from 07.10. Thursday to Sunday 10.10.2021 Aparthotel Art Ana in Karlsruhe pays PRICE 265,68 + 27,-- Parking = 292,68 Apartment o. Breakfast ! 1. After telephone request (13h on the day of arrival) from when to check in, we received the statement: at 14h our apartment is ready and ready to enter. At 14.15 h we reached the apartment hotel (reception). When check-in we should pay directly what we found very strange and unusual, but did, otherwise there was no apartment key. Then we got apartment No. 15 in the first floor (building in the backyard), balcony back green and quiet as ordered. The apartment was totally overheated, so we opened the windows. The balcony had only 1 seat for couples inappropriate and everything was quietly cleaned. The kitchen line was dust, 1 glass was still dirty in the washing room and remote control TV was not sterilely packed (corona rules). Where was the check-in and final check-in for the apartment delivery to Gast? I just called extra – when everything is ready! So I advertised the first time at the reception and we left the hotel for the first time. When we returned to our apartment at 19 h, it was like in a Sauna! My husband wanted to see news, but it did not go – No Signal and no W-Lan. So he checked all connections Nothing. There was an instruction/ description no on our Room! So again complaint at the reception, the lady said sie has also no idea and can't help. My husband tried everything and was in the meantime 3 x at the reception and nothing happened! 2. The lady was now nervous and we said we could move it if the TV works there and the heating air conditioning works there. Now we should first in Apartment 21, 2 floors now it was after 20 h and the lady had now a holiday evening. So we first packed everything back and pulled 1 floor higher. What we weren't told was that it was a much smaller, older, more resident apartment that was not corresponding to the booked category. The bed was only for 1 person, so we took our beds from the other apartment 15. There was now a bathroom without a departure, windows to Hotel Eden, like on the presentation – no vision sheet, no roller, no garden and no quiet room, location to the garage and parking entrance and also 1 building rack in addition to the building site. A spartanianly furnished and very flat kitchen line without microwave, which was totally unusable for a 2 pers apartment. Breakfast etc.. there was 1 at 1 table and only 1 chair! There was no clothes box only in the entrance a couple of hacks, only 1 box with boxes there was. Apartment rather due to equipment, preparation and equipment for individuals n

The environment in the hotel is very good and very quiet. The area of the room is quite large, and the two big men dragging 5 boxes to check in is not too crowded. The toilet is very clean. The front desk is very serious, after check-in will be very detailed introduction to the network, the matters needing attention around the hotel and so on. The hotel is about 5 minutes' walk from hbf, so the traffic is very convenient. The only problem comes from the surrounding environment of the hotel. The hbf neighborhood is notoriously messy. Be careful of thieves and those who fly the leaves when you go out, especially during the epidemic. But the hotel is very quiet and safe.

Not sure what this hotel cost (the office booked it). Wouldn't stay here again though. The reception is in a bar, which was closed at approx 9pm when we arrived. You then go next door to what appears to be half office building, half hotel. Quirky, but not a problem. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. My room was pretty awful. I knew I was in for a bit of a treat when I saw the dirty stairwell, and hastily filled holes in the walls. The room itself was small, and smelled a bit rank. The window had a large crack running through it, which had been "repaired" with tape. The room was quite dirty and looked like it had seen better days. First floor rooms are almost basement at the back of the hotel - the ground is level with the window, which makes them feel a bit overlooked. The rooms are quite noisy, from the rod, corridor, other rooms, etc. Breakfast was OK at best. A simple selection of meat and cheese, with bread. Some coffee machines, one of which even worked. Pretty basic. The location of the hotel is strange - there's a pretty rough looking bar nearby, but you feel like you're in a transitionary area of town between the places you'd want to have a hotel, and those you wouldn't. Fairly short walk from the station though. If it's cheap, you can sleep here and not be too unhappy, and maybe not get fleas. But probably you should go somewhere else.

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed ourselves very much. Check-in was quick and efficient and we were given a map of the town and some nearby restaurants were marked for us. Our room was very clean as was the shower room and it was very quiet - just what we wanted after a long tiring drive from Innsbruck. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for us both. We loved our stay.

