The room is large, the location is also very good, the front desk is on the 18th floor, 41 good rooms. Go up to the bridge SOHO building. The scenery is very good, you can see the Mekong River, you need to pay a deposit of 35 US dollars. The only bad thing is that there is no WiFi. There is a fast food restaurant supermarket downstairs, very close to the Naga Golden Casino, not far from AEON.

Checked in this room and responded to the front desk for three times. There were cockroaches in the room and cleaned by the way. As a result, the cockroaches still live where they live 😂😂😂 What we said to the front desk was even more inaudible. On the last day of my stay, I asked if I wanted to change the room. I am not targeting your hotel, but your service is really top-notch.

I want to transfer to a third country selected by Vietnam for segregated check-in due to departure from the country. The taxi from the airport to the hotel costs about US $ 18 directly at the airport gate. Grap will be cheaper. Although I lived in a deluxe double bed room, the room layout was relatively small, and the overall structure was fairly clean. The interior decoration personally felt pretty good. I chose the row of rooms near the back of the school. The TV channel should be a Chinese satellite channel. There are few programs and often no signal; wireless network signals are generally intermittent. The hotel should be located in the Chinese district. There are Chinese restaurants around the downstairs, which means that the average price is more than US $ 6 per meal. If you are used to local food, there are street stalls for locals at night. The nearest shopping mall is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel and close to the Russian embassy. As for other places, since they did not go out during the epidemic, they would not comment. In terms of overall price-performance ratio, Phnom Penh is considered to be moderately high. After all, Phnom Penh uses US dollars and regional consumption is indeed high. The hotel provides a free breakfast service. My personal opinion is that it will always be white porridge / dried beans / corn / sweet potato / fried dough sticks / Cambodian fried noodles (similar to domestic rice noodles). Sometimes boiled eggs are recommended. After 7:30, there will be nothing. Anyway, there will be no breakfast food on the plate, no matter what you want to eat. The service at the front desk is not bad and can help with printing and taxi service. It is recommended to stay for short-term travel. As for the photo, I am embarrassed and not interested in taking pictures, so I cannot provide it.

For the price I (we) paid I am + satisfied with the facilities, the services, the location and the team. Air condition in good working, room spacious and clean, Breakfast good quality. The location is right in the heart of the city - this is well written on their profile, this wasn't problem for me. I like the professionalism the team is providing each day during my stay. The effort they give to reach the customer satisfaction is amazing and I am fascinated about their commitment. I took opportunity to read some of negativity feedback and I found the review immature. There are people wants to get a luxury service for 20-25 dollars/ night; seriously! We need to get real and if you want to be a queen; I suggest people do make their booking in a 10 stars hotel. The language = For the English speaker, you chose to travel to a country where English/ french are not their first language. At least they are smart enough to communicate and you should appreciate. Their business is a hotel, therefore, I don't think so it is smart to blame your flight / +7 hours disaster trip. Finally, even in a 5 ***** hotel , they don't let you go into your room without having your pre-paid credit card, passport check or cash payment; so again I feel the comment is childish. For the price you are paying, not having a valet to take your luggage into your room shouldn't be seen as drama. I really praise this hotel will get an award of their commitment in aim to please their current and future customers. Thanks Olga

This is the second stay. There are many green plants and books in the hall, which can take a nap, drink tea and chat; as always, clean; sleeping at night without the sound of rumbling planes and whistle of road cars; there are also electric mosquito coils provided, the most important thing to come to Cambodia : Anti-mosquito; next to the left is a local KTV, and next to the right is a local Cambodian restaurant. Across the road is a local barbecue restaurant where you can watch performances. If you are not familiar with local dishes, you can also arrange hotel chefs to cook a few Side dishes, anyway, consumer entertainment is very convenient; the important thing is that the bed is comfortable, the boss said that the mattress and four-piece set bought in China are of five-star standards. And as far as I know, in hotels near the airport, hotels in this price range wash their own sheets to lower the room price. But this hotel guarantees the sanitary and tidy of the bedding every day. Every day, there is a washing factory to take out the replaced sheets and quilts. So I gave the highest score: 5 points. I dare say that it is the most cost-effective in the vicinity of Highway 4 Airport.

Well located and off the busy streets this is by far the safest and most comfortable hotel we have stayed at in Southeast asia. We stayed at this fabulous boutique hotel as a couple about five years ago when first arriving in Cambodia. We recently went back for about 3 weeks in total in february-march 2020, and had again a wonderful stay. Highlights are: sustainability-minded hotel (social and environmental), small cozy garden and pool, breakfast (especially traditional pork and rice), kitchen staffed with an amazing chef cooking up some delicious Khmer and western recipes, the happy hour cocktails, especially the ginger infused martini and passion daiquiri, and above all the kindest staff imaginable who will always greet you with a smile. We were so glad to meet the same staff as five years ago upon our return. Also, the management is super flexible and helpful. The rooms are great, really nice interior and comfortable bed (though the bathroom is a bit peculiar). The compound feels very secure with a 24/7 security guard. For the location BKK area is full of great restaurants. So definitely a 10/10 and will return! A special thank you to Ms. Rattanak, Ms. Sreyleak and Ms. Raksa :)

Similar to other auberge or pension places I've stayed, this small hotel has a nice cafe on the ground floor and pretty much any service you need is available. As you would expect, they'll sell you tickets to many attractions and activities, and arrange transportation. Just ask. The operators are French, so if you speak the language you will have the best time. For me, it's very close to the school I'm visiting, so it's quite convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet, so the hotel is mostly quiet. My room is large, with a large separate bedroom and a reasonable-sized kitchen with a microwave, average-sized fridge/freezer and a gas cooktop with three burners and an extractor fan. There is a decent selection of knives but few other utensils (no soup ladle or tongs, for example). Although the hotel is nominally "non-smoking" and my room appeared smoke-free, I couldn't help notice the telltale smell creeping into my room occasionally. My only major complaint is that they don't have the mosquitoes under control. They don't provide a mosquito net on the bed, the windows don't have screens and at night I was bitten relentlessly - they disregarded the repellent I slathered on before going to bed.

