Хочется сказать спасибо Веронике, она может подсказать советом или более подробно рассказать вам о специфике пребывания в городе или о интересных местах в отеле, чтобы вы не скучно проводили свой досуг. Да и она просто классная=) Так уж получилось,что нам понадобился осмотр у доктора. Ничего серьезного не произошло, но было приятно, что в отеле работают квалифицированные специалисты. Привет, доктор Сэми, Спасибо большое!)) Для любителей вкусно покушать, тоже будет комфортно. Повара готовят великолепно, делают работу с душой. Для сладкоежек отдельный рай, особенно в вечер восточных сладостей. (Ваще балдеж)) Радует, что ежедневно отель улучшают. Потихоньку делают ремонт,шумных работ нет, но в любом случае, это не отражается на отдыхе окружающих. Территория небольшая,но очень уютная. Отдельно хотелось бы выделить анимацию. Команда небольшая,но очень сильная, активная и подвижная. А вы знаете, как определить хорошая команда аниматоров или бомбическая? У хорошей команды аниматоров танцуют дети и подростки. А вот у бомбической команды дети плачут, когда анимация закончилась на пляже, потому что умеют заинтересовать и найти подход. Моему удивлению не было предела,когда все пенсионеры активно танцевали на любом мероприятии-обычно не заставишь)))) Спасибо большое Нуре, Мухаммеду, Надиру,Кате,Линде и Адаму за живые эмоции. The location is reachable and serene, and the beach is great. However, the brother hotel Hawaii Palm (al mamsha) was much better. The need enhancement things are: Parking - far away from the entrance, to the extent that I need to drive for 15 min. from the parking to the hotel entrance, as it was at the opposite side of the road!!! Room amenities - Hair shampoo, body lotion, bath drain covers, power sockets, good-state curtains, i.e. maintenance and deep cleaning. Gym - I had to walk for 15 min. to the nearby hotl Le Jardin, just to find the Gym closed, as it opens at 9 am!!!!!! Warm pools - We were in winters and my bigger kid (110 cm) had to swim in a cold pool!!! Pool time - need to be extended Pushy reception - too much alarms for check-out Cruise trip - reserved via the hotel conceirge was far below expectations. Hope the next visit be better ISA. |2.35km from city centerLet's be honest, you can only go here in one case: if your trip (including tickets) for a week costs $600 maximum. That's the only reason to go to this hotel. I have been working in the hospitality industry for a long time. As a professional in my field, I will get tired of listing the reasons why it is not worth going to this hotel. The main disadvantages that you will find in this hotel are: 1. Food - If you live in Central Europe/USA, you will be disappointed in the quality of food and the ways it is prepared. In most cases, the food is undercooked/overcooked, the menu is the same (Only the grill is on the positive side, the dishes change every day). I would also like to note that eating breakfast and lunch on the terrace becomes impossible due to the fact that crows are ready to steal your food from the plate as soon as you turn away or go for a drink. 2. Alcohol - As in all of Egypt, if you travel on an all-inclusive system, you will have free alcohol, but only locally produced. If you are a lover of good beer, then you will have to pay $ 2/3 for one bottle of it. Alcohol is generally of tolerable quality, but bartenders will come up with recipes out of their heads. In 7 days I tried about 10 different variations of one cocktail. 3. Room - We arrived at the hotel by 7 am and (of course) the room was not ready. Check-in was from 2 pm. It was not possible to check in earlier because all the rooms were occupied. Unfortunately, the hotel staff does not care that you have to wait 7 hours before checking into the room. They won't give you towels so you can go to the beach, and they won't give you a bracelet before 10 am so you can at least go to breakfast (we went without a bracelet, the hotel staff was kind and allowed you to have breakfast without them). The room itself that we had was generally acceptable, but it was clear that all the furniture was very old and needed to be replaced. The room overlooked the neighboring building and had a sea view. The room had a balcony and good air conditioning. Our toilet was constantly broken, on the second day of my stay, I learned to fix it myself and steadily repaired it several times a day. 4. Location - The hotel is located near the embankment (5 minutes walk) and a shopping center with a good supermarket (7 minutes walk). For $ 5 you will be taken by taxi to the city center and back. 5. Сleanness - This is a serious drawback of this hotel (and possibly the whole of Egypt). I had to clean the bathroom myself because housekeeping ”didn't notice” the dirt while making our room up. The chairs in the restaurant are dirty and covered in bird droppings. No one cleans the sunbeds on the beach and they are all dirty from the sand. Glasses and cutlery will never be clean and polished, so we preferred to use disposable plastic cups. 6. Hotel area - Two hotels are located in one place: King Tu and Sphinx. On the territory of the hotels, there are several bars and restaurants, a nightclub, two beaches

The buffet has Egyptian, Asian, Moroccan, Mexican, Italian, various barbecues, like their fish and duck! Desserts, fruit, and beverage snacks are available throughout the day. Eight large and small swimming pools plus mountain parks are super exciting. It is worthy of praise that they actually have a heated swimming pool and can swim in winter. The children are super happy!

