Breakfast is ok (cafeteria), security issues are feasible. This is also a cooperative student dormitory of three local universities. I am a local international student. It is a well-regulated hotel and suitable for accommodation. Tram 4 at the door goes directly to the city center.

The hotel is very nice. The bed is very comfortable and the decoration is modern. Last night the hair dryer was broken. The front desk immediately asked someone to send one over. The breakfast was very rich in the hotel in the center of Turin. I said the baby would sleep with us without the crib.

The hotel is diagonally opposite Dora Station. very convenient. Not far from the two train stations, a few bus stops will do. Buses cost 2 Euros. The front desk speaks English with Italian accents. We arrived late but the reception was still very nice. The room was clean, drinks in the small refrigerator and the price list was on the bedside table. When you check out, she will ask you what you drank, and then check out together. There are more types of hotel breakfast than other cheap hotels in Italy, and they taste good. There are many fruits, fruit salads, and green salads. There are more types of bread. Other toast cheese ham and scrambled eggs should be considered standard in the European buffet breakfast, and there is also a poached egg. Drinks, first milk and various coffees, orange juice. Yogurt and cereals. See a lot of family trips. There are also many Chinese.

We were traveling across the North of Italy and wanted somewhere convenient to stay in the the northern outskirts of Turin. Hotel Galant fitted the bill nicely. 5 minutes drive from the ring-road, but good double-glazing so you don't hear it. The room was very cozy comfortable with the biggest double bed we'd ever encountered. All spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and the team managed to be both friendly and organised. All in all, very happy. (Note there appeared to be good public transport connections into the city and a fair number of things to do in the local area, so this could also be more than just a handy overnight stop.)

4 Night stay, wanted to visit village of Sparone where my Grandmother was born and left 114 years ago. Receptionist I believe called Alexandre was fantastic,he sorted out train times and for local taxi company to meet us off train, who drove us to the village and returned 3 hours later to drive back to catch return train to Turin. The Hotel is very comfortable very clean. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice. Rooms are spacious with excellent shower in bathroom. All staff are very accommodating and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Area is very good for Restaurants and very close to Valentino Castle. Visit to Motor Museum is a must. Will definitely use this Hotel when next in Turin highly recommend.

Beyond the football faith, the JHotel is a great hotel: beautiful new and functional rooms from the Comfort, which are very valuable, with beautiful large bathrooms. The hotel is well designed, with large spaces,a beautiful garden, and so quiet and quiet (if you are not in the period of the games you understand). We stayed in Turin for an event and even if we are in the Continassa area ( outside the center of the city). The staff is very friendly and professional, and we give a special praise to Miss Veronica at the reception that was really delicious. Breakfast is different, from salad to sweet, and not all is exposed but you can quietly ask staff anything without any problem. Parking is possible just in front of the facility free of charge or in the car park at 18 euros per night The hotel is a very good price for the trip to Torino.

We booked this hotel at the last moment for the Turin Film Festival days, reliing on the three stars of the hotel. After finding that the modest amount of €135 per night was not even included in breakfast, we found that we had spent three days in a ”larged place”. - painting and painting of walls and thermophones were scrapped; - the box was able to stick a coat; - the refrigerator was out and out of use; - there was no kind of courtesy in the bathroom except two saponges; - the additional cover, which we used in view of the rigid temperature, had holes and shakings, as well as tents; - inside the room, despite the absence of breakfast (requirement necessary to obtain the three stars), No boiler was present. In honour of the true Sunday morning, as the bars were all closed, we managed to get a coffee and heated our milk (of us provided), noting, however, ”all we can do”, The answer was: ”We can't buy a boiler for all the stuffs ...” When you completed the phrase, we couldn't do it because the holder entered the The lift left us open in the reception. Lastly, we notice that an outdoor parking near the hotel, near public works and a small shipyard, cost EUR 20 per day. The prices of four stars and services from one star to be generous. You could continue, for example, by noting that in making the room, the night clothes that were built above the bed, They were found in a poor position and thrown over the bag, which, of course, has not adequate hygiene conditions outside.

