this is defiantly a HOTEL not a motel. When we got there the staff was really friendly. they let us know about the property. they offered Pool towels upon request. the pool was heated and indoors. the rooms were very clean and spacious. they also provided make up remover wipes in the room which was very in expected, there was extra blankets and pillows in the dresser. food was close by and we were less then 15 minutes from the aquarium. We will defiantly be staying there again and have already told our friends and family :)

Breakfast is not big, but I have everything that I should have, I am satisfied, the parking lot is very close, there is a McDonald’s and In N Out next to it, I strongly recommend in n out, California must eat burgers, overall satisfaction

The scale is quite large and the price is not expensive, which is an advantage. The disadvantage is that the bathroom is not clean and there are hairs from the customers in front. I have already paid for it at Ctrip, but the front desk charged me at the beginning. Although it was unintentional, there were still problems with the management. I said I wanted a quiet room, because my mother had a heart attack when she was old, but she arranged for me to be on the road and changed it after repeated requests. This experience was not good. There is no breakfast, but that's fine, continental breakfast is only $5.

I like that they are located near the freeway exit and you can't hear the cars. A plus Starbucks is right next to it.

Booked 2 rooms with Choice points. Got to the hotel and found out the pool was closed which is one of the main reasons we went there. Canceled at the desk and got my points back and tried to find another hotel with pool open and could not. Called back 15 minutes later from the In and Out on the same street and asked if I could go ahead and re-book with points as I had my Choice app up and it said 2 rooms were available. She said "no" we sold your rooms. I asked why they were still showing available and she said they just did not take them down from the Choice website yet. So I hang up and my daughter immediately called on her phone and wella, rooms are magically available. Drove over and walked in with my daughter. The girls face at the front desk dropped and my daughter said I just called and you had rooms and she kind of muttered that they just happened to have a cancellation. Apparently she must have had two cancellations in the last 5 minutes. She said that is $240 a night per room. I hit enter on the Choice app and booked with points which did not seem to make her too happy. Asked if there was any breakfast and she said there is nothing. Asked if they at least have coffee like the other Choice hotels have at least had and she answered with an abrupt no. In my opinion this hotel is way overpriced for the not so great location and lack of pool and free breakfast and the rooms were small and not great either. I can't believe they called them suites. Smaller then most Comfort Suites. Small refrigerator with no freezer like other suites. Also had ants crawling all over the bathroom and window seal of our room and ants also in my daughters room. These rooms were definitely not worth $240 a night.

A motel standard! It’s okay to live and drink, don’t have too high expectations, and the standard American motel’s breakfast is enough! A little farther away from Monterrey to drive for about 50 minutes! The price is not high!

The location of the hotel is okay, mainly because the Monterrey reservation is not available, so I chose this hotel in Monterrey to San Francisco. Front desk service is OK, breakfast is the kind of motel, about 800 yuan during the National Day, cost-effective is generally not recommended

This was a pleasant enough place to stay for a family weekend fishing trip. Check-in was easy and clerk friendly. We booked two rooms: one with a king and the other with 2 double beds. Rooms were spacious enough to hold our suitcases, fishing equipment, and coolers and still have walking space. The decor is definitely dated (the generous would call it cheesy Kmart chic). The threadbare easy chair, tables in need of refinishing seemed fresh from Goodwill. The AC worked well. Wifi is strong. The room, bedding, bath and floors were sufficiently clean. The beds were stiff though comfortable enough. They attempted to soften the bed by using a bedspread/comforter under the sheets in lieu of a bed topper. While there are small packets of shampoo if you need more than a dime-sized dollop then bring your own. The area surrounding the hotel is pleasant enough with a couple of restaurants (Crab Bucket and Golden China Restaurant- recommended!) are across the street. There is an American Legion behind the motel that had music we could hear from our windows which stopped about 9-10 PM. There is also a Fire Station behind the motel so with each emergency in the area you'll hear sirens coming and going and their chatter over their loudspeakers. Luckily we didn't experience too many fire/emergency calls.

It was very clean and very nice. Due to the coronavirus the free breakfast was not very good. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be coming back in the future. I was booked fast and everything went smooth

Breakfast is very simple. The hotel has a small open-air swimming pool, where children can bubble their feet after breakfast, and unknown water birds will fall by the swimming pool. It is not scary at all. Health is ok, much better than Days Hotel. I chose this because the hotels in Monterey during the summer are too expensive, the prices here are much more affordable and the service is good. When we checked out, we left a backpack in our room, and when we came back, the service staff found it directly.

The room is not very big, no extra bed, the environment is not bad, the service is very good. Brushed twice, the front desk said that the amount of the second brush can be returned in 2-3 days. Today is the third day after check-out, and no refund has been received.

Compared with other Marriott hotels, this hardware is equivalent, but the service, cleanliness, kitchen detergent configuration, and breakfast products are slightly inferior. Convenient parking and there are hypermarkets nearby.

The service at this hotel was outstanding - that deserves 5 stars. The hotel itself was good not great - deserves 3.5 stars. It did bother me to pay that much money and still (1) be charged extra for parking, (2) not be offered at least a continental breakfast, and (3) not have a microwave in my room. The hotel shares a lot with Residence Inn, yet the two hotels charge different rates for parking. There is no breakfast buffet as listed in the ad - just an overpriced cafe (albeit with great customer service). I mean, they COULD just give us a voucher to go across the parking lot to the sister Marriott property that does provides breakfast. We were checked in around 11:30 pm by a clerk that was incredibly efficient and helpful. Our room had a strange and fairly strong smell; she was very kind and understanding and let us know which other rooms were available. The King Suite we ended up in had a barely noticeable odor, was spacious and had an attractive lounge chair that pulled out into a small bed. The bed was comfy and good size for two. The sofabed was ok for my kid, not really sturdy enough for a grownup. It had a fridge but no microwave - there was a microwave in the lobby (kind of motel-ish). The housekeeping worker(s) did miracles - they were really very good. And, after we had checked out, the housekeeping lady told the front desk shehad found my son's shoe. They called me immediately and I was able to turn around and pick it up. You just don't see a lot of people trying that hard to give good customer service. That bumps any 3 star hotel to a 4. Oh, one final thing - I was very impressed with the effort to be environmentally conscious. There was a blue trashcan for recycling in the room, they offered extra reward points for opting not to get towel and linens (or something like that), and instead of disposable bottles of shampoo and conditioner, they had dispensers in the shower. Bravo!
