Easy to find while driving through town, with quick access to the highway for the next day's travel. Some renovations happening in the lobby, but very clean. Close to eateries and gas stations. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet is fairly standard, but ample choices. Shout out to Sam who was at the front desk when we arrived, big smile, very helpful. Any interactions with staff were pleasant and they were very informative of the area.

I was staying in Grants Pass, visiting my mom at her retirement community. I wasn't in a position to spend a lot of money on my lodging because I was already spending a lot for flying and renting a car. Bestway Inn had everything I needed at a price I could afford. It was clean and comfortable and my room even had an iron and ironing board. If you need lodging at this price point I recommend it highly.

Our room was lovely, and they upgraded us on arrival to a river view. It was clean, quiet, fine breakfast. We drove 150 miles for a dr appointment, but forgot to inquire about a medical rate at this hotel, as we assumed they would have one. Our dr. rotates from Ashland, Medford and Grants Pass offices, and in Ashland, Medford and other lodging in Grants Pass, the hotels have a substantial price reduction when you're in town for a dr appointment. This hotel has some reduction at a few offices, however not all of them.

When I checked in I like almost all faces were evedent of fatigue confusion sorrow, emotions that in my experiences can make people unpredictable. People seeking refuge due to the almost entire state consumed in fire. and although evident exhaustion on the faces of the staff due to the sudden influx of guest. with full knowledge that they to may no longer have a home to go to. Every employee that I encountered right from the beginning with the receptionist where excellent there empathy and natural smiles I now to me was a comfort in a crazy time thank you staff of quality inn for showing us guest a prime example of how we should be to one another if I owned the establishment I would give you all raises, because it is characteristic like all of yours that produce regular customers. Sept 13 2020 guest 119 thank you

Very nice motel. Very reasonably priced. No pool. Advertised price is for queen bed which are on the second floor. If you want ground floor they are king beds and a few bucks more. Clean room, entire motel is non smoking, decorated cute, continental breakfast included.

Do you want a successful trip? Of course you do! Then skip all the hassle of the surrounding hotels and stay at the Hampton. I have come down to the area pursuing a future love interest as she has been helping her family. Tried to save money at other hotels and was met with drug addicts and hostility from hosts, for asking simple question.. like can I pay for a late check out. So I spent the extra money at the Hampton inn & suites. May I say best decision of my whole stay, if not my life, here's why.. firstly the front desk host are the best in town and go above and beyond! Samantha, Liz and kobie are the utmost best hosts I've ever experienced. They are extremely welcoming and accommodating. They need a raise!!! Not only are they sweet and accommodating they have made me a second home and I would consider each one as a friend from here on out. Secondly the cleaning staff goes above and beyond to accommodate and provide a comfortable stay. For instances, I am a man that loves his pillows. I asked one of the cleaning crew for 2 more pillows she dropped everything she was doing and went to go get them. Of course me being me I said I'd ask the front desk on my way back in, to save her the trip. Well not even 5 minutes later Amanda the sweetest lady on gods earth arrived with 2 extra pillows. Thirdly Barbara youd be blessed to have clean and cater your room she knows nothing about shortcuts. She treated our room like her personal home. The room was immaculate upon our return. All said and said if you need a home away from home please start your stay here as you will not find a better place..... trust me.

I can NOT figure out why anyone says anything positive about this establishment. I arrived just before 10 pm with my daughter. The lot had several late model cars—including a Mercedes. I figured my husband must have actually found a diamond in the rough in this motel. That’s where the positivity ended. I expected a queen sized bed since we were just sharing for a quick sleepover on our way to California—the bed was a full—if that. The sheets were wrinkled and gross. The room was insanely hot and stuffy. There were several odd hairs in the nasty, pink, mold-stained shower. The water pressure in the sink and shower weren’t even close to a light rain. There’s like an odd space between the pre-fab shower and the wall—where they put in a strange non-shelf they apparently built for no reason. The towels were weird blue-gray-brown—which didn’t match. There’s a reason hotels use white linens—so they can be bleached between guests. I doubt they’ve ever properly cleaned these linens. A weird wall paper trim of country type houses lined half of the room. There were three separate locks on the door—leaving me slightly terrified. The room was “decorated” with dusty silk flowers sprayed with some odd flower scent—tucked into the vase were several glittery Easter eggs on sticks. Don’t worry though, because they provide green wine glasses and a cork screw. The bed was as hard as a rock. I love a firm bed—but, this felt like a 1 inch foam topper on top of ply wood. I was more comfortable sleeping on the ground when I was camping the following night. My hopes of getting a decent night’s sleep were dashed by sharing a tiny bed with a kid combined with thin, kitchen-type sheer curtains which provided no sun blockage. The only positive of this was that we didn’t linger and carried on with our road trip by 7:15 am. The decent cars were all gone well before we were—leaving me to believe the other ‘guests’ shared my horror at this place—or, that they were visiting other ‘guests’ by-the-hour.

We regularly stay in Motel 6 across the country and this one is by far the worst. We drive a Pickup truck and a short flatbed trailer. We always call ahead to confirm there is parking available for our trailer as we did last night, but once we arrived and the lady at the front desk saw that we were an interracial couple (he’s black and I’m white), she told us that we can’t park on their property. Now, it’s a Thursday evening, almost 9:00pm and we would be gone by 7:00am. Their parking lot is almost empty and PLENTY OF ROOM for six pickup trucks and trailers, plus two dozen more cars, but she said we had to park it a block away on the street. She said we wouldn’t be able to maneuver in their parking lot (though we did just fine). As we are pulling out we see another truck and flatbed trailer parked on the other side of the motel so we called her and asked why they were allowed to park there and she told us it had nothing to do with us. Instead of yelling profane language at her and calling her out on the obvious discrimination, we drive down to the Autozone and ultimately park there because the ladies there were super nice. SOOOO when we wake up and walk out of our room this morning, there’s a U-Haul pulling a car trailer parked exactly where we had parked AND taking up more room than we had parked because that driver obviously doesn’t know how to park a trailer. I literally never play the race card, have never written a review complaining of racism, but this is pathetic. This really puts a sour taste in my mouth in regards to the Motel 6 franchise. IN ADDITION, the room smelled nasty and stale, had no chairs around the table so we had to eat our dinner in the bed, there was piss and toilet paper in the toilet and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a week, the television volume didn’t work, and the bathroom ceiling was dripping yellow water on me and all stained.

A few pieces of bread and cereal for breakfast, there is really nothing to eat, three tables, so it is best to pack it back to the room to eat. The hotel does not have a refrigerator, microwave, and affordable motel.

My son and I were on a motorcycle trip and decided to end the day in Grants Pass without checking on hotel availability. Turned out there was a big concert in the area and there was one room left in the area. We had camping equipment but there were no campgrounds in the area and with the sun setting we decided to pay the high price at the Sunset Inn. The room was OK and could be considered adequate at the regular price. There was a restaurant nearby so that worked out. Not much in the way of breakfast items but there were some.
