We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Longmont, visiting our daughter. We had two rooms and we were very happy with the quality of the rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful and there were many Covid precautions that they had in place. I recommend this hotel and will be staying here again. The location is a quick five minute drivable distance from The Village and the Cheese Importers. We had a great time and there is a reason that this hotel is rated number one in Longmont.

We had three hotel options provided to us by my cousin, the bride, for her weekend wedding near Longmont. Because this hotel had a cheaper rate with AAA and because the wedding party was staying here, I chose this one, but soon realized my mistake and wished I would've stayed directly next door where some of my other family members stayed. Upon arriving and checking in about 20 minutes after the normal check-in time, I was told there were two rooms available: one on the first floor and one on the second floor. I asked if there was a difference between the two like for example if one is quieter or anything and I was told there was not so I opted for the first floor to be able to come and go quicker. As soon as we get in our room and start unpacking, we quickly understand it is a handicap room. Why didn't the front desk staff mention this when I asked if there was a difference between the two available rooms (unless of course they were both handicap rooms)? My husband and I are both super tall, so having the really low nightstands and dresser was annoying not to mention a really small bathroom with a tiny shower that had an adjustable shower head that was difficult for us to move up high enough for us to stand and be able to wash our hair. And then, because there was no tub, the water got all over the bathroom floor each time we showered so we were walking with wet feet all the time. Also, the room must not have been used or cleaned in a while because in the bathroom there was a rather large cobweb with a dead spider stuck in it that we had to dispose of. These rooms are also not soundproof at all. Each morning we were awakened by several people in the lobby talking and eating breakfast as well as people in the floor above us stomping around. The bed was not very comfortable and the blanket was very thin. On our last morning before checking out and leaving for the airport, I ordered us two of the same breakfasts and I specifically said "I need TWO of the..." We received ONE breakfast. So my husband told the staff of the error and she started to make the other breakfast, which is fine, but now as my husband is standing there waiting for his breakfast he is losing precious time when he needed to be finishing his packing. There was no offered discount or waiving the cost of the second breakfast for their error. I would not stay here again.

We live in Estes Park, CO and were required to evacuate due to a wildfire emergency. Since we know the nearby town of Longmont, we headed there. My wife called to make a reservation, having been told this hotel is pet friendly (we have a cat and a bird). To the point: we were given a special rate as evacuees and a suite was reserved for us. The check-in process was seamless and the access doors are convenient. The suite was perfect. There is a lot of storage and available surface area, of which one area was perfect for the large bird cage. We had two comfortable beds, and also an area with a couch and a table that can be used for a desk or for dining. The refrigerator is full-size, and the kitchenette was equipped with tableware, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. All we needed but food was supplied. The bathroom had all we required. The lobby, or commons area, is roomy and well-lit. Excellent complimentary coffee is available at all hours. This hotel has a pool and a small gym as well as a laundry area. The staff was friendly and professional and every reasonable thing we asked for was supplied, as we stayed seven nights. The only loud noise we noticed was the barking of dogs, as the hotel completely filled up with people who also evacuated. Checkout was smooth. This hotel was perfect for our needs, and we would stay there again - especially if we are evacuated again. May that not be the experience of anyone reading this!

For the second time in six months I've spent one night at this Super 8 in Longmont. Longmont itself is a nice town and it's really close and well connected to Boulder and its crazy hotel prices and not too far from Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. This motel is located within minutes of downtown, easy to reach from the I 25, in an area full of shopping options. It's also on a major intersection and that might be a little bothersome. The establishment probably dates back to the end of the 90's, it's very well kept and during both my stays my room was definitely clean and well equipped. In the first case it was a smaller one, big enough for a single guest, in my last stay it was a perfect sized accommodation even for two guests. In both cases my room faced the intersection and I must admit that the noise can be annoying. The windows are not well insulated and even through the air conditioning noise seeps in. For a single night it can be tolerated but for a multiple days stay I'd try to get a room on the back of the building. I guess it could be a huge improvement for the value of this motel, helping even to save heating and AC. But for this issue I would have rated it Excellent. The staff is very professional and friendly, they know how to deal with customers and they have that little gift of making everybody feel welcomed. Every morning guests are offered from 6 to 9 a warm breakfast with eggs, sausages, waffles, something not very common in this kind of motels. I appreciated it and the service time too : when on the road an early start might be a necessity. Would I stay here again ? Yes, without any doubt. Would I recommend it a friend ? Yes, without any doubt.

I regularly stay at candlewood during my business trips and it has kind of become a home away from home. The staff are very courteous and rooms are very clean and spacious with kitchen provisions. The pantry is open 24 hrs and you can pick up snacks and free coffee. be sure to to mark the $ amount for snacks taken and drop it in the box. It would be better if there are more vegetarian frozen food options and more options on breakfast/cereal. It is centrally located with kohls, home depot, target all within walking distance.

After my mother in law had a stroke, we decided we needed to move she and her ailing husband closer to us in Longmont. We got an apartment, but needed a place for them to stay for a month. We could not have been happier with the Residence Inn. The very night they arrived, they couldn't get the heat to turn up above 68. The staff immediately brought in two workmen who actually totally replaced the heater and the thermostat in their room with a brand new unit. It took only about 30 minutes and they were friendly throughout the entire process. During their stay Dad took two horrible falls in the bathroom - both requiring 911 calls, hospital stays, and days away from mom. The entire staff embraced them and became their friends. They helped to call 911, and sat with mom as she waited for us to get to her to drive her to the hospital. They were truly concerned about them and all they were going through. They knew my husband and I by name when we called and came in to visit. They would remind my inlays of the "theme" of the evening meals they offer Monday-Wednesday evenings. One of the staff members brought a walker to them for Dad to use when he got out of the hospital. I had tears in my eyes when we checked out today because these people truly cared for my inlaws more than we ever could have imagined in this transition time. We truly made the best choice possible in a hotel.

I put my Mom, Sister and 9 year old Niece up for the night here last week as my daughter and I were running a Marathon nearby. My Sister and Niece had stayed before and were excited to return. The family was able to arrive early and swim while waiting on a room to be available for check-in. The pool and water slide are the highlight for many. The pool is an indoor pool with a large water slide and a small one for little kids in the adjacent pool. The water slide is probably 3 stories high and has plenty of turns, making it a fast slide. My Daughter (24) and Niece (9) spent a couple of hours up the stairs and down the slide, over and over again. As there were 3 staying the night, I booked the King Suite, which was only about $20 more than a Double King Room. The Suite was worth the extra $20. There was a small kitchen that was stocked with utensils and appliances. There were 2 separate bedrooms in the Suite, both with TV and assorted comforts. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast was included in the price I paid and there was a large meeting/dining/conference area just off the front lobby. There also appeared to be desktop computers in this area for guest use. The only complaint was that the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud late into the night. The price for the Suite for a Friday night was $175 with tax. High, but for a Niece who loves that water slide so much, as well as staying a night away from home with the family, it was worth it.