The location of this hotel is very close to the train station and just a short walk into town so perfect for us, staff were friendly and helpful and it was easy for us to get checked in and out. Our room was nice, a tad dated but that wasn't a problem as it was clean and had everything we needed, even a small balcony, the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size too. The only negative thing we have to say about this hotel was that the breakfast was a little small, we got one choice of small pastry, a coffee and there was juice or water to help ourselves to. It was nice that it was included however it didn't keep us full for long. Overall would recommend :)

The hotel was fairly modern and the rooms were simple but comfortable. The rooms didn’t have keys but a keypad which we really liked - very tech. The hotel is on the outskirts of town. Roughly a 40 minute tram from the centre, these are fairly regular except on Sundays when they don’t run. Staff were all very friendly, especially Paolo who was always happy to help.

Take the metro from the south exit of Principi d'acaja station and cross the street. The reception staff were very lively and friendly. Although the facilities in the room were basic, the hygiene was very good. The signs in the hotel are as big as the ”Do Not Disturb” signs in several major languages including Chinese, although they write ”Please clean the room” rather than ”Please repeat the room”. . . However, such services are rare in Turin. The price was also very reasonable at the time of booking. If there are no high requirements, this hotel is definitely the first choice!

Contrary to what its name may suggest, Le Petit Hotel, located right in the heart of Turin, isn't actually that small. On the contrary, compared to a lot of Italian hotels I've stayed in my room was positively palatial! Located around 15-20 mins walk from Porta Nuova train station, the hotel finds itself bang in the middle of the main shopping streets with Piazza Castello almost on its doorstep. This means there are a wide variety of shops and even a solid selection of restaurants around it. I'll admit I took the hotel for my 2 night stay based on the price, which even for off-season was eye-catchingly cheap for a big city. Truth be told I expected the worst and was in almost every aspect pleasantly surprised. I arrived before my room was ready, and the lady who greeted me at the desk was polite and friendly and offered to take my bag if I wanted to go a wander while waiting. When I did return and on subsequent visits to the desk (you have to leave your key when departing) the other staff were polite but not quite as outgoing as she was, though no complaints. First impression was positive, very clean and lots of marble and wood surfaces but I've been suckered in by lobbies like this before. The lift was small (typical for Italy) but functional as I never did find stairs to my 2nd floor room. The room was the real pleasant surprise. The marble effect floor tiles carried on into here, a surprisingly spacious room for an Italian hotel, particularly one named the French word for 'Little'. Truth be told the wide floor area almost seemed wasted with my small single bed, accompanied by a wardrobe, fridge, and desk with a small wall-mounted TV. The bathroom was decently sized, albeit the shape of the toilet pan was bizarre - small and thin) but the only caveat I have to my pleasantly surprised status was the shower, a traditional tiny corner effort anyone over 5” might struggle in. Both we cleaned each day with no complaints from me about the quality. Toiletries were soap and shampoo/body wash, 2 sachets per day which were serviceable. I did fear for the room slightly on my first night I'll admit. It overlooked the street and at first seemed rather boisterous, however this died down not long after 10pm. Second fear game from some significantly loud plumbing noises around the same time, however this only happened once so I'll let it off. Breakfast, surprisingly included in the price I got the room for, was a basic continental effort. Slightly disappointing selection of fruit but rolls, meat, cheese, cakes, cereal and yoghurts all available. What was there was of a good enough standard and no real complaints, the fruit issue is likely due to season more than anything. Overall, my feeling upon leaving Le Petit Hotel was overall happy. Few niggly little things to stop it being perfect, but definitely wouldn't have any issue recommending it, and would visit again myself if in Turin.

You believe the guff that restaurants and hotel et al put out re enticing pictures and descriptions. I reserved a comfort double room, following picture 1 of 15 on website - balacony and door in such a room - not so a basic room in a dirty town - I dont know how people are writing good things here I didnt like my scaffold system errected outisde my bedroom window - not much to view walking through my imaginary french door to the balcony as picure evidence shows. Why advertise what you refuse to deliver? Why do they expect customers to book a reservation and then tolerate being let down? It’s your money, it’s difficult to research these things from home especially when you are enticed by glamour photos that hold no water – you go if you wish but just maybe if we all walked and revenues are hit, then such establishments and platform providers who clearly do not inspect the properties listed; s may well take heed or hopefully go out of business. It’s a big world with plenty choice, why waste your money on those which disrespect the customer

Just a few minutes walk from the station, a bit outside of the city center. Located on a quiet street, it is very safe to walk here. Beside it is a convenience store that also closes late so that was very helpful. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Walls are thin so you can here the outside and other rooms quite a bit, it didnt bother me as much however. The bathroom size was just enough, with towels, soaps and plastic cups for you to use. It also has a fridge, bottle opener and a safe if youd like those. All in all, it was worth the price and was helpful during the trip. One more thing, the keys are the old style, so when you leave, you have to leave the keys at the front desk. When you come back, someone will give you back the keys.