I think it’s a Chinese boss. I feel like I’m still in China in their apartment. It’s all in Chinese. I heard that it’s the first time I lived in their house. The front desk actually upgraded me to an executive suite. Oh, I’m going. The kitchen and all self-service washing machines must be praised! There is a 24h supermarket downstairs, and you can also play golf on the second floor. I went to look for tea when the guests came at noon. I asked the front desk. There is a tea room, which is very convenient. It seems that I can live here when I come back to work.

The hotel looks like it has not been opened for a long time, the decoration and room facilities are relatively new, no odor, clean and hygienic, but the bed is too thick and too soft, it is not comfortable to sleep, the hotel staff can speak Chinese, the service attitude is also good, free airport drop-off service , Breakfast is relatively small, only white porridge, steamed buns, fried noodles and eggs, but the taste is not bad. The price of Ctrip's activities is only over one hundred. It can be said that the cost performance is very high, much better than the domestic Hanting, which is very suitable for general business travel!

Cambodian people desperately need tourists but will rob anyone in any way they can who is not vigilantly aware of and protective of their surroundings. Riverside Phnom Penh is filthy, full of sleazy bars and pubs, daytime rats eating street garbage and foodstuffs thrown into the street and as well disabled/homeless beggars. People open urinate and defecate into the tonle sap river in plain sight of anyone. Trash is everywhere. Public nudity is also common. I observed several hermaphrodite femmes bathing in the tonle sap slowly while constantly displaying genitalia as advertisement - Disgusting. Water and food unless from a 4 star or above hotel will expose you to parasitosis or far worse amebiod dysentery! Restaurants will serve you tap water and ice made from tap water. Water is unclean! Cambodians are desperately poor overall and their currency is not used for much more than making change from a dollar. Dollars are the preferred currency. Services cost in Phnom Penh are at a premium with common food items costing much more than in Thailand but of much lower quality. I do not recommend visiting Phnom Penh riverside....Be Aware !!!!

These apartments have one thing going for them and that is the location right on the river with balconies overlooking the hustle and bustle at the riverfront. The entrance on the backside of the building is not the cleanest possible but that’s just how the location is; not much the property can do about it. The apartments are large and comfortable but decoration is very simple and one should not expect the same standard as from a 3 or 4 star hotel. Bathroom is decent but also very basic. For a few nights in Phnom Penh it is a very good option. The central location makes live easy and if you want to wind down after a day of walking the streets of hot Phnom Penh you can relax on the balcony. Giving Phnom Penh traffic this is a rather noisy affair of course, but in the bedrooms (away from the balcony) this is not really a problem. A nice touch was that the fridge came stocked with two bottles of mineral water. The proprietor was very communicative and helpful, arranging airport transfer on request.

Wow - what a great hotel. If you're travelling on a modest budget - this is the one to stay at. Friendly service, a good solid basic breakfast (including eggs cooked to your liking), and modern rooms with A/C. The best thing though is the location - see, it's nice to be able to walk in PP as the cost of tuk-tuks adds up over a day of sight seeing. From this hotel, you can walk to most of the major tourist attractions (river front, markets, palace, etc). So that's a real plus (and a saving). While the bars around the corner on 51 might not be your thing, it does mean there are a tonne of convenience stores and restaurants for quick eats nearby, which is also a great plus. Highly recommended.

They say a hotel is only as good as it’s staff. I believe this to be true, and it is also why I have given five stars. I stayed for about ten days in December 2019. Enjoying it’s relaxed atmosphere attentive staff and all round comfort. All this at an incredible price makes this choice a no brainer. The manager Mr Rina performs his job effortlessly and gives each guest individual attention. Ensuring their satisfaction and solving any problem that might occur very promptly, always with a smile. The restaurant, while not the cheapest, offers diners options unavailable elsewhere. Everything coming from the kitchen is first rate in terms of quality, flavour and originality. This is why I elected to return for another two weeks in January 2020. I suggest you give it a try, you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend this hotel. I recently completed a staycation over the weekend, and I felt miles away from Phnom Penh. From the moment of check in to check out the staff provided incredible service. A shout out to Sayon who checked us in, and would check in with us by name whenever we passed him. The room was spacious, clean and bright. At night it was dark and quiet providing a sanctuary for sleep. The bathroom was large, with an amazing hot shower. My balcony overlooked the small pond and was an amazing way to catch the sun. I spent most my time lounging by the pool, enjoying the views and the sunset. The service at the pool was amazing and so was the drinks and food consumed. The location is brilliant, and allowed us to walk to restaurants for dinner without any hassle, before returning to the rooftop for a final drink. The city view at night is stunning. We ate the breakfast on the rooftop and the food was amazing, the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection, not to dry. I cannot wait to return and stay another night.
