"Five of us rented a big house. Very satisfied, so beautiful! Clean, and the location is particularly good. Convenient everywhere! ! Each bedroom is very large, and the toilet supplies in the bathroom are also very useful. And when I left, I forgot very important items. The clerk helped me keep it and called! thank you very much! ! Next to the downstairs is a pharmacy, opposite the bustling street, it is very convenient for shopping and shopping. In addition, my husband was temporarily ill. There is a pharmacy downstairs, but the young lady at the service desk took me to buy the thermometer, very enthusiastic! It is recommended to stay! The old-fashioned elevator is very interesting, I like it~"
"I stayed here for my hen do with 15 friends (spread across two apartments). All of my friends were shocked how nice the apartments were; they didnt expect them to be so nice. They was a suite in each apartment (the master bedroom), two small doubles and one large king plus the kitchen and living area. Given how nice they were I would have expected to pay double what we paid. Everyone has asked me for the details so they can pass it onto their friends (and it was recommended to me in the first instance). The staff were accommodating and helpful and ever so nice. I have been so impressed. They made my hen do so successful and I'm really grateful to them. "
"Located in the city center, it is very convenient to eat near, the apartment is super big, it is really amazing. perfect! It will be preferred next time. Hotel staff service is also very nice. You will say hello to you in and out. The butler service is very good."

"The hotel is at a convenient location and the facilities are relatively new. Because it is not a brand hotel management, the service needs to be improved and the room cleaning can also be improved. It's worth recommending overall."

"The location is superb, just around the corner of the main street, LV is diagonally across the road, so it's easy to find! A 5-10 minute walk is the Gaudi building that two tourists must visit, and there are many restaurants around! The hotel is very quiet, and the most convenient is to replace the room card with a fingerprint, so don't worry about it all day long! The drinks in the mini bar in the room are also free to drink, and they are replenished daily. The staff are super nice. If you go to Barcelona again, you must choose this hotel."
"On the edge of Thanksgiving Avenue, the location is very central. The service attitude is very good, patient and enthusiastic, with Chinese staff. The hotel has a good dinner atmosphere, and there is a garden and afternoon tea. The design of the room is relatively simple, and if it is warmer, it will be more suitable for vacation. The duvet is leaking down."
"The location is quite good, the opposite is LV, buy the package is not afraid to be stolen and robbed, first return to the hotel. Barcelona is really dangerous now and must live in this formal safe luxury hotel. Service personnel are also professional. The front desk lady sister Nice who will speak Chinese."

"Marriott's boutique small hotel is simple but exquisite in materials. The design is simple and exquisite. The theme colors are white, brown and gold. The room is not very large, but the shower room and bathroom are comfortable, sacrificing the area of the face washing area. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and there is also a small bay window suitable for chatting and reading, if the room facing the street is better. The breakfast buffet has few varieties, a variety of bread, ham, yogurt, and fruits, which are suitable for western stomachs, but the quality of ham is good. The bar on the roof has a better view and environment, there is a very small pool, and a gym. Overall, the price is not too amazing, the level of five stars should be, the waiters are more enthusiastic, and the overall is more satisfied."
"This is definitely not a luxury hotel. I am actually surprised that Marriott put their name to it. The rooms are tiny - hardly space for any luggage and the reception is very basic. We went out one day at 8am and when we returned at 5pm our room had not been made up. The roof top 'restaurant' really isn't a restaurant as there are very few tables - you are supposed to eat dinner sitting on a couch. Breakfast service in the lobby restaurant was rather disastrous. The staff were in chaos and we waited 20 mins just to get a cup of coffee - when our food came it was stone cold. I realize in the big scheme of things that these are not maojr issues but the hotel is not cheap and if you want to charge the prices you need to deliver!"
"It is located in the old town of Barcelona, especially close to the Barcelona Cathedral, and the transportation is more convenient. The hotel is very small, very small, and the room is relatively small, more than 20 square meters, no way, Europe is like this. The hotel is pretty good overall, breakfast is very simple. The preparation is still labo, but the taste is not too much!"

"This is a beautiful AC property in a central location in Barcelona. It is modern, has tastefully appointed rooms, beautiful restaurant, great rooftop pool/bar and a wonderful breakfast. All of these fine amenities are complemented by a truly caring and service-oriented staff. From the time we arrived until we left they were constantly looking for more ways to make our stay exceptional - and they succeeded. We would come back here to stay every time."

