Over the years, my wife and I have stayed at more than a dozen different Super 8 Motels. This one is, by far, the nicest, cleanest, friendliest one we have ever stayed at. There was no downside to staying here and would recommend it to anyone at any time.

Excellent location, excellent staff from the valet to the front desk to the cleaning staff. Excellent free breakfast, clean room and beautiful decorated lobby. Steps from the front entrance of the convention center and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in the rooms. All for a great price! Will definitely stay here again! And if you haven’t downloaded the Marriott app... you need to... lots of helpful information and room key on your phone.

Called ahead to book the room locally to make sure the room was clean had a king size bed and bathtub because my wife was taking treatments and wanted to make sure everything was right and that she would have a nice clean cool place to rest between treatments. Arrived to find the room hot and the TV not working and was told that we had to stay out of the room for three hours while someone came to fix the television when my wife needed to be there to rest before her treatment. Turned down the air conditioner thermostat to as low as it would go at 69 and upon returning the room was still at 76°. We slept uncovered and when I woke up at 3:30 AM discovered the room was still at 76° so neither of us got much sleep. There were only three towels and one hand towel and three washcloths and a small roll of toilet tissue and box of tissue with two or three left in the box which were blue and later found out that meant that was the end of the box. Had to ask for an ice bucket and there were no coffee anywhere in the room or the hotel and no breakfast and staff were less than courteous and upon leaving described our stay and was fully expecting a refund because of the bad room and experience and got nothing but a bad attitude in return . We previously stayed there when my son was training for his Airline career and had experienced similar issues but had decided to stay there because it was close to where my wife was having her treatments. Previously found cockroaches in the ice machines and multiple times had to change rooms because they had been smoked in and or smelled bad or were just dirty. The previous week we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Alliance up the street and had a wonderful experience as well as the week prior we stayed at multiple Hilton Garden Inn‘s on the trip to Cherryville North Carolina to visit my son and experienced excellent courteous employees and nice clean rooms and we’re very happy. In the future we will always find a Hilton Garden Inn and will let everyone know about our awful Experience with Marriott and will not ever give them an opportunity to earn our business ever again. We always received two bottles of free water every time we came back to the Hilton Garden Inn when I asked for water at the Marriott I was told that I would be charged for it. Not one time did anyone inquire about how my wife was feeling although they were told that she was there taking treatments and did not feel well. In addition the room rate at the Hilton Garden Inn was $15 less per night than the Marriott courtyard . Won’t be back.!!!

Check in was fast and easy. Front desk personnel made sure a list of available food options was given to each of us. I was happily surprised to see that Jake's Beer & Burgers (across the street) was open for DINE IN.😄. Hotel offers no food except for the selections in the lobby 'pantry'. The room was average size and very clean. The laminate floors were nicely swept. (I prefer carpet-less rooms.) The bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom, with separate sink area, was very clean and stocked with Paul Mitchell soaps/shampoo. One of my favorite hotel room amenities - a mini refrigerator - came with a very welcome bonus: a microwave! With dining choices being slim to none, these days, I tend to carry a lot of my own food. It was nice to know I wouldn't be eating my veg cold from the can. 😂😂. The lobby 'pantry' stocks beer, wine and soft drinks as well as snacks and a few frozen meals. The room windows were large, and covered by plexiglass. As this building was built in 1929, a restoration 70 years later saw the older, counter-weighted windows sealed. The pulleys have been painted over, but are still visible. The curtains blocked out a bright afternoon sun very well and good temperature control lent to a very good rest. I'd really like to experience this area when there isn't viral madness going on. It must really jump on a weekend.

Wow! As the father of the bride for my first-born daughter & her fiancé we researched long & hard for a hotel that could handle our out of town guests to give them an authentic Texas experience. After evaluating different options we chose the Historic Sinclair Building Fort Worth from Marriott Autograph collection. Sinclair is a renovated office building that Sinclair Oil used to operate from and is just steps away from Sundance Square. Marriott has touches throughout the building that tributes its storied history. Sinclair has combined the authenticity of the past with cutting edge technology. The bathroom mirror had apps inside the mirror for the weather, news, & music etc. The bathroom also had lighting that could change colors and moods. The curtains could be closed with the touch of a button so you can fall in asleep in the absolutely amazingly comfortable bed. While all that was more than wonderful the real magic happened with the service- starting with sales leader Courtney Towson & GM Tammy Vallejo. They invited us to lunch to learn about our event and provided top notch solutions from putting gift bags in guest’s room, private check in line, and a complete staff of can-do attitudes. Courtney even came in on Saturday to check in on us. She opened up roof top bar for bride/groom first looks. After the wedding we came back to a bottle of wine and handwritten note of congratulations from Courtney. Magical day, Magical Property, Magical Location, Magical Service!!!