I'm a fan of NH collection group however this time was not impressed as usual. Staffs weren't really welcoming, maybe we were check-in quite late at around 10pm. The room wasn't as spacious as others hotels in the group and the view outside is awful. Also the sound proofing was terrible and we could hear a huge sound from the ceiling in the morning. However, the room is clean I will still choose the NH group but not this hotel when I travel to Turin next time.

An nh group hotel located in the middle of lingotto, there are obvious hotel signs everywhere in via nizza. The front desk service is very good, patient and attentive. The twin room is very large, with bathtub, central air-conditioning and other configurations. The price of the price in the off-season is very high. When checking in, the hotel will require a credit card from the registered guest as a guarantee; in addition, there is no kettle in the hotel room, and the price of food in the minibar is also more expensive. Residents can buy it at the pam supermarket next to the Hilton Hotel downstairs.

Overall a good experience. Cons: I really don't like these small Italian bathroom cubicles, and this hotel had particularly small ones. Finding a parking space nearby - mission impossible. The hotel has a parking right in front of the hotel, costs €16 per day, or in a garage nearby, costs €22 per day. Availability is known only upon arrival and it is not possible to book in advance. The hotel has a patio, but alas, no chairs or tables (maybe due to the season I was at, end of September). My room had an electric kettle, but alas, only instant coffee, no tea. Coffee machine in the breakfast room makes a terrible cappuccino. Air conditioner in the room didn't work (I was told that it doesn't work in the whole hotel because of the season, so during the day it became very warm). Pros: Very nice staff. My room had a small balcony. Proximity to main attractions. 2-3 minutes walking from the main train station. Nice breakfast. Very clean. The room had an electric kettle and a mini-bar (yes, I already stayed at hotels that didn't have it, so I can appreciate it). Overall it was a nice stay and the hotel answered my expectations.

With its edgy art and design collection, its slick modernity and beautiful concrete, its excellent gastronomy and wonderful spa, DUPARC is the best location in Torino to relax or spent time with family or on business trips. Staff are very devoted and nice and make guests’ stay an unforgettable experience. The hotel was designed by Laura Petrazzini, an award-winning architect from Turin, and Corrado Levi, a contemporary artist. They joined forces to conceive a brutalist structure which later became one of the most significant modernist buildings of Turin.

I stayed with my family for three consecutive nights in December, booked room with breakfast. As regards the hotel, positive assessment as regards breakfast ...bè, better go to the bar. Breakfast buffet is ordered in the early night and then in the morning you will find a striming breakfast with insufficient amount to not talk about the poor quality. They don't even bring you the dishes, and if you ask them they bring you one or two, and nevertheless not for all presents at the table. If you ask a bread more, the answer is: I'm sorry, but the bread is over! In other words, nothing to do, for a hotel of a certain level I think breakfast is important ..... and then you pay 8,00 euro little nothing.

I’ve just spent four nights at the Best Western Piedmont in Turin, having booked this at the last minute after an Air BnB cancellation. First the positives. The staff at this hotel were very friendly, helpful, and all spoke English well. This is an older hotel located close to the main station and you can walk to the main piazza in about 20 minutes. An abundance of good restaurants are nearby, but as it is close to a train station it gets a bit rough at night. As we like watching a bit of BBC in the morning, we were disappointed to find that our TV didn’t work. After reporting this three times (nothing happened) they decided to move us. In the new room (first floor) there was no WiFi and we tried this across four devices and even in the corridor. As we felt we had expended our quota of complaining we didn’t say anything. As for the breakfast, we bought a rate that included breakfast but we strongly advise against this, as there are a number of cafes nearby. The breakfast was very basic and consisted mostly of biscuits. There were a number of non fresh croissants and cold cuts to order but there was no hot food at all. We do not buy that these are Covid related precautions as we have stayed at a number of hotels over the past 20 months and they can at least fry an egg. And the ‘loaded sandwich’ for a 4 Euro supplement is just a cold ham sandwich. But if you do choose to stay here Turin is wonderful and good luck!