"The hotel is located on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea and has the best view in Barcelona. Whether it is to watch the sunrise in the morning or the sunset in the evening, it is an excellent choice. recommend"
"Downstairs of the hotel have a lot of people riding a big bicycle to ask you to have a ride and charge you big money. Don’t feel comfortable when going back to the hotel at night. Plus the shelf in the room is broken. I can’t imagine a 5 star hotel will have a broken shelf and it can hurt you badly if you can spot it. "

"A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. From the minute you walk in you feel special. Greeted with ice cold cava and lots of smiles. Lots of lovely bedside treats throughout the stay. Quiet and peaceful rooftop with plunge pool. Loved it all. Would highly recommend. Beautiful restaurant on top floor. We only had one meal there and it wasn’t to the same standard as the rest of this gorgeous little gem. Incidentally there is an amazing little brunch restaurant called Milk around the corner which is outstanding. Well worth the wait for a seat!! Thanks to everyone at the Serras!"
"Hotel Serras is in a prime location overlooking the water with 5 star service that genuinly cares-From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home and the roof top dining is a bonus as well! It is well located in the gothic area and a short walk to the beach"

"Breakfast can be eaten in the open-air restaurant. From time to time, there are pigeons flying to meet you. It is no stranger to them, and they are determined to be frequent guests here. The view is good, the coconut tree stands up against the sea breeze. There is also the hotel's iconic landscape - Conch, which is blowing the horn of the departure!"

Fortunately, I chose this hotel at the beginning, and I was quite satisfied with it, especially the Chinese staff and comfortable beds. Would recommend to friends. Location: It is about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport and the price is about 35 Euros. Going to the airport can ask the front desk for help. There are two supermarkets within 100 meters from the entrance and turning left. The medium-sized (much larger than 7-11) has everything in stock, especially the second one is more complete! Closed on Sundays, the slightly larger one is open until 21:30. Because there are so many thieves in the subway, the whole process is mainly walking and taxiing. The subway station does not know how far away. It is about a 10-minute walk from Casa Mila and Casa Batlló, and nearby (15-minute walk) there are Chinese food and a super delicious shop. Hygiene, facilities: Very clean, two bottles of free mineral water every day, and non-heavy chocolates on the pillow. The bed was comfortable, not hard or soft, and the quilt was particularly comfortable. Hangers, disposable slippers, disposable toiletries, kettle, refrigerator, safe are all available, and there is a mini pool and gym upstairs. Fruits and discount cards were also given on the first day of stay. Service: the best! On the first day, the front desk was assisted by a young Chinese service man who helped bring luggage to the room and sent us a map to introduce the location of the attractions. I can basically meet him in the next few days, greet him warmly, and asked him many questions, I really appreciate it! The service is also highly recommended for this hotel. Some suggestions: The shelf in the bathroom will touch the arm, the air conditioner in the room will respond slowly, and both pieces of the bathrobe will be damaged.

Well sadly there is nothing 5 star about this hotel. Very disappointed that we ended up here. Do not book room 129! A room with a nice terrace but every morning you have to negotiate the cigarette ends and ash which falls from the rooms above! When we checked in ( room not available until after 1600 ) there was still an ice bucket empty drinks cans and cigarette butts on the terrace. The room is not of a high standard, dirty floor, chipped furniture, tv doesn’t work properly, empty tissue box in the bathroom, no iron or board, mattress topper on top of sheet? Lots of dust in the air conditioning grill. Holes in the curtains? Chewing gum residue on bedside table, Avoid breakfast unless you only want a continental. Asked for eggs Benedict and the eggs were hard and cold on a small triangle of hard bread? We did complain and breakfast was refunded, we were told we could change rooms but we were only here for 3 nights and had already unpacked, we were given a voucher for a free drink in the roof top bar. Our travelling family in room 119 had no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom the holder had obviously fallen off the wall at some point as the glue was still there and had not been replaced, these were not cheap rooms! Hotel is in a great location for exploring the city, there is obviously some issue here with a shortage of housekeeping staff and the rooms need fixing! they currently have a promotion where if you hang a card on your door to say you don’t need your room serviced then you get a voucher for a drink. Well good luck with that as we never received any vouchers.

The service is very good. The service staff at the door verified the identity of our occupants on the first floor and helped us take the luggage upstairs to check in. Then we sent the luggage to the room. It was very Nice. The hotel provided a free champagne with good taste at check-in. Our room is a bit noisy on the street. There are two floor-to-ceiling windows. The street view and the color are good. There is a balcony on the top floor. There are not many breakfasts. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearby Plaza Catalunya. There are many restaurants nearby. Not far from the beach, I will consider staying next time. We went to the seafood market recommended online. It feels normal and the seafood is salty.

