Những chi phí phát sinh KS tính tương đối cao và cũng ko ưu đãi cho KH, đoàn tôi dùng dịch vụ ăn uống và tour lên đến gần 20 triệu. Ví dụ chúng tôi có yêu cầu 2 nồi thắng cố trong buổi tiệc, nồi đầu tính 600k, nồi sau tính 800k... Tour book đi thăm đỉnh Fansipan 750k 1 vé có bao gồm ăn trưa cuối cùng cũng không ăn đc, KS làm đại lý cũng ko hỗ trợ đc cho chúng tôi, bù lại chúng tôi còn ăn ở nhà hàng của KS tốn thêm gần 3 triệu. Hy vọng KS sẽ khắc phục những lỗi này. Tất cả nằm ở khâu quản lý, tôi hiểu mùa covid khó khăn nhưng nên ưu tiên KH, đặc biệt đoàn chúng tôi ủng hộ KS tối đa.

Mr. Minh at the front desk gave great service above and beyond and spoke great English, rare in Vietnam. Room was a bit expensive for Vietnam in the off season, 45 usd, but it is Sapa, the most expense city in Vietnam so ok. Do get the mountain view balcony, six floor was great one up from the lobby and high to see great views. Thank you Mr. Minh and others.

It is located deep in the mountains, about a 15 minute taxi ride from downtown. The rooms are well spaced out so it's very quiet and relaxing. You don't encounter other guests very often. The cleanliness of the rooms is very good, especially the gorgeous wooden bathrooms. There is a fireplace where you can roast sweet potatoes. There is also an infinity pool, although it is not large, and an outdoor cafe where you can see the mountains of Sapa from the cliff. At the on-site restaurant, you can get a meal for two people with two dishes, rice, and tea for about $35. It's not expensive considering it's a resort. Staff were not familiar with English, which was inconvenient, but they were friendly. I don't recommend the massages - the therapist who worked on me wasn't very friendly and wasn't very good. Other than being a bit far from downtown, it's a perfect place to stay. I was happy throughout my stay.

He kept us informed of all the relevant information and even suggested local places that weren’t even on the tourist attraction list which turned out really nice. The suite was very spacious at a very reasonable price. Early check in was also an option at a very small price which help if you catch an over night bus. Let the hotel know in advance if you arrived earlier than 5am in the morning.

When we got to the hotel we accidentally went to what I think must have been a booking desk rather the reception but the staff at the desk didn't understand we were trying to check into the hotel so it took a while to be directed to the reception desk. The reception staff was very nice and gave us some delicious tea on arrival. The room was very spacious with big windows but the beds were very hard. The walls were a bit thin and we could here the room next to us quite clearly. We didn't get to have the breakfast as we has to leave early on the bus.

I saw that every room has a balcony with mountain view so I booked for a night at 500,000 VND, Deluxe, no breakfast. Reception staff both the lady and the young man are very welcoming. Got room 501 with glass doors floor to ceiling. The left side of the bed has a large glass wall seeing Pao’s Sapa Hotel. Room has basic toiletries, 2 towels, instant tea, 2 bottles of water, kettle, air con with heater mode, hair dryer, etc. We are so happy we have this view so we booked another night. A makeup table. A long table. A small sofa with a tea table. The room size is about 4 x 6 meters. Spacious enough for us. With this price and view, it’s very valuable. The facilities are good quality but not luxury which is understandable for the price. The room is very new so everything in our room works well. Room lighting can be warm, day warm or day light each time I turn on and off. Room faces the west and is warm in mid Jan when outside is very cold thanks to the location and the design. The wind doesn’t flow through when I close the main door. No under bed electric heater but we don’t feel cold. The cleanliness is acceptable as they don’t clean the hidden floor behind the toilet.

|1.95km from city centerLoved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.

She gave me recommendations for food (even made my vegetarian dinner for me when it was late and near by restaurants had already closed) - it was cold but she warm me up :)) ! She booked tour - bus for me and helped me plan my trip. Location is really good, lots of places to eats and good coffee. Bed was very comfortable, the view from your bed is amazing, I could hear birds songs when I opened the balcony door and really enjoy the scene with tranquil white cloud covered mountains from my bed. Clean big toilet and shower too. There is a nice vibe at the hotel, I joined other guests for the trekking tour and made good friends there. There is also a book exchange too with a really good collection of books. The vibe There are two dogs named Snow and Ice-cream and two cats named Pumpkins 🎃 and Watermelon 🍉 which are absolutely adorable! Thank you Van for everything and I had really good time! I told you what I didn't know, and you took me to the motorcycle and told me the location. It's behind the Elite Panorama Hotel and there's no sign but the location is excellent It's a sure place to stay.