1. The main thing is that the scenery is super beautiful. There are slides for adults and a kids area to play in. There are four or five swimming pools. You can also book an outdoor jacuzzi. Next to it is a beautiful gauze bed like Madai. It is with the hotel next door. Beautiful too.
2. The restaurant is super delicious (compared to another chain recommended by a book, this one is simply heaven, and that restaurant is all praised by Lei). There are dozens of kinds of desserts that are not as sweet as Lei, and everyone in the family You know, it’s heaven to have non-sweet desserts on the European and American menu. Most of the dishes are delicious. The pasta is super fragrant, and there are many kinds of fruits and yogurts. In addition, there are two restaurants that require reservations. There is a seafood barbecue that can be reserved, such as the Japanese-style Egyptian Teppanyaki, which is very fragrant but we did not make a reservation. There is also a very exotic tent.
3. There is a long private beach coastline, which the Glass Sea Hotel can have. There are so many deck chairs on the beach, hundreds of them can lie on them, but there are very few people lying on them. The sea breeze is so comfortable.
4. The decoration of the hotel is similar to that of Manxin in China. The room is very new, there is plenty of hot water, the balcony is beautiful, and the glass windows have locks. Some buildings have not been completed yet, so the price will probably increase after they are completed. It is really worth it.
The service staff likes to ask for Fengyoujing as a tip🤣, so I gave him the remaining half bottle.
The only drawback is that I got bitten by mosquitoes when I went to the beach at night, but bad mosquitoes are everywhere, and I don't blame this hotel. I didn't encounter any discrimination against Chinese people. At least the service staff were very nice to me. I will stay here again next time.

In Egypt, try not to communicate privately, but to solve it through the platform and local agents in Egypt through channels. On the first day, the hotel refused to check in without receiving confirmation. Under the adjustment of Ctrip, there was no balcony standard room (the original order triple room had a terrace or balcony) and promised to replace the original room type the next day. The stay took 2 hours. Rejecting the extra bed, Ctrip adjusted again, and barely added the mattress after 5 hours. The next day at the front desk, the front desk manager refused to change the room type again. The attitude was extremely bad. I claimed that I had already given you an extra bed. What else do you have to do, and I don’t recognize the order. Once I complain, I will shout and go to your Chinese agent. After checking out, Ctrip Helping the rights to send a photo proof, the hotel still refused to admit that the first night room type does not match Thanks again to Ctrip customer service, nearly 25 calls, from the check-in to check-out, I have been actively contacting, helping the rights, negotiating with the hotel to solve the problem, suggesting Ctrip and honest hotel cooperation

|10.15km from city centerWe stayed here this past week June 2023, it was an amazing holiday. Pros- The entertainment team are brilliant, Bob, Vicki, Keko and Momento especially. They always came and spoke to us in the mornings. Making us laugh and getting us involved in all their activities. The lifeguards were also incredible. (Ahmed and Ramadan) Helping us move our sun beds either into the sun or into the shade. The lunch around the small circle pool was very good. Chips, pizza, burgers, kebabs. Very good food. Served from around 11:30 to about 3. Rooms were very clean, the cleaner was very good we were on the 5th floor room 1519 very good few of the sea and the next door hotel, nice and quiet in the evenings so would be good for someone who likes to go up to the room earlier in the evenings. Bottled Water was given to us everyday. Pools were kept clean and monitored throughout the whole day. Water slides were very good. Felt very safe and were again monitored the whole time. Food at the al carte restaurants were lovely. However you do need to book these quickly as they go very fast. We stayed up until midnight to make sure we got a space. Cons- Food at the buffet in the evening wasn’t brilliant, however I am a fussy eater, there wasn’t chips in the evening buffet any of the times we ate in there, the pasta station was very good for someone like me who likes plain food. The restaurants were quite warm so I found it quite uncomfortable to eat in. The boulevard burger restaurant was outside and I really struggled to eat here. The only restaurant which I thought was a nice temperature was the Asian restaurant, very good food in there was well. We stayed around what was meant to be the adults only pool. A smaller circle one in the middle, however there were more children in this pool than there were adults. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely return. We had a great time.

