could need. I found the room safe to be ugly placed and rather useless for me since it was placed on the floor in the closet and to read the instructions or program that you would need to lie on the floor next to you safe. Rather odd placement. One bit of above and beyond the expected from the staff, really surprised and impressed. When checking in I mentioned to the desk clerk I would need to find an early morning taxi and ask if that would be a problem. She asked me at what time and I saw her write it down. I was surprised when I arrived in the lobby to check out that a clerk pointed out a man waiting at a table and told me that was my driver. And very professional driver was nice car to charge me a lower price than I paid for a taxi the previous day. Impressive. One negative to me is the fact that the hotel is at the edge of the downtown area and at night appears to be a rather seedy area where I would not feel comfortable walking at night.

I used this hotel as a layover to visit the Palenque ruins. The hotel is full size Marriott with a lot of upscale shopping within walking distance. There is a supermarket across the street and an upscale mall attached to the hotel. Due to pandemic rules, most of the shopping mall was closed. There is a lot of nice dining available. The hotel staff is great and welcoming. The rooms were well sanitized. During entry to the hotel, you are temperature checked and hand sanitizer given to you. The room was clean and the sheets seemed liked they were fresh and the room sanitized. The swimming pool was open. In heathier times, it would seem a good location to stay here. There is enough shopping and entertainment around this upscale location. Still the price of rooms is a bargain right now. There is plenty of security. The airport is about a 15 minute taxi ride away.

The hotel was good. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was awesome so good totally recommend. The staff were friendly and professional. In these times we understand not all amenities are avliable however there was only one small bottle of water presented in the room. We had to order takeaway since there was no restaurant and no room service. We understand the lack of the restaurant but room service probably should be avliable. Apart from that we ordered a dominoes pizza. Just insure you get to the hotel before the local takeaway places close otherwise you'll go hungry. The hotel was clean and very professional. Would stay here again it served its purpose. Regarding covid, the hotel had in place all the required measurements implemented, we felt safe.

My stay at this hotel was 2.5 days, where i enjoyed the good food, friendly staff, nice and warm pool, relaxing pool side bar with excellent drinks. Overall a great experience. Only drawback - the AC in the room was noisy and working a bit erratic. in 39 - 37 deg C temperature this is not a good thing. Also the breakfast experience is a bit chaotic - as one has to wait for the staff to come and get things for you. But i think that a Covid realated arrangement, otherwise the food was excellent quality. Would highly recommend this hotel for business & family visit purposes.

We had a great stay at the Quinta Real and would love to return. The hotel is beautiful and the customer service is excellent. Every employee that we met was professional, friendly, and efficient. During our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting two excellent employees. Luis Pedrero was great and made us feel welcomed as guests of the hotel. Another fantastic employee was Bernabe. Every time we left the hotel or returned, Bernabe was there with a smiling face to greet us and ensure that we did not need any help - which made us feel welcomed and appreciated while staying at the property. Thank you for a excellent stay in Villahermosa.
