It was a very good experience to come to Nha Trang. The environment is beautiful and there are Chinese-speaking butlers, which brought great convenience to our trip. Compared with Aman, Six Senses is more cost-effective and a hotel worth recommending to friends.

In order to rest with the family, I decided to stay a little far from the city. Half of the evening ㅣ is quiet and comfortable while looking at Vinpearl Island. The location of Benity is like a luxury villa village in Seongbuk-dong, Korea. Located in a quiet place through the security room when you enter by taxi! There is no lobby, so when you arrive at the assigned accommodation, Kateryna and manager manager will help you check in in the room ~ I forgot in the bag taxi, but the friendly manager helped me ~ ♡ Breakfast is also prepared in the kitchen (8:00 to 9:00) You can choose a variety of breakfasts including rice noodles. On the first day, I was having a birthday party at the villa next door. I listened to the congratulations six times all night and was noisy at the sound of the karaoke room at 11 o'clock at night. Sauna, swimming pool is the best ~

My Birthday Present got stolen!!! My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days (5/12/24 to 5/14/24) to celebrate my birthday. We got 2 villas, my husband and I stayed in #29 and my friends in #30. Everything went perfect; foods, services and the views was remarkable except it is very hotttt they need more A/C. However, everything is ruinned because my Jellycat Keychain got stolen on the night of 13th. It was not really valueable item but I cant stand for stealing. I cant imagine this happening in a 5-Stars Resort. My husband yelled at me and said nobody gonna steal an unvalueable item and he also explained that if someone wanna steal they gonna steal something more valueable such as watch, purse, etc. He calmed me down and we decieded to find it again. After 2 hours searching the villa and we couldnt see it. We contacted Thao (our host) and she could not do anything. She said that their housekeeping have been in this industry for years and this never happen before. So, are they trying to say that we are lying about the keychain which cost only $30??? I know this aint gonna go anywhere or got resolved because they will Never-Ever admit that they steal it. I just wanna leave this review to get others attention and protect your items at all cost. I stayed in the hotel for 4 days on vacation. I didn't visit any attractions in the city. The resort had different activities every day, which was not boring at all. The canopy pool villa I booked was great, surrounded by jungle, and the air was good. There were many places to explore. The meals were rich, with local Vietnamese characteristics, and Western food could also be ordered. The hotel butler responded quickly and the service was thoughtful. It is suitable for parent-child vacations or vacations with the elderly.

We got a very relaxing holidays at this hotel. Room’s settings made you feel like at home, cozy and spacious with a pool. If you are looking for a quiet holiday retreat, it’s the perfect spot for you. Far away from the busy city. Location is perfect less than 10 minutes from airport without any noise as it’s a small airport. Check in is smooth and fast, within no time after you landed, you are already in your room or swimming at your pool. Daily Spa massage is professional, therapists are efficients and the whole area is well managed. You just need to contact them to book in advance your schedule during your stays as soon as you booked your room. Yoga’s place is in an amazing setting, yoga’s teachers need to improve their English skills. Gym place is ok. Can improve a bit more the setting. Breakfast a la carte at Breeze restaurant is nice and professional. But the breakfast at other restaurant call Fresh restaurant needs to be improved in terms of locals foods variety( very few local dishes to discover…) and services, sometimes can be hard to find a table or waiter to attend you, due to lacks of management. As the hotel is far away from city, no other options for dining around, we decided to stay and used all our meals at the hotel, which is fine for us as we don’t want to wandering around neither. But sometimes we feel it’s a bit limited, as there is only one restaurant is open most of the time and the Breeze restaurant is open only on weekends… and on Wednesday we have to opt for bbq dinner buffet and nothing else as the only restaurant is open for that bbq day, if you’re not keen on bbq, then you are free to go somewhere else to eat out of the hotel or stay in your room to order a la carte, which give us a feeling of being trapped. Kid’s club and activities have to improve, especially for kids above 6 years old. There is a farm but it’s about 20 minutes wandering and discovering are enough to spend there. Especially when it’s hot. Not much more to do. Same as spa, we can’t order a foot massage or anything for children below 16 years old. Even if it’s private order. Kind of limited for family with children, as this hotel is a resort. The Staff in general are courteous, friendly, smiling and have very good attitude. The surrounding areas and equipment are well maintained and clean. Buggies are available all the time to drive you from your room to others spots within the resort, they are friendly and thoughtful with guests. All in all, we do remember about the friendly hospitality of the staff at the hotel whom made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back again soon. Luxury hotel, everything is great. The villas are well equipped and newly renovated, the staff is friendly, breakfasts and dinners are super, high level. Good gym with fruits. Coconuts for breakfast - so simple and so cool. The pastries are magical. The only thing is that the beach is rocky, it turns out it's a backwater, there is no open sea. But there are fish and other inhabitants, take a mask. There is a SUP and a boat. The kids club is great. A really decent hotel.

I visited Nha Trang for my couple's first baby prenatal trip. The Anam Cam Ranh Resort impressed my couple a lot with its nice facilities, delicious meals, several swimming pools, and friendly service. In particular, “Nhat Uyen”, the receptionist I met when I checked in, checked me in on KakaoTalk messages every day about how I was doing and my room condition, and connected me with all the services I wanted to the best. Thanks to her, my two days at The Anam Resort had the best travel period. I will visit again next time. I recommend The Anam Cam Ranh to all travelers.

It's been open for just 10 days. I went there for a blind box. The facilities are new, the rooms are large, and the decor is standard. The pool has a long, winding rafting ride, which is quite fun. While the service is enthusiastic, there's still a lot of room for improvement. The staff aren't very experienced and need more training. For example, the wait time for CI was very long, the toilets in the lobby and pool lounge didn't have electricity, and we weren't allowed to charge our room bill to the restaurant because they said the system wasn't connected yet. The dishes were served but not on plates, and the juices didn't come with straws. Several staff members at the pool couldn't communicate in English, and I couldn't find a changing room to change into my swimsuit despite asking around. I need to especially commend the lobby manager who speaks some Chinese. He studied Chinese at the University of Jakarta and was very enthusiastic and experienced, and he apologized in various ways.

Been to a couple of hotels in Nha Trang, would say Amanian is the better one. Rooms are greatly designed, clean and comfortable bed, nice bathroom with hot water, you have all you need in the room. The hotel itself has a lot of guest due to its popularity, and probably because it might be the best option you get in Nha trang. Too many people which sometimes is quite annoying when you want a relaxing and quiet break. Cause some of the guest can be inconsiderate. There's 3 pools, all outdoor, it's too cold to use if you come in December because it will keep raining and the weather is too cold. But they are really beautiful. The beach and sand area is exceptional, very romantic listening to the sea. The breakfast is just above average, I wouldn't say it's excellent. However, a la carte menu is basic. All in all, it's worth the money. Would just avoid coming in December. (Again, there's too many guests)

The room was clean, but perhaps a bit old. The air conditioning wasn't very effective, and the floor creaked. There were lizard sounds from the small pool area that went on all night, making it hard to sleep. On the positive side: 1. Check-in was super easy; I just handed my passport to the staff and waited on the lobby sofa. 2. The staff member who helped me check in also escorted me to my room. My bag was heavy, and she insisted on carrying it all the way. Once inside, she meticulously explained all the room's features. Seeing her dedication, I genuinely offered her a tip, which she happily but firmly refused. I regret not getting her name; I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. 3. The island's scenery is absolutely stunning! The hotel's beach has incredibly fine sand, and the water is crystal clear. I could see sea fish and moray eels, and even sea urchins at night with just a little light!
