The location is excellent and in walking distance to Espanola Way and Lincoln Road and the complementary bicycles were a treat to ride on the across the street boardwalk. The hotel also offers complimentary beach chairs through a vendor on the beach (umbrellas are extra)! As this is a re- modeled art deco hotel, the rooms are small and we had no view but for the one night it was a pleasurable visit.

If you need to drive in and out of the parking lot multiple times by car, it is recommended to use the hotel's Valet, which costs slightly more than US $ 48 a day, but unlimited access, only need to call 10 minutes before the car. If you only need to go in and out once, you can self-park. There are only a few street parkings around the hotel. The room is large and the facilities are fully functional. The toilet is separated from the wet and dry, which is very user-friendly. One of the best ive experienced recently in my travels. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Val and Maria by the pool were two awesome servers who were so so so nice and took super great care of my group. Sometime great service is hard to find down in Miami. The property itself is beautiful. The complimentary workout classes each morning are awesome. Breakfast at The Market is a must! Servers are very attentive and professional. The only issue we had was during the reservation process and a night manager who was anything but hospitable during a phone call.. There was not a house car and plan for lots of mosquitos outside. Also check out the Basement downstairs, they offer bowling and an ice skating rink! And there is a Starbucks right across the street. Everything was overall fantastic! 👌🏽 10/10 Thanks to the Edition team for an amazing trip! My favorite hotel in Miami Beach yet.

The James Street side was quiet- beastly appointed and Gloria on reception made our stay just perfect. We loved the rooftop pool and relaxed up there for hours. Free morning coffee, day long iced water and wine o clock really demonstrate how they care about customers. Only 1 tiny criticism- the bottom sheets were unfitted and too small to tuck in so crumpled up in the middle of the bed repeatedly. I have fed it back- if the customer facing care we recorded is anything to go by this will get sorted. Love love love this place

At check-In Hugo greeted us with a warm smile and he exhibited efficiency and professionalism which caught our attention and thorough pleased us. We rented a car and while on the way back, there was a detour which caused our gps system to go crazy. We called Hugo and he led us back from 20 mins away. Once we got back, he greeted us like family. The rooms were comfortable and the beds allowed us to sleep soundly. The room was very clean. The business center was very useful to us. Infact, even though this hotwl is not a full service hotwl, it offers all the major ammenities a traveller would require. This includes spacious rooms, a pool, gym, onsite laundry facilities, free parkinf, and free continental breakfast; all at a reasonable daily rate. What made the stays memorable is the simple fact that every staff member did they could to make a geust feel welcome and at home. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

|0.36km from city center The location is great right next to the mall. We spent over 500 dollars for one night here. I expected certain things to be better for that price.
1. the bedding -. the sheets- they seemed cheap- they had a crinkly cheap feel that is usually common in cheap hotels not ones that cost 500 a night
2. We Were a family of three sleeping in a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. When we went out for dinner we asked the front desk- and they wrote our
room number down. We asked them to make up the sofa bed with sheets for our 11 year old daughter. When we got back several hours later it was not made-up.
We were catching an early flight so we decided to have her sleep with us rather than wait. No one ever came. Not really the night we expected for 500 dollars!

I casually said a sentence to one more, because the three of us, a person like a black manager, and the waiter explained the number of towels after check-out. Can I eat a towel hungry?

|1.31km from city centerThis was a great hotel experience for New Year's Eve weekend for the 2021 Orange Bowl as the UGA football team had this as their base hotel. The hotel went all out to decorate in Red and Black for the weekend and were very responsive. Many special-purpose rooms were available for team and family use. The hotel threw a great New Years Eve party that was rocking well into the morning even after we returned from the football game. In addition, there was live music in Bayfront Park adjacent to the hotel, so there was no lack of places to celebrate New Years. Our room was on the bayside and the views are spectacular. The room was clean and well-appointed, with sofa seating and both a large table and a separate desk near the window to enjoy the view. There are no balconies attached to the rooms. There is an outside pool that opens on the third floor from the spa and salon, with separate men's and ladies' locker rooms. We went out to the pool in the mornings on both days since at this time of year the water is cool and there is only morning sun on the pool and pool deck. In the afternoon the pool deck is fully shaded by the adjacent condo tower since the sun is low. There is some afternoon sun this time of year in a grassy areas off the pool deck where the sun is not blocked until later in the afternoon. There are many large umbrellas around the pool chaise lounges if the sun is too hot. Unfortunately, we found that the outdoor pool bar and pool restaurant lounge have been closed for some time due to the pandemic, and the curtains up in the windows block what would be a fantastic view of Biscayne Bay through all the glass. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are all updated and present a top-notch appearance. It is easy to walk to several convenience stores in the area. We would definitely recommend this to our friends if they needed a hotel in this area of town.

Disadvantages:
1. It's still a breakfast issue in the comment area, and it hasn't been improved repeatedly.
2. Credit card deduction, a lot of deductions, and then feedback and adjustments, but later found that there is no refund, but also verify, finally refunded, trouble!
3. Although it is not far, it takes 15 minutes by car, which is far longer than the others.
