          Being that I am a Diamond Member I knew how the Hilton Brand Hotels are supposed to run. This one is falling short of the brand. Seems to be an ongoing trend. On arrival even though we had already checked in early in the day, something was wrong in the computer regarding our payment. The hostess seemed not able to resolve it because of the ”new system”. It appeared she needed more training. She was not able to give more than one access card, she also was not able to get our mobile key to work. The HVAC was OFF when we finally got to our room at 11:59PM and it was HOT all night long. It would not of done any good to change as I am sure all the rooms were the same considering this was our ”reserved” room in advance. The TV channels would come and go as if the wind blew the wrong direction. We called it a night and went to sleep.
