We had to change hotels in the middle of our stay and luckily we found The Niu, the hotel is on a great location, the rooms are cute and the air conditioning is GREAT! )It literally saved our trip), they also offer a home made lemonade on the lobby which is great when you come back to your room from the extreme heat after a day of tourism, the staff is extremely helpful and very lovely people. Would definitely come back!
Very nice stay in this hotel with magnificent and larges apartments, very welcoming and friendly staff, an excellent breakfast and a very welcoming restaurant and bar with free unlimited hot drinks. In addition the line tram N°2 stop is 100 m away.and you are in the city center in 10 minutes Simply perfect;

We stayed for 5 nights. The overall experience was fine, with one significant problem. The bathroom door, a big heavy glass door, had a broken hinge and was thus hanging from one point, unable to open or close without going out of place and feeling like it was going to collapse every time it moved. The hinge was completely detached from the wall. As soon i saw it the first night i reported it because it felt super dangerous. Although the staff was very friendly, and ”they reported it so the tech team would fix it the following morning”, nobody ever came to the room. We then proceeded to report it a second time, again without anybody caring to offer us alternatives. After a third attempt, it was no longer worth the inconvenience to report it another time. Nothing changed whatsoever. It was very uncomfortable to shower and it felt very very dangerous every time you walked past the door, since it was right by the room entrance! Thankfully we were careful and the door did not give out to its own weight... so disappointing to feel abandoned. Such a pitty because the rest of the experience was great.

This hotel is spotlessly clean and modern, had a super friendly and helpful staff, was close to the U1 subway station, Hofer/Aldi (1 block), close to the popular Prater amusement park. Old town (Stephensplatz) is just 3 stops away on the red line. We never waited long for the next train. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The room was spacious with lots of storage. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bathroom floor is heated! We loved our stay.
it is a very gog=od hotel. Good service and the room is very clean. It＇s near the subway and easy to go the centre. It＇s a good place to stay if you want to do shopping in Wien. We stay here for many times and many nights.
The breakfast is very good. There is a parking lot behind. The service is good. The price is very high. It is very clean. The attitude is very good. The room card sometimes fails, but it can be solved in time.
The room is small, very simple, except for the TV there is basically no extra facilities. But it is very clean and tidy, and the service is not bad. It feels so warm to live, and I have been unknowingly gone for a week. The location is also very good, 200 meters from the subway. It is 800 meters from the airport train station. The booking was at the peak of the stay, and the price increase was very strong, which was really sad. But the overall feeling is good.

The apartment has a cooking stove and a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, but you have to buy the ingredients yourself. Breakfast is not provided. The location is very good. It is 5 minutes walk to the beauty palace, and then 5 minutes walk to the Central Railway Station
Because watching other people's strategies are mixed, and I know that there is no reception to contact the hotel himself, he will wait for you at the door in an appointment. I contacted in advance and an uncle was waiting for me in the hotel. The people were very nice and gave us a lot of suggestions and told us how to play. It was great, but the hotel did n’t have toiletries. I had to bring my own. I stayed for two days. I did n’t have a hair dryer on the first day. I reflected with that person and brought one immediately the next day.
I decided to travel to Vienna. I feel that the environment is very good. Vienna is also great. The environment is also very clean. It has no drawbacks. I arrived in the middle of the night. There is no water seller around. I can only buy water from the hotel reception. I remember it is quite expensive.
Stayed for 3 nights in room 8 To check in, it turns out you need to go to another building 2 minutes down the same street at Boutiquehotel Stadthalle. Pretty straightforward checking in as I'd already booked online. The reception staff friendly, welcoming and could not have been nicer. Pension Stadhalle seems to be former apartments converted into hotel rooms. The bathroom looked like one of those cabins you see on a ship. The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom with a curtain. I’m not that big, but even I thought the shower was cramped. I could not move without touching the shower curtain. A bit small, but functional and everything worked fine. The room came with a double bed, but it wasn't a real double bed. It was two singles placed together. There’s a very obvious gap in the middle which made sleeping there impossible. Even then I had the treat the bed as a single anyway because the duvet was for a single and there was only one pillow. I slept fine using only one side of the bed, but it really begs the question why there’s a double bed in the first place. All the toiletries were provided except soap and shampoo. Okay I understand that there’s a drive to be eco friendly and stop providing those miniature bottles. Considering that Pension Stadhalle is hardly at the bottom end of the budget market, surely dispensers for liquid soap or shampoo can be provided. Even some hostels do that. The room didn’t have much in the way of amenities either, no coffee, tea, kettle; normal things provided hotels in this sector of the market. I’ve stayed in Vienna before and pretty sure these are provided as standard in hotel rooms. The double bed took up pretty much the entire room. There was a chair, but no table to work on. The cleaning staff did a fine job of cleaning the room and bathroom every day, so kudos for that. Location wise, the hotel is not in the tourist district. That’s not really a problem because it’s close to several tram or metro stations, and then only a short journey into the centre. There’s several supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by. The supermarket option doesn’t work that well if there’s no way to heat food though. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay, the staff were great, but I really do think that the hotel should rethinks the bed and amenities in the room.