This is an extremely nice property to stay at in downtown Fort Worth! The location is pretty good, with lots of eateries nearby. Having stayed at the Courtyard Marriott while visiting last year, I would say this is a big step up. On this VERY busy weekend, the hotel was able to upgrade us to a 2 queen bed suite WITHOUT OUR REQUEST! This is the first time this has happened to us, and it’s something I think all Marriott properties should do (instead of being stingy with upgrades). The room itself was on the 9th floor (the hotel sandwiched between two office complex on floors 7-13). It was fairly quiet, even with the hotel being quite busy. The beds were very comfortable, and so was the sofa bed (memory foam NOT a inner spring one). There is plenty of storage in the room, as well as a large bathroom, and two 80” televisions. Nothing to complain about here! As for the common areas of the hotel, the lobby was very small, but adequate for a city hotel. It does have a small bar (WXYZ), and a pool table. I must mention the service as well. The service personnel here are referred to as “talent”, and all of the employees live up to this name! Everyone we interacted with was very courteous and helpful!

I love this hotel! I don't think I have ever said that about any hotel ever. The people here are incredible! They treat you so kindly and genuinely seem to love their jobs. I came to this hotel for a job interview and multiple members wished me good luck, gave advice, told me about apartments and areas in FW to check out if I got the job. They went above and beyond checking me into my room or getting breakfast in the morning. I cannot praise them enough! Once I got the job, I made sure we stayed here during our apartment search. The people are extremely friendly, charismatic, and very authentic. Do not go to another hotel in the area. I promise this is the one you want to stay at!

I came here for a seminar related to my hobby, so I did not make the hotel choice and looking back, I would not have made it. I arrived relatively late and was greeted politely, but it was made clear to me right away that there would be no housekeeping and that there was no breakfast and no bottled water in the room. Purchasing options at the hotel were limited and expensive. I am sure the lady at the front desk did not mean to be rude (and as I said she was polite) but all these no’s rubbed me the wrong way. It felt like checking in into a strict boarding school. The news could have been packaged in a nicer way maybe together with offering alternatives. The room was noisy and the a/c unit was blowing ice cold air into the room and did not react to any inputs. Maintenance disconnected it from the thermostat but that did not help much. I ended up unplugging it. There was a locked door to the neighboring room through which I could not only clearly understand what my neighbor was saying in a phone conversation but also what the person on the other side was saying (!). Not only was there no housekeeping in the room, the hallways did not see much cleaning either. For most of my short stay, there were some broken eggshells on the floor in the hallway. The gym was quite ok and clean with modern equipment offering personalized entertainment options. My advice: if you are in the area, try some of the other hotels. It is most likely worth spending a little more.

The Inn is slightly off the main road (W 7th Street) and in quiet as far as traffic noise goes, not so quiet as far as trains go but more about that later. The staff are alwary poliet and welcoming, nothing to complain about there at all no request is too much trouble. Behind the reception is a small shop which helped me out a few times with water or headache tables after the trip. There is a area for eating with a tv and a smaller area for sitting near the fire by the reception. Directly to the right as you enter is a shall we say business area for setting up a work spot if you need to do a bit of laptop work anytime of day. Breakfast is a buffett style and there are loads to just take or make, the waffee press is apparently excellent but i didnt give it a try, hot and cold drinks all there just take what you want. We were on bed and breakfast not sure if anything else is available. The hotel doesn't have a bar specifically they do however in the evening put out chilled bottle beer and snacks free for guests which is nice again in the general eating eat near reception. The rooms all look good and well equipt, I had a ground floor room 108 which are taller then other floors, there is a nice little kitchen area with large fridge freezer and super wide microware, sink and trash compactor with a dish washer and coffee pot, a few complimentary bits and pieces. No handles on any draw or cupboards which was weird. This all rowed to open plan seating area with TV and a computer work desk and lamp Bedroom has several sets of draws and a wide but not very long bed, the additional tv in the bedroom did not seem to apply to my colleagues room up stairs as they have a slightly different layout. Then on to the sink and mirror with a waredrobe behind you, the doors on the wardrobe didn't want to work so I left them open, inside the wardrobe there is a iron and ironing board which I could not reach as the doors didn't open properly good job I didn't need them. The bathroom was large and had a bath and over bath shower, both worked well, the toilet was well a toilet what more can you say. Aircon worked fine no problems only think i didnt like was the taller ground floor rooms have really long curtains which you used a stick to open and close whcih could be a bit tricky and you are literally a path width from the car park, one morning i was rudly awoken by a car with a seriously large engine and fat exhausts runblling outside the windows. Now the train line its not really obvious its there if you are a heavy sleeper but can at times hear the trains going past, and there are long, really long it can take 2 mins for a train to slowly pass bells and whistles and all. We are not talking small quaint little diesels here we are talking bit double and triple headers with so much behind its amazing they move at all. Just be aware they are all day and night at various times check google maps to see how close it is. All in all this hot