Karlsruhe City Center
The hotel is located in the centre of the city of Karlsruhe, very close to the most important museums such as the Kunststadthalle, the Orangerie and the Badisches Landesmueum. It’s also very close to the Beim Markt Museum and the Cathedral. One can walk to anyone of those places from the hotel in a few minutes, what is indeed a considerable advantage. Apart from that, there is not much traffic in the street where the hotel lies. Altogether therefore makes the hotel location be a very good one. Contrary to the characteristics of the location, the room I was allocated was not a very good one. It was too small to move freely inside. In addition to that there is in fact no desk or table whose use may entail the necessary conditions for writing or reading comfortably. The only thing there resembling that piece of furniture is a shelf like glass under the TV screen. Apart from the fact that it’s too narrow and that it’s therefore impossible to work properly on it, the only light which could be used in such circumstances is a wall lamp by the said screen over one end of that glass, what makes obviously impossible to have the appropriate light in order to avoid catching a headache when reading. At any rate, the bed was very comfortable, the mattress having the right toughness for getting a good rest. Among the staff members there are some who are very kind and helpful such as the lady who was at the front desk upon my arrival and who checked me in. Others limit themselves to do their job or even less than that, such as the receptionist who took over from the stated lady in the afternoon and the evening of the same day. Finally there are others whose kindness is moderate, which is by the way nothing to complain about or to be subject to criticism, such as the personnel working at the breakfast room. The breakfast is very good and varied. There one has the possibility to have everything needed to keep going for several hours or maybe the whole day until dinner, as the case may be. All the food available in relation to the meal referred to is of a very high quality particularly the crammed meat and the pastry. The orange juice is also good. The hotel parking is in a garage some steps away from the hotel itself. In any case, it functions very well and the parking spaces assigned to the hotel are very well managed and controlled by the hotel staff in charge. It can be considered that the vehicles are completely safe in that garage. There is a good gym at the hotel. There one has the necessary equipment for getting the adequate exercises. The most important in this respect is that there are mats, which is an essential element in all gyms deserving to be considered as such. Taking the foregoing into consideration it can be upheld that the hotel could improve its standing provided the necessary measures were taken for the aforesaid flaws to be eliminated. In spite of all, one can manage to have a good stay in that hotel inasmuch as the good features referr

Hotel with high cost performance. achat plaze, there are also chains in other places. The location of the hotel is better and the transportation is convenient. KIT is also a quarter of an hour’s walk away. The slight downside is that the main road at the door is under repair, which makes it a bit noisy during the day. It takes about 10 Euros to take a taxi from the main fire. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel with a supermarket inside. There are five on the opposite side Star Chinese Restaurant (the taste is okay). The service staff of the hotel is very service attitude Good, timely room service.

Nice hotel, good environment and convenient transportation. Next to the train station and the zoo. Walk to the Royal Palace and Constitution Square. The layout of the palace is similar to the Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna, and the scenery is not too good. The Constitution Square is very distinctive. Booked a single room, only a 1 meter small bed, enough for business trips, facilities are traditional German hotels, sparrows are small and complete. The hotel is very historic and a traditional elevator is featured. The hotel is large, the room is quite a lot, the breakfast seems to be simpler, the place to eat breakfast is also very small, I don't know if the guest is not open. Only a group of business Koreans are eating, the cups are messy, and no one is sorting out in time. The restaurant only sees a waiter.

This is the closest hotel to the Karoo Railway Station. It is a 2-minute walk from the train station and there are trams and bus stops at the door, so the traffic is extremely convenient. The facilities in the room are quite ordinary, but the layout is reasonable and very clean. There is breakfast available downstairs from the hotel, starting from 6.30am, the price is 12 euros. The price/performance ratio of breakfast is still very high, it is recommended.

We spent two nights in Karlsruhe and decided to stay here. It was located just in front of the main train station. The check in and check out are seamless and easy. Had to pay extra for breakfast but it was worth it. The only downside is our room was exactly at the garbage bin area on the outside so we can clearly hear the noise when people throw trashes.

We were at five with the bikes at Hotel Kübler because they were designated as Bett+Bike. The service staff is very nice and very effortable (both in booking and stay). The hotel itself is in the part where we were, some curiosity, some old. The rooms (in the bungalow) were very large and certainly luxurious in the past, but no longer correspond to our today's taste (e.g. radio with cassette deck on the bed). What more disturbed us are the sanitary facilities (shooter and bathroom) that were colored by the decomposition. But what we very well liked was the varied breakfast with great service (including fresh mirror). The offer of Müsli was overwhelming. It was something for everyone.

The parking is small, so when you arrive at 21:00 there is no place you need to park along the road.
