I ordered rinjani 4 earlier but there was a mistake from the resort, he said the online order email was too late so it took precedence over the offline order. At first I was a bit upset because it wasn't confirmed at the beginning, but in the end I was even happy because it turned out that Rinjani 5 was really good. It looks better than Rinjani 4 which is cornered and looks a bit creepy because of the corner hehe. It's really quiet here, it's very quiet on the side of the road. for the cafe is top parahh, the food is all delicious especially the bogor soto is highly recommended. the service is also okay, the only downside is that the pool can't be used when it arrives. It is highly recommended to wear thick clothes because it is very cold here. next I want to come here again🫶🏻

There are not many guests in the hotel, the small garden grass is very good, and the drone flew by the way. You have to drive by yourself here, and the main road has to drive several slopes to go up. The breakfast is very indonesian although they also provide bread. The bread quite dry and they offer margarine instead of butter, chocolate sprinkles and unknown spread. The fruit is very limited. The parking lot is too small to accomodate all guests' vehicles. The last day of my stay there were 2 big buses parked in that small parking lot.
I could not sleep well as the noise from the vehicles pass by. This is inevitable as they also admit it. But the hospitality is very nice.

1. a place close to the top of the puncak pass, so it's definitely cold
2. beautiful hotel environment, lots of trees, there is a lake, far from the crowd of the road.
3. comfortable rooms, clean and soft mattresses, warm water, thick and long bath towels, thick mattress blankets, mineral water and warm water are provided in the thermos,
4. the price is affordable
5. Can make camping too
6. there is a villa for those who come (near the lake)
I recommend it once for those who want to stay in the top pass area

At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024.
No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot
Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area.
Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible.
Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

From the hotel you walk in half an hour to the splendid Cibodas plant garden! But very special was the beautiful restaurant on the roof terrace. A professional cook who likes to show and think of his cooking arts. And lovely cooking! Also a very fine (sweet) pool. The hotel management is new and invests in the improvement and cleaning of the hotel and is very helpful. This is a fine peak for rest-seeking Indonesian lovers. Also the night calls sound far away (for now).
