Well located hotel with large, bright, clean and modern room and large shower room. The staff is very pleasant and is ready to help you at any time. The problem is the insulation, not only do we hear the noise from the street which was the case for me since I was facing the boulevard but also we share the daily life of the neighbors in the adjoining rooms and the people who pass by or sit on the sofas in the rooms. floor corridors. .

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Marom Hotel in Port Said. However, the hotel had its charms in minor things like the lake and the landscaping, but my overall experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite its high rating on booking (bizarre), the hotel did not provide top-notch service at all, and it is hard to be rated more than three stars. Generally, the cleanliness level, breakfast, and indoor design were unaccommodating, which made for an unpleasant stay. We were highly disappointed with the quality of the room upon check-in. One of the most significant issues we encountered was the cleanliness level of everything in the room, including unclean bed sheets, with significant clear concerns. The bedsheets and below covers were spotted and not clean. Moreover, the T.V. screen was not clean, with several protruded food fingerprints. These issues made it clear that the room was not adequately cleaned and checked before checking in and left me feeling frustrated with the quality of the hotel upon check-in as first impressions lasted. The staff reacted positively and upgraded the room to a suit as a compensation. On the contrary side, one of the hotel’s leaders said that they started their soft opening quickly and didn't expect such an entire booking while they were not ready for that; for example, they don't have laundry, and the outdoor laundry is creating enormous problems for them (he said)….. ! All the restaurant staff were lovely. The breakfast was limited to the poor and less than the ordinary experience. Simply it's not worth the amount you pay for the quality of the limited items not from a variety point view. The Mashed Potato and the cheese platter were not standard at all. Additionally, it will be great if they can propose one type of traditional cakes. It would be much better to offer limited items with high quality. The suit was comfortable and clean. The air conditioner worked beautifully. The Italian cafe was very good in quality of beverages
