It is in the heart of the hip and happening Salt Lake City area of Sugar House. A quick 20 min drive on the nearby freeway on the ramp and you are at Park City Mountain Resort.GUEST ACCESS -I love to meet and greet our guests when possible. When we are not able to do so, we have a Smart lock on the door for your convenience. We will message you and make arrangements to get you the code before arrival. This allows you to arrive at any hour but please enter discretely and quietly to respect the neighbors! There is plenty of street parking on 1200 E. (Right outside the unit). It is a safe neighborhood but please use common sense and don't leave any valuables in the car, especially not in plain sight. Off-street covered spot also!OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE -The unit is stocked with coffee/tea, cocoa, and all the dishes you would need. Washer and dryer, 50" LED HDTV with internet-based televisions access (Hulu and Netflix)' with reliable 30-50Meg Comcast HSI. 30-day leases or longer started packs of expendables include toilet paper and paper towels, coffee, and laundry detergent so please plan to purchase that beyond the starter pack. 30-day plus bookings: You will need to sign a lease which we will send over to your email address via DocU sign After you book. This lease is required by the HOA and we will provide them a copy. The amount of money that you pay for this booking with Vrbo will be reflected exactly on the lease agreement that you are signing.HOUSE RULES -1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING.2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 3 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without a refund. It might sound harsh but the association/Fire Marshall is serious and we had to be as well.3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Vrbo through the house manual or check-in guide. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the Vrbo platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Vrbo host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.4) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth. Private entrance through back. Watch your head on low points but it’s done tastefully with style.This is the perfect getaway for traveling nurses and those looking for an extended stay in SLC! Come visit and see everything SLC has to offer!GUEST ACCESS -You have the entire basement apartment of the home. You have no shared space (other than the backyard space. There will be guests in their own private space above you. You will have street parking only!Family-friendly neighborhood. Please don’t block driveways. Drive slowly as there are kids on the street.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -Private basement unit.People will have the rented space above you - please note that you will be able to hear the tenants above you.Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am. (Respectful all hours of course)We do not want to get a phone call from our upstairs or downstairs guest to inform us that the other unit is too loud. Please do your part. Also, the house is remodeled but is older and the walls/floor/ceiling is not awesome at blocking noise. You will likely hear the floor creak and squeak sometimes and can hear the other unit people sometimes. Please be aware of this when booking. You may want to bring earplugs in case (especially if you are a lite sleeper) this place is a really great place for those who need a home base yet who are out and about a lot.Parking on street only (plenty available) don’t block the street or neighbors' driveway. The ceiling is the floor of the unit above you and does creek and squeak a bit. It’s an older house, remodeled beautifully but has some things that show its age like the noise carrying through the walls/floors.3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by VRBO through the house manual or check-in guide.
