If you want to have a cheap hotel, secure, in a normal place and close to the airport, this is the place. The rooms are a little bit small, but with this price... impossible better. The internet is free and enough, tv inside the room, a normal bathroom and if is just for sleep, this is the hotel. The ride in a taxy (yandex) from the airport in the night is about 450 RUB.

Останавливаюсь в данном отеле с 2020 года по 2-3 раза за год, рекомендовала его своим родственникам и друзьям, кто летает через Шереметьево… НО! больше НИКОГДА! Этот заезд был последний каплей. Последние 3 раза наблюдали ухудшение сервиса. Как появилась молоденькая светленькая администратор, так всё хуже и хуже сервис. В прошлые разы были казусы по типу: позвонила на ресепшн попросила чайник и пакетик чая, сказали через 5 мин. будет…прождала 15 минут, выхожу на ресепшн, говорю «вы про нас забыли?», администратор на диване, недовольно отрываясь от мобильника: как это забыла? Вон чайник стоит, забирайте! По приезду принесли белье в ЗАСТЕЛЕННУЮ детскую кроватку.. сначала я была в недоумении:ЗАЧЕМ? А потом поняла: то, что застелено уже кем-то использовалось! Я позвонила администратору, уточнила, на что был ответ: ну вы просто чистое сверху застелите Стоит упомянуть, что кроватку в номер нам заносили какие-то рабочие в нечистой спецодежде, по пути общаясь друг другом и с администратором о насущном. С каждым годом лица персонала всё недовольнее, а клиентоориентированность близится к уверенному нулю. В этот заезд, как обычно, забронировали для семьи с ребенком, обсудили, какое у ребенка будет койко-место.. по приезду (в 23 ч) всё та же нерадая клиентам администратор уточнила: вам нужно доп.место для ребенка?(казалось бы, для чего вы так долго переписывались со мной при бронировании и всё уточняли?). В итоге отправила водителя, который нас привез, за раскладушкой! Водитель поставил её посреди комнаты, мы сами стали двигать стол, чтоб подвинуть раскладушку к стене. Водитель следом внес застеленную подушку с одеялом (уточняю! Водитель, зайдя с улицы, не помыв руки и не переодевшись, таскает постельные принадлежности! При клиентах! Страшно представить, что там творится, когда никто не видит!). Зарядят в номер мы с мужем почувствовали резкий запах - номер был прокурен насквозь! Пожаловалась на это администратору утром, на что ответ: свободных номеров нет. Обещали поставить ионизатор-освежитель, но ничего не поставили. Запах курева был от занавесок и от всех торшеров, видимо, раньше этот номер был для курящих. Персонал кафе требует отдельного упоминания) красивая девушка кавказской внешности обслужит вас с видом, что вы незванный гость и пришли к ней на кухню)) в первое утро за столом не было стульев, девушка пошла за ними в подсобку и вынесла, оставив рядом с дверь подсобки: разбирайте сами. Во второй день на завтрак принесла битые вареные яйца, как будто так и надо Вообще, нам показалось, что новая политика персонала этого отеля: делом мину кирпичом и не здоровайся первой с постояльцами. Пока мы сами громко не скажем «здравствуйте/можно нам позавтракать?/спасибо/досвидания» персонал будет и дальше смотреть в экран телефона. Я такое обслуживание за свои деньги терпеть больше не готова, поэтому: спасибо, больше никогда! И напоследок упомяну о трансфере: До мая этого года одна поездка до аэропорта была бесплатной, поэтому, я не привередничала по поводу време

This hotel is located close to the airport, but it is a bit remote. There is a special shuttle bus to each terminal every hour. Unfortunately, the hotel did not specify it when there was no reservation. There was a problem with the communication with the front desk that day, so we could not pick up the airport. ; The waiters are all available, the hotel facilities are average, and early breakfasts are considered rich, suitable for transit overnight passengers.

In general the hotel is good. The staff is pleasant. The only thing was not a big incident before booking the hotel. Check the information about the accommodation of animals. The girl at the reception was incompetent and gave incorrect information during a phone call. After that we unbooked the room (non-refundable). The girl said to make a note that we are with animals and pay 1000 rubles per animal upon check-in. When booking from the app, there was no place to mark. We called the hotel reception again to make sure that our payment went through and we would still be accepted with animals. To which the girl replied: oh, sorry, I gave you the wrong information. You will need to pay extra for animals. We did not count on such financial expenses.

«+» Great updated modern hotel. Nice lobby design, nice room design (I stayed at Standard Novation Room). Super comfortable bed. Great looking bathroom. Very good quality bathroom amenities. Fast Wi-Fi. «-» Super overpriced hotel! The room rates are completely unreasonable! Uncomfortable messy hotel for a transfer situation. Bus drivers were rude and did not help with luggage. If you have just a little carry on, it is easier to walk to the hotel through terminals than to use a transfer, because the ride to the hotel from the airport takes like 15 min. Nobody cared about COVID including bus drivers, who did not wear face masks.

Hotel for one night or for trips. Transport availability is low, i.e. from transport only taxi and bus. Call a taxi at the peak hour is still a task, do not like taxi drivers of Khimki here and do not take orders, only bus remains. It is convenient only that not far from Sheremetyevo Airport (without 10 min. by taxi) About the hotel itself. The rooms are quite comfortable, everything is clean. Breakfast can be attributed to the continental and despite modesty - a saturated, hungry morning will not stay. The hotel's summary is to come in comfortable conditions to stay, have a tight breakfast and go on work!
