          Facilities: There is an outdoor swimming pool, bath towels, and a bar. There were 3 mosquitoes killed in the room on the first night. There was free unlimited drinking water and sparkling water. You had to bring your own bottle to the corridor to pick it up. The room was old, for example, the bathtub had a lot of bumps, and some water leaked in the public stairwell on the top floor on rainy days. Environment: There is a nice beach outside the yard, suitable for children, and it is guarded by lifeguards during the day. There is a small shopping mall across the street, directly accessible from the overpass. The hotel across the street does not have a beach. The parking lot is directly accessible by an elevator underground. The outer rooms facing the street are a bit noisy. There are many people who have self-organized breakfasts during weekends. Service: Since the elevator is far away, it is very convenient for the doorman to carry luggage to the room. The front desk service is quite good and the room service is relatively fast. The room lacks shampoo and it is delivered within 10 minutes.

          What an amazing holiday experience for our family, the resort was so child friendly the staff were all so helpful, the accommodation facilities were perfect we could not fault our stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool and waterslides we could not get them out of it. The food options were fantastic and catered to many a fussy eater like our kids. We will definitely be back thank you so much for helping our family make such beautiful memories.

          We have stayed off and on at The Crest for the last 6 months for sporting reasons . The room was always spotless and the friendly staff were amazing from the minute you got there until you left . They would go over and above for whatever we needed done . I have a daughter with brain damage who can be hard to handle at times but the staff were incredible to her and she loved being there . The position in Main beach was so handy to all shops and it has great facilities . I would recommend this resort to anyone and we will be back . Russell

          Wonderful bouji hotel with wonderful staff, but a bit tired with a lot of repairs needed. Breakfast was incredible and poolside lunch great value. Room was tired but beds comfy and great view. Indoor pool and sauna advertised has been closed for two years! And the outdoor pool is unheated due to a faulty pool heater again no plan to fix , it is easy to see why Versace is terminating the contract and removing branding . The outdoor pool with sand beach is a nice touch for families with kids Top tip visit the peters fish bar next door for a fab fresh fish and chip dinner , Shopping centre beside is also nice,

          The apartment was the best that we have stayed in. Spacious and the kitchen well equipped with utensils etc, the bath towels were the biggest, the view was spectacular, the position of the resort suited our needs being in a quieter part of the Gold Coast, the staff were very friendly. Although we are in our 80's we hope to return another time. Our family live in Vietnam and if they return to Australia again I am sure that they will return to Oscar on Main Resort. We will thoroughly recommend the resort to others.

          The hotel has no breakfast, no other meals, kitchen utensils to cook for yourself, and bring your own. There are several small restaurants nearby that taste good! The price is also reasonable! It is an apartment type hotel and cannot accommodate an extra bed. The room type can be fixed according to the number of people! Very suitable for small children, there is a small garden, the pool has a small pool! The hotel is very close to the beach and the location is good! Parking is very convenient!

          This place has an amazing ocean feint location, right next to the beach with ocean views from north to south and some views of the city and hinterland. We stayed in apartment 40 on level 15 and the views were amazing. Unfortunately the apartment facilities were very average. The wifi, despite resetting it countless times simply did not work. Frustrating for us as we had a baby monitor camera that we were trying to connect to it. The air con is old and incredibly noisy, with very basic controls and no ability to set the air to specific temperatures or to turn down the airflow. The showers were terrible and flushed cold water through the head at the same time as the hot. I’ve never experienced this before. It was just a constant flow of hot and cold at the same time. Couldn’t get Netflix to work on the TV’s and every channel the reception was blurry and pixelated. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable and the pillows were like so thin I could feel my head completely on the mattress despite there being a pillow between them. Disregarding these, the views and location were worth it and we genuinely had a lovely stay. Just a few things to fix up to make this place better

          My wife and I have just had four nights at Xanadu. We were on the 16th floor of the East Tower and we could see all the way to Coolangatta and up the the Spit and beyond. The unit was very comfortable and very clean. One of the best for cleanliness I have seen in a long time. The position is perfect as you can walk everywhere - surf club, beach, yacht club, Tedder avenue, and further if you are so inclined. The light rail is also not far away should you want to use it. The building is well maintained and the gardens neat and tidy. Management have their eye on the ball and are doing a great job. Hard to beat this place. We will definitely come back. Cheers.