|2.19km from city centerAbout 5 minutes walk to Sun World Plaza for buying cable trip to Fansipan Mountain 3,143 meters. Thanks for the upgrade since the first night so we finally stayed for 3 nights. Very good room with luxury look although not brand new. To enter the front door, you need to walk for more than 10 steps down the staircase. Fast elevator. Electronic key card. Everything was good during our stay. They only took the photo of my passport when I checked in without keeping it like in the past in other hotels in Vietnam. Thank you very much for helping to carry my luggage. The advantage of the location is Silk Path is therefore quieter. The grounds are beautiful. I love the room and the view. Breakfast comes with a wide variety of food, and the gym and pool offer options to burn the calories off. What makes Silk Path stand out in the exceptional service. I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to my friends, and stay there for my future visits.

|2.41km from city centerRoom was comfortable and nice. Beautiful view from the room. Breakfast buffet spread was pretty good too. Quite convenient too, you can get to the city by walking 5-10mins via the backdoor. What impress most was the friendly staff who were very accommodating to our request. We had already checked out at 12pm, but our train back to Hanoi was only at night. There were public shower rooms at the lobby and they provided us with towels to freshen ourselves up after the morning hike to the village.

|1.91km from city centerFrom the moment I arrived in the dark on a cold Winter's morning, after a 5 hour bus trip from Hanoi, I knew I was in good hands. Hoi, the manager who lives on-site, had left a note on the door with his phone number and came to open reception within a minute of my ringing. (Remember to get a sim card as soon as you arrive in Viet Nam. The country runs on mobile phones). The room was light, airy, clean and comfortable, with a littke kettle, fridge, coffee and biscuits at the ready. The bed was spacious and comfortable. While the staff were unobtrusive, everything was taken care of and whenever I returned from sightseeing, I was offered a cup of fresh green tea. The owner, Tom, runs Tom's Tours. There is a folder in the room and he is happy to provide more details. Just ask at receprion. Breakfasts are freshly made and generous and, although it may not be obvious at first glance, they do cook food on site for evenings which you can order from the menu out the front. I enjoyed the most delicious vegetarian spring rolls and ginger tea. The location of the hotel was just right for me. Being about 5 minutes walk up an easy incline from the busy city centre, it was above most of the noise, but not too much of an uphill hike from town. This is important because mostly walking is done on the verge of the roads and I watched young, fit-looking people struggling to get to their accommodation that was higher up. The price was great, and in fact, I was so happy that I booked an extra night. When I had an early departure, they even gave me a breakfast picnic of fruit, baguette and bottled water to have en-route. All in all, I can thoroughly recommend the Sapa Garden Hotel.

Restaurant - The staffs are really attentive and friendly. - Breakfast has a good spread. Reception and Concierge - Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Spa - Had the hot stone and foot reflexology and love the techniques used by the Sapa masseur. - Staffs and masseurs are friendly. Room for improvement. - It is great that the hotel offers free transfer to Sapa Center/Station. Overall - Had a surprisingly fabulous stay and if I am back to Sapa, I will definitely stay again with Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel.

All tourist attractions are conveniently located, and the hotel is located down an alley, so it is relatively quiet in the evening. Although it is an older hotel, it is well maintained and many locals seem to visit it. There are no bed bugs and the bedding is clean. The bed has medium cushion and is not uncomfortable. Breakfast does not have a lot of variety, but it is served on the spot, including rice noodles, omelet, and fried eggs, and there is also kimchi. When reserving a room, we recommend mountain view. The staff are all friendly and this hotel is good value for money.

|2.21km from city centerWhen we stayed it felt as though the hotel was just waking up after covid. There were few guests, but then Vietnam is still only has 30% of the tourisys it had pre covid. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfasts were plentiful, with lots of options and well cooked. I cant not give it 5 stars on that front. However the location is not great. There are hotels with better views but at a higher cost. If the location/view is unimportant then this is a quality hotel

The boss is a middle-aged man who can communicate easily in a little Chinese and English. He is also down-to-earth and enthusiastic and will not rip off customers. Check in directly after booking on Ctrip. I chose the twin room alone. The room was quite spacious and tidy. It is a beautiful walk through Sabah Lake 1 km away from Sabah Plaza. In winter, the temperature is a little cold in the morning and evening, but as a northerner, I can accept it. The room price is more than 120, which is very affordable!