The hotel is conveniently located between the train stations between MID and HBF. There are several routes to choose from in 5 minutes walk. You can buy Vienna traffic tickets for a very high price! The hotel can store luggage, has a refrigerator, a blower, the room is more spacious, the bed is very soft, there is air conditioning and heating. There are also many restaurants nearby. It is convenient to go to attractions. The shoe-shoe machine on the first floor of the lobby is good.
There are 4 people in a room. The location is biased, but there is a subway nearby. Take the subway to visit the city center directly. Shared toilet and bathroom. It's very likely that there will be mixed sex
We stayed here for two nights. We arrived at 2am but even though we were exhausted the ambience and energy of the staff was comforting. We were upgraded and promptly given key cards to our room. We loved the decor, and the mood lighting in the corridors. My husband used the gym And said that it was great! We didn’t eat at the hotel but did have a couple of cheeky cocktails on the roof terrace. Stunning! Thank you Jaz I’m the city, we’ll be back ❤️
The breakfast is very rich, with a variety of high-quality meals. The croissant is the best made in the hotel I stayed in this trip. It is not greasy with a touch of milk. I didn't ask if it could be an extra bed. We ordered three people. 1288 with breakfast, duplex loft apartment, one big bed and one small bed, the big bed upstairs can sleep three people no problem. Compared with the price of this accommodation, the facilities are a bit simple, and the tourist off-season, the price of European hotels in this season is not high. Expensive, this price is high, others are good, self-service luggage storage is a password locker, very convenient, the location is less than ten minutes walk from the exit of Vienna Central Station (hbf railway station), the place to get on the train is closer just walk past
The triple room is actually a standard room plus a bed but it doesn't crowd and stays comfortable for three days. The location is particularly good. Downstairs is the Starbucks McDonald's subway station about 200 meters. There are many clothing store ice cream shops nearby. Service is not bad, breakfast is not very rich, but in the end it is highly recommended.
I spent a few nights at the Westbahn hotel. As the name says it's situated right next to the Westbahnhof station, 2 minutes walking distance to the excellent Vienna public transportation that gets you everywhere with ease. Cross another street and you're on the famous Mariahilferstrasse with all the shopping and some nice places to go out for a beer or to eat. The room I had was nice and warm, with a comfortable double bed, tv, storage space and bathroom (separate toilet room). I didn't hear noise from outside traffic or from adjacent rooms. The staff was welcoming and professional. Also there's free coffee and tea in the lobby which is great when you're in a hurry and have no time to sit for breakfast.
The hotel is in a good location, very close to the city attractions and within walking distance. Although it is the top floor, but all aspects of the conditions are OK, the front desk service is also very good, the bed is also very soft!
Although, the location is not bad, you can walk to the commercial street; Although there is a park next to it, surrounded by greenery Although, breakfast is okay, However, the Armani, Intercontinental, Kempinski, and Mandarin hotels that lived in this line were more impressive than it, so this is the most unsatisfactory hotel. The price is not high, the evaluation
Awesome hotel design, as the title says “We are all mad here” is the sign that meets the eye on a hotel entrance and this spirit follows you all around the hotel. Great rooms, dont miss visiting roof top terace at the evening since it is a heart of fun with faboulus view at Vienna. Breakfast are rich with a plenty of choice, evening itaian restaurant serves well to hungry tourist after all day long sightseeing aroun Vienna. If you are looking for an outside of the box hotel, 25hours Vienna is your (and our) choice!
Hotel location is very good! !! Up to 5 minutes from the Golden Hall, and nearby McDonald's is also within 5 minutes! It's also close to subway station 71, which is really unexpected! Sure enough, the hotel recommended by Ctrip! The neighborhood is very safe. The hotel is estimated to be similar to a domestic all-season hotel. If friends are traveling, the room size is OK! Take a taxi to the Central Railway Station for less than 8 euros
The St. Stephen's Church, the Golden Hall, and the Little Golden People Park are all close by, of course, close to the central cafes and shopping streets. Excellent location. The room can't compare with the domestic Marriott. It is accurate to say that there is still a certain gap with the Asian chain stores. The room is small.
