Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.

The internet was fast enough to have quality online calls and there were ample spaces that provided work stations. The kids play room was great as the kids were entertained for many hours while we worked.
The breakfast had a good selection of western, Thai, Indian and other asian options. The only issue we had was other guests who would eat with their hand and then go touch all the serving utensils. Very unsanitary.

I just did n’t receive the Ctrip mail and it took more than 20 minutes. But the sister of the customer service in this apartment is very good from Thailand. They will help us store our luggage and tell us some interesting places in Pattaya. The attitude is very good. The location of the apartment is also good. Pattaya Beach can be seen from the window. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There are also many restaurants. Overall, it is very satisfactory.

The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

We were lucky that some of the weekends were neighbors, but quiet, the rest of the days, related rooms were settled.

Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.

When I reminded them about it, they asked for the receipt. Unfortunately, I left the receipt in the room. They innocently said that they don’t have a copy of it! (That means if I fake a receipt for any money they would just give it to me!)
Unbelievably unprofessional attitude.
Rest of the things in the hotel was alright. Except, their bathroom comes in 3 parts. Toilet is a clumsy room, bathroom is a little glass square and bathroom sink is in the room.
I will never return to this hotel only because of their unprofessional behavior.

There are two restaurants in the hotel. One with Indian cuisine and other one western. Since lot of Indian tourists come to this hotel that explains the Indian restaurant, but they can definitely improve the spread. Location of the hotel is good with bif shopping mall near by, beach road 8-10 mins walk, the main road (2nd Rd) is just at a 5 mins walk from where you can get tuk-tuks and taxis to travel anywhere in Pattaya. Check out was also smooth and quick. Enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast has a lot to choose from. The atmosphere is very good both during the day and at night. In a clean and tidy room I will definitely go again.

The apartment is good. There are dining appliances, breakfast table on the balcony. The view to the pool, not apartments opposite, but office.
To the center is not close, about 20 minutes on a bike, if you rent for a short period, you will have to choose transportation. Tuk-tucks don't travel practically.

But the windows could be kept open in the day. In the rest of the villas the windows were curtained because the swimming pool was a room. There are no safes in the rooms - they are in the corridor behind the respiratory, locked on their locks - take away from the house. Very good location - opposite the beach of Dongtan. On the left and right two excellent cafes where you can have breakfast and lunch. 7/11 Next, behind the corner - Krungsri ATMs, tuck-tucks in the center of Pattaya.

|14.47km from city centerThe price is very cheap, the rooms are spacious, clean, kitchen equipment is available, good mattresses, soft pillows, cool air conditioning, not too far from the Sukhumvit line, quiet, private, not chaotic. Anyone who comes to stay on holiday, don't have to worry about finding something to eat in the evening. I recommend going and buying it. Snacks can be found at Sak Ngaew Market nearby or you can buy them to take back to the resort. Large refrigerator for storing snacks comfortably. Saw that the restaurant had a menu from an outside restaurant. (but haven't tried) You can order and eat on a table in the middle of the garden. The swimming pool is clean, not very deep, just the right amount. Who still can't decide on a place to stay? Come to the hill house. The owner is very kind. Emphasize that it's really cheap.
