Lock box malfunctioned and could not be fixed. Water shut down during first night. When turned back on, water was milky white for awhile. No warm water during 2nd and 3rd nights, Offer to switch rooms messaged on 4th day but by that time it would have been quite a chore to repack. No microwave or minifridge in room.. Front desk graciously stored my meds in their fridge and issued a dose daily. Quiet Clean Easy ask to mass tranisit and onward to downtown. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. Hotel breakfast buffet was extensive with some hot food. Comp. glog and ginge bread cookies for Christmas holidays. Friendly and effective staff albeit sometimes over-worked. Overall: highly recommended.

The hotel is located so that you can easily reach the city center in 20 minutes by tram and underground. Multi-trip tickets can be purchased at the hotel reception. If you want to enjoy nature, you can reach the Nacka nature reserve by only a few stops with tram and bus The streets in the area with their canals are ideal for a walk. We have booked an apartment with a terrace on the 9th floor. We were warmly received and informed about the hotel. Cleaning and linen change take place once a week - if that is not enough, additional cleaning can be booked for a fee. Reception, elevators and rooms are very clean. The apartment we chose is approximately 45 square meters with an extra bedroom and living room with kitchenette. The closets are spacious and offer enough space for longer stays. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with two plates, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery are available in sufficient quantities to take care of yourself. We did not choose breakfast because it is not offered in the restaurant because of Corona. The rooms are bright, with wooden floors and Scandinavian decor. Smart TV and WiFi are available. A large table offers plenty of space, in front of the sofa there is a small table and an armchair. The bathroom is functionally furnished with a sink, toilet and shower and offers enough storage space. The terrace is quite long, there are two chairs and a table. However it is not so inviting - weeds sprout through the base plates. The overall positive picture is clouded by this. The hotel has central air regulation. Since it was very hot during our stay, the ventilation left a lot to be desired and it was often very stuffy in the rooms. Opening the balcony door helped. However, there is no window to beopened in the bedroom. During our stay, a seagull and its chicks settled on the roof terrace - watching them was a nice pastime. We were very happy with our stay and would choose the hotel again.

A nice and quaint Hostel, but beautifully laid out and dressed up. The images do the hostel justice, although the rooms may be smaller (think tinier) than expected. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, accomodations are clean enough. Remember to bring your own bedlinnen. There is the possibility of hiring, but this costs extra (this is advertised). There is a good breakfast available, for not to much if you reserve ahead. The only thing I ran into was, that during one night it was a bit noisy in the hallway, but then again, this is a hostel, with both private rooms, but also dorms. Also, there is no night-porter, but access to the hostel is not a problem at all. I wouldl return there any time in the future.

Having read some pretty brutal reviews on here, I was a bit nervous, but honestly this place offered everything I needed and more. Yes, the room was small, but all I really needed was a bed and a bathroom! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were (or was -- I only saw one member of staff while we were there) happy to help with any issues we had. The room was a little cold, but a small space heater was provided; there were only three pillows on the bed, but I requested another one which was quickly supplied. Breakfast, too, was simple but good, and they were able to supply us with gluten-free bread, which was much appreciated. The location is great, especially if you're going to Globen or to the Old Town, and it's super close to the metro so the rest of the city is pretty easily accessible too. And sure, there's no view (or even window!) as the hotel is located below ground level, but as I was only staying overnight and didn't need to spend much time in the room itself, it was great value and offered everything I could need. I'd happily stay here again.

Stayed here for business and enjoyed clean, easy stay. Very easy to walk to river/shopping/offices/restaurants. Better gym facilities than many business hotels I’ve seen (multiple working cardio machines, plus good range of machines and weights). Hotel’s restaurants leave a lot to be desired, though: Only lunch option is bad Mexican with poor service and the potentially nice lounge only opens at 5pm.

Can't even make up anything bad about the place :) Super quick check-in and check-out. Excellent sleeping quality. Internet was alright at all times. Basic stuff in the bathroom. The room was a bit small but ok for two adults. Breakfasts are basic but tasty. Walking distance to many popular sites and quite a choice of eating places around. We did not eat here in the evenings because we wanted smth more local, not pizza. But judging from the number of people in the rest every evenings, i am guessing food and bar are alright. Try monitoring their prices on Booking or other sites for several days. We got the room like really cheap, and then it was three time higher in two days. And then cheap again for some time. Anyways, will surely return when in Stockholm!

Stayed with a friend for 3 nights at the Ersta hotel and although renovation work was being carried out on the exterior of the building it didn't inconvenience guests in any way at all. Very old building but it had character. Staff were efficient and very polite. Special mention for Birta (Beatrix) in reception who was a great help to us. Breakfast was in a pleasant room and variety of food was excellent. A young lady stocked up all the time, and was very cheery and polite. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near to everything, but in a different time of gone by manners and pace of life.