Location: The hotel is right next to the Belvedere Palace. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the Central Railway Station. You can also take the trams 18 and 0 on the train station square, 2 stops. The railway station is very convenient for transportation. There is a subway u1. There is a tram line D next to the hotel directly to the downtown Hofburg Palace, Heroes Square. Opposite the hotel is the Swiss Garden, which has a family name and tastes good. There are also some restaurants nearby. Room: We stayed in the smart room 610. The room was really small, and two 28-inch tiles could not walk. I saw the next room, although the room type is the same, but the area will be larger. The ceiling is not renovated, all are bare, I don’t know if it is industrial wind. The shower is completely transparent, and it would be embarrassing if it weren't for a couple. The bathroom is a separate room. The room has heating, the quilt and pillows are comfortable and clean, and the cleaning is very clean. We went out during the day, the box was unlocked, and there were passports, bank cards and euro cash. Back to the hotel things are in good condition. The bed is 1.5 meters, and the place is small and there is absolutely no extra bed. Because it is close to the road and there is a construction site nearby, it has been very noisy, and the other side may be better. Breakfast was not enjoyed, not seen in the downstairs, it is quite rich. The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant and the food looks good. Service: Very good, we are in Vienna at 11 o'clock in the morning, it is generally 2 o'clock in the afternoon, then the hotel arranged for us to stay directly. Because my mother had a accident at the train station, she needed to go to the hospital for treatment. After telling the hotel, I checked the nearby hospital and set a taxi for me. Because the forehead is swollen, the doctor said that as long as it is cold, I will go to the restaurant several times a day for ice. Service ecology is very good, give me a towel, really intimate In short, it is highly recommended.
I have been to Hotel Austria twice, both for the Christmas holidays when the nearby Rotenturmstrasse was decorated with its huge red balls. The location is not just convenient to two subway lines, but also a really short walking distance--10 minutes to Stephansdom. There is a Spar Gourmet right across the street and many shops and restaurants near by (check out the Cafe Diglas) as the area is itself technically in the Inner Stadt (city center). But what really stands out is how eager to please the staff is. The first time I visited it was so long ago there were no smartphones, but the front desk always gave us accurate and easy directions to all locations we wanted. Clean, warm, and in a quiet corner tucked away from the main street, it is a real gem
This hotel is in a great location. It serves well as a comfortable bed and clean room. Which was all we were looking for on our short break. It is well kept but tired looking. It is on a third floor, the lift can only be accessed after going up a flight of stairs. Not suitable for people with poor mobility. There are no staff on the premises after seven pm so if you arrive after that you call a number (on the door) and your key is in a safety box outside the entrance which they give you the code for. The buffet breakfast is basic but sufficient, coffee really not nice. The hotel is expensive and the bottled water in the room is expensive also. The staff were few and pleasant enough. I'd asked for an extra pillow but they weren't able to help me and they left their cleaning sponge on the bathroom floor. Small things that didn't make much difference but would have been nicer not to have.
Breakfast is very good, the location is very convenient, go out is the subway station, most of the city's attractions can walk, buy Vienna Card all free transportation, attractions tickets have discounts
The Bristol Hotel, which was visited for two days, is one of the legendary luxury hotels in the country and even in Europe. Since its opening in 1892, countless celebrities have left their footprints and attracted cultural elites from all over the world. Russian composer Anton Rubinstein, Italian composer Puccini, West City story creator Leonard Bernstein, US President Roosevelt, Prince of Wales Charles, United Nations Secretary-General Annan, Paul McCartney and others have also stayed here. The location of the hotel is also very good, across the street is the Vienna State Opera, a few minutes walk to the Vienna Golden Hall, shopping streets, subway stations and tram stops are within easy reach. As for the room, although the area is not large, but the hardware and software are really not simple, the kung fu is in the details, it feels very comfortable, the hotel also has a small gift for the guests, very intimate [jumping] plus the room Under the celebrity effect, the environment for morning dining is very elegant, the ingredients are carefully selected, and the protocol is also very professional, so the overall experience is very good, although the price is not low, but it is still worth to feel .
I was staying at this hotel for a business trip and was totally surprised by how good the stay was. It took me a while to find this hotel in the many business hotels in Vienna, but I am glad I did find it after all. This hotel is not the classic business hotel, so if you don’t like design and for example black hallways, this hotel might not be for you. I on the other hand loved the design and theme of this hotel. I would always come back! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good as well. They had a reasonable number of choices and I had a very good start of the day. The room was quite spacious and very clean. If you stay in the hotel as two guests in a room, be aware that the shower is a glass shower in the center of the room. (Also see on my pictures) All in all, I had an excellent time here and would come back when back in Vienna.