The entrance is very small, not very easy to find, the reception staff is very polite, it is a very amazing small hotel! It is very close to the railway station, there are many restaurants around, and there is a small supermarket nearby. The retest room, very interesting living space! The kitchen dining room is fully equipped. The only drawback is the view of the atrium. The designer's head was caught by the door, and a pile of broken glass was laid on the flowerbed, which would be brought into the house with shoes, making it dangerous to walk barefoot in the room!

Positives about this hotel are; the room we had was a good size, big bed and very comfortable. Location nextdoor to the Massaua metro station which is really easy to use and runs from 5.30am to 12.30am each day. Negatives are; unsure why our hotel room was sticky each time it was cleaned, the walls were sticky too. On one day we were out for most of the day and came back to relax in our room at about 3.00pm. A few minutes later the maid wanted to clean our room so we had to leave the room whilst she did this. This comment is not aimed at the maid, but why the rooms are not cleaned in the mornings? We went downstairs to the lobby to relax until our room had been cleaned but it was too noisy with guests who had arrived by coach so we ended up waiting at the end of the corridor near our room until it was ready. On our first morning we went down for breakfast and chose a table to sit at and was told we were unable to sit in that area for breakfast, although other people were sat eating in this area, and others used the same area all week for breakfast. We were only asked twice for our room number at breakfast, anyone could walk in and eat and leave again. Whilst there was always 2-3 staff on at breakfast nothing was very organised and for the size of the breakfast area we couldn't understand why. Food was running out regularly and it took the staff a while to recognise this and bring some more out. On our last day we asked the hotel to book a taxi for us which they did and it turned up within 5 minutes. At the start of each journey a tariff is added which during the day is 3.5 euros. At the start of our journey the tariff started at 5.90 euros. When we spoke to the hotel about this we were advised that the minute the taxi driver receives the call that you want a taxi, this is when the meter starts running, so please beware of this. Also when we signed out of the hotel we were told that we needed to pay a city tax, which we were aware of, but didn't realise that the total would be 51 euros which works out at about 3.5 euros per person, per day. The hotel should advise guests of this at the beginning of their stay. This spoiled the last day for us. We won't be returning to this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights and I found it great quality price. The location is perfect, all the furniture in the room is new, modern and well kept. The room was very clean. I can’t remember the name of the receptionist that checked me in, but she was lovely, and when I told her on the phone that I was bringing a small dog, she made me find some amenities in my room, which was very nice of her. The breakfast was excellent and perfect for Covid safety, everything was packed separately. I gave this stay 5 stars, I will only give some small recommendations because you can always improve. First, the cleaning lady asked me to not leave my food delivery bags outside of the door. I think maybe there can be a bit more flexibility with this seeing as with the new DPCM the only option for guests is to take out delivery for dinner... maybe leave some common trashed next to the floor elevators as well? Also, the furniture was set in such a way that I couldn’t open the closet, I had to move around the furniture in order to open the closet. Aside from these details, everything was perfect. Thank you

Wonderful quaint hotel, not pretentious and very comfortable close to the city center. Rooms are very comfortable, no noise at night, good rest room, shower with good pressure. Rooms do not have a coffee machine or fridge. The television is rather small. Nevertheless I would read these rooms is better than average. Breakfast is more than adequate with delicious fresh croissants and bread. Fruits, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt, sweets, fruits. You can have regular coffee or order a cappuccino or espresso. Service was very good. The hotel has a spa and sauna, which unfortunately was closed for cleaning the day I visited. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a visit in Turin and I personally look forward coming back soon.

Since I arrived at the hotel at night, I felt that the location was relatively biased. After I checked in, I found that the hotel facilities are very new and good. When I went out to find food, I found that there is a large supermarket and a food supermarket similar to the farmers market. It's also easy to travel by subway! Since it is not a tourist city and there are fewer tourists, shopping buses will not feel crowded, and it feels good.