Eight Rooms is a small hotel with the latest technology when it comes to service. The self check in worked perfect and before you´re arrival you recive an email with all the info you need for your stay. If you needed everything it was easy to just give the manager a phone call and he helped you directly. I booked a deluxe room and im super satisfied with the room,a nd espcially the bed, the bed was top quallity and super nice to sleep in, the brand was called Hästens. They had also put a lot of effort on towels and linens, small things that make a big difference. The location was really good, close to everything and only 300 meter away from the hotel you will have the most amazing view over Stockholm. I can really recomend this hotel for everyone who wants high quallity to a good prize.

Maude´s Hotel in Enskede, Stockholm is a lovely hotel with nice staff, good breakfast buffées, cosy beds, good location in the Stockholm area and close to tram and bus. The possibility to sit outside and eat on the porch with lots of plants and greenhouse surrounding you was excellent.

This is a really charming hotel in a fantastic location -- at the heart of Stockholm's most vibrant neighborhood and just a few blocks from a major metro station. Tons and tons of cafes, bars, shops, grocery stores, and restaurants surrounding the hotel. The building is historic and feels a bit more like an apartment block than a hotel -- you enter via a courtyard where there's also a popular wine bar. I stayed for a week and booked a single room, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a full bed, perhaps because of reduced travel. The room was spotless, had a very comfortable bed, and a great bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. WiFi and TV both worked great. At a time when hotels in many countries refuse to serve breakfast or give you a plastic-wrapped apple, the free breakfast at this hotel was truly incredible! Massive selection of hot and cold items, coffee, tea, smoothies, breads from a local bakery. The breakfast adds incredible value to one's stay. I hope to return to Stockholm and stay at this hotel again.

The hotels location was excellent! VL terminal in walking distance and subway station even closer. We didn’t have door key and the intercom wasn’t working, but we got in. We had a room for three; double and single beds, the room was crowded but you could easily move around and place the luggage. The bathroom/shower was large. We had a problem with the water tap, it kept closing. The room was nice and cool, the beds very comfortable. It was a bit disturbing that the breakfast area was right behind our door. Overall, I would say we had a pleasant visit.

Location is not recommended! The nearest exit from the Central Station is not very close, especially when dragging boxes! Then check-in time is 2 pm, luggage storage is charged, I have communicated in advance and informed that the equivalent of RMB is about 1 hour and 11 yuan, and I found out that I can only choose to deposit for 1 hour, 6 hours, or 24 hours, which is not cost-effective. !! The big price boxes are 15/55/80 in local currency, and the check-out time is 10 am. Unless you leave after check-out, you still have to store your luggage, which is really inconvenient! Service is average! It can only be said that the room is cost-effective, and there is less luggage. You can consider leaving in the afternoon to early morning.

I traveled to Stockholm many times, and ever since 2018, when I stayed at the Downtown Camper the first time, I now only stay at this hotel for all my trips to Stockholm. To start with, its location is perfect! It is located super close to the Central station (5-7 min walk to the trains, and 1 min walk to the metro station). There is the main shopping street next to the hotel. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies around. It is super easy to walk to everywhere. The hotel is remodeled and stylish. The lobby is nice and has very good options to hang out and have a drink, there is a nice restaurant there. The hotel has a little spa area on the top floor, but I never went there. The front desk staff is always helpful. This time I booked a room with a King bed (before I booked the simplest room with 2 Twin beds, and I liked it a lot, by the way). My room was with a lot of space this time. Its design is perfection for me! Every time I get a very cosy and home vibe from the rooms in this hotel! Love it! The bed was super comfortable. There was also a second “bed” right next to the window. You can hang out and take a nap there. So cool! The bathroom was small, but I felt comfy there. The floor was heated. The bathtub was pretty big. The bathroom amenities were of a high quality. Wi-Fi was working very fast, but there was a little issue with it: I had to re-login every single day. It was kind of annoying. I absolutely recommend this hotel for staying!

Good location, airport express or bus down, two minutes walk along a main road, signs are obvious, there are cinemas and casinos opposite, easy to find, later to the subway station and the old city are walking distance. The room was as expected and the breakfast was generous. The triple room has a large bed inside, plus a sofa bed in the living room outside. Maybe we arrived early and she asked us to check in, but the sofa bed wasn't ready yet, and a waiter was invited to shop in the evening. Cost-effective hotel.

got a bad start at the check in, first of all my room was full prepaid (€307 for 1 night) and they tried to have a credit card deposit for €300, then I I have clearly booked a Double bed and they gave me a twin room. I have to go down to ask to change my room as originally reserved. Then I have chosen this hotel, expecting to enjoy the location and the view but I couldn’t do it at all. Beside to have a room facing an office building, there is any common area including the restaurants where you can enjoy the waterfront view. The Gym is in the basement and it is very basic, again under a standard expectation. I’ll not come back to this hotel.

Our stay was a very good experience. Great transport link to the city centre. Nice and clean area which made the experience as comfortable as possible. Most importantly a quiet area. I'd definitely recommend staying at Good Morning Hotel. Thank you for all staff especially Sammy.

Good location, very close to the airport bus stop and the old town After breakfast, the variety is rich, and the bread star said that he wants to eat from the beginning to the end. The taste is pure European, please bypass the Chinese stomach. The guy at the front desk is handsome and enthusiastic. Check the sights and ask for inquiries. Revisiting Sijing’s choice