|6.36km from city centerTrue, honest and very long review... Upon arrival at SUNRISE Holidays Resort, all of the staff say ”Welcome Home” which we found initially a little bit odd. However after a 10 day stay we found that we had a new family! The furniture in the rooms is a little dated, but the rooms are spotlessly clean, towels, robes and toiletries are all supplied. the beds are comfy, what else do you need, frankly you don't spend much time in your room. Water, tea, coffee and soft drinks are topped up daily. Housekeeping staff are just fab The private beach is wonderful, the sea was warm and plenty of sunbeds. The beach staff make sure that you have everything you need, drinks are brought round at all times. There are great 4 restaurants on site, the buffet 'El Sol' is great there is something for everyone, the staff are great. I am a coeliac, so gluten free is a must. As soon as the staff were made aware of this they could not do enough for me, specially made desserts were brought out without even asking for them, gluten free bread arrived by magic for every meal. We only tried Elia, the Mediterranean restaurant, as we loved the El Sol staff so much. Mohammed, the supervisor of Elia asked us to try the restaurant our, so we did, OMG it was so worth it. You can have one meal in each of the specialty restaurants per week. apart from Nasaya, which is chargeable. The guests that we spoke to said that Nasaya was very good and incredibly reasonable. Now... lets talk about our new family... The Splash Bar.... Where do I start... the guys are truly amazing. Tarek, Engelhard, Ahmed and Ahmed are the best. Our glasses were never empty, even though i was only drinking mint tea and coffee, they knew which i would like and when, i'm not sure how as even i didn't know! The managers Mahmood & Sean run a tight ship which we love and join in with everyone, making us feel so welcome. They put up with my learning Arabic badly and tried to teach me new words every day! They genuinely care that you are having a wonderful holiday. The animation team do not stop! how they have so much energy, we will never know. They are great, volleyball, dance lessons, AQUAGYM(!) evening entertainment, its brilliant. We only had one complaint.... The Disco (Jungle Bar) is like the secret ”speak easy” it doesn't have a sign anywhere and was really quiet, non of the guests knew about it! Once we found it we loved it! Ahmed is the sweetest and really looked after us. In summary... The staff made the holiday THE BEST. Warm weather, warm water, great wifi , great food and the warmest welcome. What else could you need!.... We are going Home again Very soon. Thank you SUNRISE Holidays Resort

There are amazing parties every day and the best animation team takes care of the fun. I definitely recommend going to the BoatParty as well. The staff is also very nice and everyone is very helpful. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I have been to Meraki twice already and certainly not the last time. I'm already looking forward to being back.

|26.96km from city centerThe hotel welcomes guests with a very smart reception area which gives a good impression. The rest of the hotel keeps that impression and improves it. Reception guys were great and make you feel welcome! All the staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. We felt that they really were interested in making sure we were comfortable, happy and having a good holiday. Rooms are very nice, Clean and comfortable. TV selection is limited, no Netflix etc. but the WiFi was pretty good for streaming on iPads etc. Did lose WiFi for the last couple of days but not the hotel's fault as it was a local outside outage. Pools and beach have lots of beds and umbrellas, never a problem to get one. Spa is very good, one of us had many massages and said that all were very good. Haman experience was interesting and enjoyable. The food is very good, the main restaurant has a lot of variety with always some Egyptian options. The speciality restaurants are extremely good, we liked the Med and the Italian best but that is just our preference. The Japanese was excellent and we enjoyed it a lot, well worth the extra charge. Will probably go twice next time. So for 15 days we didn't get bored with the menus. With all inclusive we found most drinks perfectly ok and easy (perhaps too easy!) to get, the wine is ok but could be better, the cocktails in the Lobby bar are really good, the local beer is excellent. The bar and restaurant waiters are very attentive. Lots of water provided too. We didn't watch much of the entertainment, but were told by other guests that it was not great. We did see a good dance troupe and a really superb guitarist in the Lobby. Tips are appreciated (not expected), we found dollars useful but reception will change money. I thought the rate very fair too. Evenings can need a light jacket in February. We thought that the hotel made great efforts to ensure guests had a great stay and they certainly succeeded for us and everyone we spoke to. We will certainly return next year.

Could be more red fish and sea food, would say for meat lovers is very good, for vegetrians, could be slightly better, but overally decent. Sea side is good for kids, sandy beach. Enough places for all, animations, a lot of bars, snack and bake is enough. Almost no time, when cannot have a meal. Spacious rooms, clean. Big variety of pools for adult and kids, heated and not. Late check-out possibility: 30-50€ 18:00-22:00 Recommend a taxi from/to airport. Family charge 10-15€ (might ask 20-25) Uber possible, but worse cars. Price can be 5€ Evening andnlate night program - singer, kid show, dances. Decent GYM is in place. Doctor available at fixed hours (10:30-12:30 and 18:30-20:30), consulting from 70€ Senzo Mall in 600m from territory with huge store with all needed stuff for self and kids in case needed. Souvenirs on hotel territory are available at bigger prices. Also available right after exit hotel territory crossing the street.

|27.77km from city centerJust had 10 days at this lovely hotel. Facilities very good, rooms lovely, staff friendly, entertainment team great and don’t hassle you to join in if you don’t want to. Aqua park is good fun, and next to the beach which is lovely. Hotel Russian/ German guests and the food is reflected in this. Good choice of food, but repetitive, a la carte restaurants ok but not amazing but did make a change from the main buffet. The biggest let down here is the alcohol….in my opinion it undrinkable! Located in Sahl Hasheesh which is about 30 mins from the marina in Hurghada. The animation team go to a different club in Hurghada most evenings ,£10 for return transport, entry and a drink.