I just don't understand why you charge $12 for parking when you have an open lot that is 3/4 empty all the time. I'm a Titanium Elite member sitting on over 1.2 MILLION Marriott Points - do you think I could one of those "promised" suite upgrades in a hotel that's 90% empty? Nope. My hotel notes for this trip: Room was small, TV was smaller - and tucked under a cubby hole in the bedroom on a dresser. this was the dumbest layout of any room I've ever been in and I've been in thousands - literally. I've got bigger monitors on my computer at work. Sink disposal had a disgusting smell so I filled the sink with water and poured the dish soap in it then ran the disposal while it drained. Sink still stunk. so I just filled it with water and left it that way with soap in it to cover the stench. Shower took about 10 minutes running to heat up Closet "sliding" doors that don't slide are a real pain in the .... rear "Fitness Center" - needs to be renamed the "Fitness Closet". Seriously, the mud room in my house is bigger. Oh - and buy a Peloton bike. Last note. Marriott needs to do something - ANYTHING - with the horrendous fake rubber eggs and dried out cardboard turkey sausage they call "Breakfast". Stay more than two days and it is simply not edible. Oh - and don't forget the train noise. I'm thinking Hilton next trip.

Great place to stay with clean facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't exceptional but it was equal to other hotels we have stayed at. Computer was running slow when we were there and it took a little bit of time for staff to take care of everyone but we were greeted with a warm smile and the same diligence they took checking everyone else in. Very positive experience.

I chose this hotel mainly due to the nightly price and location near downtown. Getting here was ok via freeway but a bit confusing once in the city streets. I turned right into a garage where I saw the Springhill Suites but I should have taken the Next right turn. I believe the garage could have led me to the hotel but it was separate. Check in was quick and my room was a little dark but comfortable. A sofa, desk, bed and microwave with refrigerator rounded out the contents. The showers was an older style with Not much water pressure. Breakfast in the morning was quite typical with scrambled eggs, cereals, bagels, yogurt, etc. Parking was extra but my room rate included it for only $2 more per night instead of $9 so that was a good deal. There was a nearby shopping and restaurant area with Starbucks, seafood and Mexican food. 20 minutes from here was downtown Fort Worth. This was an older (but remodeled) hotel so I will likely stay elsewhere during my next visit to the area.

Fabulous stay! Friendly staff, would definitely stay here again. Me and my family enjoyed our one night stay. Great location. The check in and out was quick and helpful. Great value for the price. We discovered early on in our stay, that the location of this hotel, was conveniently located to the freeway and only 15 minutes away from where our relatives reside. It was also only about 30 minutes from the airport; making it a straight shot to return our rental car before leaving the area.

I stayed here for a week to help me get better organized and prepared for work and it was generally a decent stay. Just be mindful that because this is an affordable, communal residence that there is likely to be issues with pest control, despite an Orkin facility being literally a catty corner away. I made sure to address this with the front desk staff who agreed to place me in a different room. However, since I had put in considerable effort to clean the room on my own (cleaning mold around specific areas of the room and cleaning the ceiling area of the bathroom which had some residual yellow gunk, etc.), I decided to bite the bullet and continue to ward off any additional pest issues that might have inadvertently appeared from other transitional individuals in the vicinity. Basically, I squashed any roach that I saw. Since there is a truck stop in the area, it appears that this would likely be a residence ideally suited for truck drivers who desire a long-term stay. A truck driver friend of mine informed me that there's varying levels of cleanliness among this population so please be mindful. Carry an alcohol-containing sanitizer spray if this will put you at ease to keep your room clean and smelling nearly hospital-like. Bleach containing wipes would also be highly recommended. To save on the expense of renting plates and silverware, it may be more fruitful to buy some disposable ones from a local bargain store that can be easily discarded. Since this is a long-term type of stay, expect to do most of your own cleaning. Housekeeping service is generally once a week. Safe travels!

