This is, hands down, the best place to stay in all the Zaporozhye region. My wife and I have have stayed here before, but it had been a few years. With all the changes in 2020, we wondered what to expect at Khortitsa Palace. We were delighted to find out that it is just as wonderful a hotel as ever. Our room was spotlessly clean with the incredible view of the Dnepr River, Khortitsa Island, and the Zaporozhye cityscape. And I love the pillow-top mattresses on the beds - so comfortable! The breakfast was just as delicious as ever, and we also enjoyed all the extras (even the well-equipped exercise room, fast wifi, relaxing lounge area and restaurant, etc). And the staff, as always, were so friendly, helpful, and responsive to any requests we had. It is so nice to see that some good things never change! We're looking forward to our next stay!

On August 1, 2020 we celebrated a wedding at the Reykart Hotel Zaporozhye. Maybe it is the most killed Reykart I've ever seen. It was still to be able to handle, but the service turned out to be even worse. And so, at a decline of significance: 1) Food on the banquet is disgusting, noted all the guests, shame is simple! The price was about 1100/person for food, alcohol was yours. For this money in any Zaporozhye restaurant you can wake all night with Blackjack and yourself You know who) *In the cheese cut was the cheapest cheese, Russian or Dutch. The fish cut was so thin that it was necessary to scatter from the plate. *The overall quality of the dishes as in the factory dining room. *Hot dishes were delivered almost immediately, And of course everything was cool after half an hour. A bunch of food remained because it was NECKUSNO! 2) On one of the tables for some reason not put champagne, although the banquet manager was given a detailed list and champagne relied on each table!!! Asked the guest if I could have a bottle, the waiter stupidly said, ”Sorry, your table isn't put,” is it like at all?? A skilled waiter would come to me and ask what to do? As a result, a couple of bottles of champagne remained untouched, The guest was as grieved as the guest. 3) The air conditioners were not working, the room was dusty, despite having only 35 people and not so hot on the street, eventually opened the doors. And the banquet manager Julia all evening was unclear where! 4) The location itself. Rooms are in decent condition, but the sunks are already very exhausted. The sunks at the pool are simply destroyed! On the door of the chickle as on the shed, all ugly, take not for anything you want. 5) On the territory of turmoil, somewhere a garden furniture, somewhere wood, where else don't understand what. On the green platform for the wedding ceremony there were fallen leaves, they were removed only after our request. The adjacent territory is also not farther, the pavement in front of the hotel is sanded. The second day was at the pool, there were baldachines on the beards dirty and in holes as after the nuclear war. 6) Breakfasts in Reykarz. Three days the same: cold omlet, sausages, plastic tomatoes and cucumbers, dead cheese, bread, rubber pancakes and greek! Here the greek was edible. We were making a wedding through the agency Comilfo (hello guys) we assured us that it was delicious, cool service, everything according to quality standards, etc., as a result of total disappointment! Therefore, I cannot recommend Reykartz in Zaporozhye as well as the Comilfo wedding agency. Ah here, on July 31, Reykartz held a graduation, lasted until 5 a.m. and guilo as at the concert. The complaints were ignored, offered to take the beer. Let me remind you that it was during the quarantine, according to which all the guilt after 23: 00 is forbidden.

Everyone at the Intourist made us feel special. We were there for almost 3 weeks and the Intourist never let us down. The reception staff led by Elena and Liz could not have been more helpful. They always followed through on all of our concerns. By the way none of the concerns were hotel related. One short story that conveys just how thoughtful they were: Cell service for Verizon was none existent outside of the wi-fi range of the hotel. There was a heavy snowstorm blowing outside and we were waiting a taxi. One of the front desk staff realized we did not have phone service when the taxi driver called the main line asking for us. She actually ran out into the storm wearing nothing but her uniform and high heel shoes and told us that the taxi was going to be late. These folks at the Intourist really care. If your travels take you to the Zaphorozhia city center then you must stay there!