The couple, together with a 10-year-old girl, booked an executive room for two nights, July 16-17. When you arrive at the hotel, the front desk must say that children under the age of two are free. We must pay for the extra bed. This is the case for the entire Barcelona hotel. The final calculation is for a long time. Let us add 100 euros for one night and 200 euros for two nights. At that time, because people were sick and sick, they could not argue. But before staying in Madrid VP PLAZA for four nights, the hotel simply confiscates the extra bed fee. Later, on the third day, we moved to Barcelona's EI PALACE HOTEL BARCELONA. The hotel reception desk looked at the three of us and immediately asked us if we needed it! The bed, we said, wait, when we arrived at the room, the waiter had moved the bed to the room and quickly laid the bed. Compared to GRAND CENTRAL, the service is really different. Therefore, families with children are strongly advised not to choose GRAND CENTRAL!

Good location, downtown location, within walking distance to the Sagrada Familia, service is okay, there is a restaurant upstairs that can be opened to the public, but there is no access control on the stairs and elevators on each floor, it seems a bit worried about safety, and we brought children to add For a bed, I changed the sofa in the hall directly to a bed. It seemed that the room was very small. It was difficult to put three pieces of luggage. The toilet was slightly wider, but there was no place to put clothes. The price of more than three thousand nights was not cheap, but Expensive in tourist season

It was used by 3 people and the location is great. It's right in front of Plaza Espanya and the metro station is just a short walk away. Take the Aerobus from the airport and get off at one stop. The piano on the 0th floor was outstanding and the staff were friendly. The room was quiet and clean.

The location is amazing only 1.3KM to the centre of the city and encourage us to do more steps. Hotel is clean and spotless. Rooms are very humid and hot and the AC is not working although we put the thermostat to the minimum still the room was warm in Jan .. finally we had to crack the window to get a good sleep. Rooms has no coffee makers but they had one in the lobby. The room service and breakfast is provided by third company and they were rude when I asked to get me some ice. They gave to me but said next time i have to pay for the ice ... that was something never heard off and I have been travelling for over 40 years. The lady at the reception desk got into an argument with one of the tenant because she drank too much coffee (3 cubs) although they told us they provide coffee 24/7 as unlimited. I really wanted to get into the middle of it but the poor tenant asked if she could pay for the extra coffee she drank! That was rude/humiliating/embarrassing and uncalled off. The other staff was great and the cleaning service lady was awesome.

The location is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, take a taxi to the Sagrada Familia, these attractions are all within 10 euros. Go to Plaza Catalunya for 5-6 minutes. There is a swimming pool on the roof, facing Barcelona Cathedral. Usually returning to the hotel, the clerk will ask if he is going to the top of the building as long as he sees it. The network is red and the impact is still very powerful. The room facilities are slightly older, we can't see the church in the room we live in, on the side of the path, but there is a small terrace to stand outside.

It's useless to ask for the location of the room in advance. It depends on the time you arrive on the day of check-in. The sooner the room arrives, the more available rooms are, the greater the probability of staying in a well-located room. I will stay for one night. Then I lived in a room with basically no view. Fortunately, the room is still very good. If you stay for two nights, you can ask for a room change the next day

No other reviews are so good. Remember to bring your own water. A bottle of water is not free. Everything is charged. No other hotel’s free two treatments. Two small waters charged me 5 euros. Besides, there is basically no facilities and no pool gym. So it’s a good street if it’s a cheap location, but it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the main street of Grancia for shopping and 45 minutes to the Sagrada Familia. This hotel has a bathtub and the whole is affordable, clean beds and comfortable carpets. They are not high-quality materials, there are no pictures, so they are graded. In addition, the shower has old and peeled edges and cut my chin. The overall is a three-and-a-half to four-star shopping, and it’s not a resort hotel.

On the street of luxury goods, everyone who buys and buys is the best choice. Opposite is LV and Cucci, Hermes on the left. Next to LV is the global blue lounge. Tax refunds for all Blue Alliance contracted merchants can be completed in this lounge. To go to the airport, you only need to scan the bar code and submit the mailbox. The balcony room on the street should be renovated. Open the curtains and you can see the house of Mira, whether it is day or night, different beauty. The hotel decoration is a bit design hotel style. Smokers need to pay attention, even if you book a balcony room, you cannot smoke on the balcony ~