As many have said, the big selling point of this hotel is its location - turning right out of the entrance and up a nice set of stone stairs leads you to a large shopping street with many of the usual brands you are accustomed to. Shortly down this street is an underground stop. Perfect. The hotel itself is like an another time period - very old and dated - its like walking into a care home in terms of decor. Check in was easy enough, pleasant staff at reception throughout. The rooms are basic - squeaky beds, terrible pillows, TV, an actual modern looking bathroom (with hairdryer), TV and decent amount of wardrobe space. One interesting addition ive not come across before is an outdoor shutter you can control from inside which comes down and provides complete darkness thus you aren't woken by the sun in the morning. A nice touch. A thing to remember when checking out is that there isn't much storage space for luggage and if you think the station has lots of lockers you'd be mistaken - get your bag in early if you're on a late flight out. Overall, a nice place to stay, supported really by its great location.
Pension Neuer Markt Slip up Seilergasse from the Pension Neuer Markt about half a block, past the wurst stand and there you are in the shadow of the Stephansdom, Vienna’s premier cathedral dedicated to the martyr St Stephen. Neur Markt’s location in the inner city of Vienna cries convenience which is the biggest asset of this modest pension. In a huge older building, the Pension occupies three floors of six. To enter one must press a buzzer on the outside door and the main desk on second floor will buzz you into the dark lobby where there is thankfully a lift. Inside the Pension is under renovation however our third floor spacious room has been completed. Our bathroom is large, clean and contains a huge tub and shower. Lofty windows on the outer wall overlook Seilergasse and provide lots of light. A comfy double bed is on one wall and matching couch on the other. A huge closet hugs next to bed. At breakfast in a lovely parlor we are pleased to see the great selection of bread, cold cuts, cheese, and fresh fruit. Of course, hard boiled eggs are by request and tea or coffee. Around the corner is Kartner Strasse the main shopping district of Vienna complete with a large restaurant population. If you are hungry after hours the Pension has a supermarket inside and you get a discount.
Near meidling railway station, my husband and I walk to and from the station. There is a subway station 50 meters away, and it is also close to the central railway station. The most important thing is that the hotel is comfortable and looks like a four-star hotel.
The radiotherapy is very clean, close to the subway station and the Danube, it is very convenient to travel, the car can be parked on the side of the hotel road. The lobby is clean and comfortable. There is a corner garden outside, where you can eat in the garden. It is suitable for traveling with children for the whole family and also suitable for business trips alone. Very manager, super cost-effective!
Hotel located in a slightly defiled position, so you need to walk about 800 mt to reach the nearest metro (volkstheater). At the time of check-in, they told us they were giving us a top room, even though we didn't understand what. The booking included a large room with a cooking angle (and if it was used, a sum would have been paid). We have a very small room with a washing box in front of our bed, the fifth and last floor with views on the inner area. The theme of the theatre is also nice, which is in the furniture. I have no appreciation of at least one chair or chair, replaced by a very uncomfortable pouff. The closet is more to a low-class hotel than a 4-star hotel. I haven't tried breakfast, so I can't give a opinion on it, but €22 per head seems a little too much, even though the Vienna prices are actually high. Rational room prices, although I fear I have paid too much in relation to the “hole” that I was assigned. I advise you to assess what they call “upgrade”, because it might prove a freak.
The location is good. Everyone at the front desk and butler was very kind. Breakfast is very suitable with lettuce and young leaves, because the only green vegetable is cucumber. When I explained that I couldn't eat breakfast because I left early the next morning, I was grateful to try to provide a simple breakfast, but for me, it was too early in the morning. I heard that my friend lives in a nearby hotel. Instead of eating breakfast, he eats fruit and lunch, so if there is such a service, it would be better. I live alone, so I am glad to hear from you at the front desk. Thank you for your help.
We booked this hotel, but it turned out to be closed. The owners only informed us weeks after booking and shortly before traveling. They rebooked us to another branch very nearby, stating that it would have the same quality (mercure Wien Zentrum). Meanwhile other hotel rates had increased so we had little choice to accept, but we regretted it during our stay. The hotel room was very hot as the AC doesnt work properly during the Viennese summer. Opening the window was not an option. All windows are street facing. Our room was directly above the entrance with noise from people entering and leaving, but also of loud drivery trucks than kept their engines running. Complaints were not addressed during our stay.
The five-star Hilton does not need to say more, the location is still good next to the old city, the front desk is very friendly and patient, it took me a long time to print concert tickets for me, and I also talked to me for a long time, the accommodation experience is full
