I went to live on Thanksgiving last year. Living in a high place overlooking the city of Chicago, the hotel rooms are large, the supplies are very high, and the facilities are complete. And the service is very good, the wine in the minibar is reasonably priced, and the customer service staff at the front desk will deliver ice cubes. Where the five-star hotel should be done, the Trumptower is perfectly completed.

This hotel makes people feel the feeling of returning home: there are delicious dishes at home, a warm and homelike environment, and a full range of all-weather services. I'll come here if I have a chance.

Hotel location is a little distance from the gorgeous one mile, but turn left at the hotel for about 6-7 minutes, is the CHICAGO station on the red line, turn right at the hotel and take a BLOCK is Michigan Avenue, the front desk service is very good, the doorman is also polite, opinions The guests approached and took the initiative to help the guests open the door. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, the bathroom is super large, and the toiletries are Ferragamo. Mineral water is available in sufficient quantities. The waiter was polite. That is, WiFi is not too powerful. Breakfast is ordering, there is no self-help, the choice is small.

The hotel is strategically located with panoramic views of Chicago's lakeside, not far from the whole foods market, within walking distance from the gorgeous street, Navy Square, and Millennium Park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The location is great and the trip is convenient, although it is very quiet in the downtown area (close to Michigan Avenue). The front desk service is also very good, very nice, in short, you can stay at peace of mind.

This time to attend the Chicago Marathon, the hotel is satisfactory, first of all, the location is good, the airport Blue Line Metro Washington Station is 5 minutes down, walk to the start of the marathon 20 minutes. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is a financial center with high-rise buildings, which is a place where the Hollywood movie is often taken. In front of the hotel is the Chicago Marathon around 5K. The room should have breakfast, and the meal never has to look at the room card. Although the meal is not rich, the quality and choice are good. The hotel staff are very friendly and the other tenants encountered are also very polite. It was wise to choose a suite this time. With the living room and kitchen, the event space was a lot bigger. The windows in the room were soundproof and I could hear the sound of the car on the street.

The location is so good, all kinds of convenience. We need to stay for a week, the washing machine and dryer are really invincible. There are water bottles in the hallway and ice cubes and drinks vending machines on the 3rd floor. The room was a bit small, but I thought it was enough, after all, most of the time was outside.

Multiple fire or first aid sirens every night, noisy. The location is quite good, just beside the gorgeous one mile.

Everything booked perfectly through The process was easy and the confirmation/booking came very quickly. The Swissotel in Chicago is very nice and has a great location. The riverfront/lakefront are very easy to get to walk too. I would stay here again. I would use again.

The hotel location is quite good. Attractions are within walking distance. The hotel's spa also offers a free shower after I run a marathon. There is a supermarket and a Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel. The rooms are also large. You can also see some lake views. Very satisfied

The hotel common areas are quite pretty and the Art Deco theme is great but as for the rooms themselves…I was surprised at the state of them. They’re pretty small, especially the bathrooms, and felt unclean. There was a strange rust stain in the tub by the drain and odd stains on the wallpaper in the bed area. The walls are also the thinnest in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I could truly hear pretty much everything the person next door was saying crystal clear as if they were sitting right next to me. The customer service is good. It’s fairly average overall I guess, I didn’t hate it, but I was pretty surprised this is considered a 4 star hotel.

I stayed here for a corporate training event and my stay was wonderful. Ammenenties and atmosphere are amazing and all of the staff are full of bright smiles and kind services. Richard and Demetrius in the front lobby were particularly delightful as I had to check my bags with them while my event trainings finished up for the day. They are fun and good natured and put a grand smile on my face. Now I want to come back here for fun because everyone is so great.

Chicago has a typical continental climate which means cold winters, warm summers, and four distinct seasons. Spring and Fall are the best times to visit the city, as in these months (April through May and between September and October) tourists will find the weather to be desirable, and crowds and prices are still manageable. Summer in Chicago is hot with moderate humidity, but it is also the peak tourist season too. Hence visitors should expect the highest lodging rates and packed crowds. In contrast, Winter in Chicago is bitterly cold and snowy, but if you don’t mind the big freeze, it’s also the season with great hotel and airfare deals.

As Spring is one of the most pleasant times to visit Chicago, mid-March to mid-April is also the peak tourist time for the city, the same goes for summer (from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and the winter holiday season (mid-November to early January). To avoid the crowds, give Fall a try as the weather is still pleasant but everything is less crowded. The best period for good deals is in January and February when hotel room occupancy is at its lowest, as result expect great savings and discounted prices.