I was taking a much needed weekend away and found this hotel. After reading the reviews here I decided to book a premium room. I will use this hotel again. Room is very clean, the lobby was clean and no strange smells, breakfast waffle was fun to make and very tasty. I fixed breakfast and brought it back to my room. The hotel is very quite considering that it's only a block from the freeway. I don't mind not having the pool or the gym. Kam at the front desk is very nice and very helpful. I had to make some changes and when I called his answer was "that isn't a problem, I can do that for you". I will defintley stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel because of the price and the fact it is close to the Fort Worth Stockyards (a $7.60US Uber one way). They also have a complimentary shuttle on Friday and Saturday nights, but I didn't use it, so I can't comment on it. Judging from the photos online I didn't expect the property to be anything special, but I was pleasantly surprised. Both the lobby and the King suite is much nicer in person. I found everything to be clean, the suite was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There are laundry facilities, and breakfast is free. In my opinion the breakfast wasn't spectacular, and I didn't bother with it after the first day. But that didn't change my mind about the hotel. Really pleased with my stay, it was good value for money.

First off I love the Marriott and have stayed at many of their facilities throughout the US. I have never written a bad review on Marriott so this is a first. The location is close to downtown and the stockyards which is a plus and the rate is good. Stayed on the third floor with one floor above. Both nights sounded like bull riding was going on above. I asked to be moved to an above floor but was told that 80 people had checked out earlier in the day and only half the rooms were cleaned. No rooms available. Was also told all the walls are thin here. The sound was brutal. Ironically, my room never got cleaned. Was told again how busy there were with all the checkouts as if that is an acceptable excuse. The shower made a very funny noise-after a close inspection the water facet in the shower was coming off and created a high pitched sound. Furthermore, was not given any information on the advanced wi-fi --I did qualify for it and the interaction at the front desk was OKAY at best. Staying here was not awful but it did make me really appreciate all the great experiences that I had in the past, but was just not going to have that here. Wont be back.....

I travel extensively with my job and have seen the effects of the 2020 pandemic has had on many hotels. Many now offer breakfast snacks in a paper bag rather than a hot breakfast. However, I was glad to see the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth/Fossil Creek still offering made-to-order breakfast for their guests, while taking the necessary precautions to keep all guests safe. Chef Esther and server Anna, go out of their way to not only provide a good breakfast experience but give their guests a great breakfast along with Texas' famous Southern hospitality. I look forward to my stays here and there's one guarantee when I visit, and that is that I won't ever skip breakfast. Thank you Chef Esther and Server Anna!

Receptionist was very kind and informative. From was spacious. Requested 2 queen beds and they weren't exactly in the same room; one bed was in main room with tv, desk and love seat, while the other was in a semi separate room with a desk. There was a door to separate it from the main room. Would've been nice in a "letting the kids have their own room" scenario or drunk friend gets their own room. Breakfast was not provided or offered, even to go style despite website saying it was. Hotel kitchen/breakfast room wasn't offered either.

My husband and I live in the Fort Worth area and were gifted a "staycation" as a wedding gift. We chose The Worthington for location, the price point was higher than others in downtown. We had massages booked at the Omni but decided to "splurge" with what seemed to be a nicer hotel. From the moment we got there the thing that stood out the most was lack of customer service. I am sorry but I am in customer service and given the times.. everyone is a little on edge.. if someone is staying at a hotel.. they either have to or are looking for an escape (us). My husband parked to the left of valet so I could run in and ask for an early check in (1 hour) and he told the person at valet and he was fine with it. Upon checking in the employee was so rude and cold. He looked miserable to be there. I told him we were there celebrating and although our room was already paid in full I was interested in surprising my husband and upgrading if possible. Without even looking he said, I have nothing available so I said ok no problem. Well, if you have a room with a great view would you mind giving that one.. no answer. Asks for my ID and our family member put my name as my new husbands last name. He refused to check me in and I explained to him I just got married. Had to go out to find my husband even though his name was not on the reservation.. he let him check in for us since he had the right last name. He gave us a room with 2 beds and I asked for 1 bed -- again "not available". Yet, as we walked away a woman was checking in another couple and I heard them ask to switch from 1 bed to 2. Valet was a mess. unorganized. the guys were all chatting while we were trying to get their attention to get into our car they had locked when we went in to check in. It was a mess getting our car at the end of our stay as well. The hotel Toro Toro was a good point.. it was delicious. However, again.. we had reservations came downstairs and they sat us in what felt like the hotel lobby. Here we are spending $200 for a nice meal and we are next to a window in our hotel lobby haha. I spoke to our waiter and asked if they had another sitting area because that one was cold. They were able to move us into the actual "restaurant area" which I am not sure why they wouldn't in the first place with reservations. Again the food was great but for such a gourmet meal they need a better location. Everything about our stay was subpar. After visiting the Omni or our massages - I wish we would have stayed there and gone to Reatas for a nice dinner. Very disappointed in our experience there and definitely won't be back or recommend it to family/friends. The walls were paper thin as well. The lobby got busy at night around the bar if you want to just stop by in the evening for a drink. Don't waste your money staying there.
