Four time staying and we absolutely love this hotel. From the moment you step outside the hotel you get service which is amazing. Breakfast spread is always top notch and rooms are always clean and great sleep. Highly recommend.

Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

Stayed here for my birthday in the private pool villa! It was surreal. My whole stay from the atmosphere to the kindness of the staff really made my stay extra special. The welcome fruits and coconut water were super refreshing and every single staff member starting at the reception desk for checking to the staff on the buggies helping me get to the room were very nice and welcoming.

The hotel includes tickets to Yas Island, which is good value for money. The breakfast is also quite rich. The interior decoration of the room is relatively simple and looks very clean. Unfortunately, the wash basin does not have a double basin, which is a little insufficient.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s likely one of the most affordable Four Season properties - yet the service is absolutely incredible and five stars! We stayed for two nights in layover on route to our baby moon. The room had a treat and acknowledgment of our babymoon. I had a massage at the spa which was great. The pool was nice and had good service (staff immediately brought some cold water in a cooler and there is sun screen available for guests). We are at the steak house one night which was also lovely. Overall I can say all of the staff were so helpful, friendly and professional and we felt so well taken care of. We liked the location as the hotel is attached to a nice mall. We were able to take regular taxi to some Tourist sites and that was easy and decent prices. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. Extra points for the extremely comfortable bed! Also the communication and assistance was great throughout the process.

Im lucky getting an amazing view in this hotel , beside all facilities that you can find on it , The size of the pool and beach is quite sufficient, specially if you have kids with you , all the rooms was really clean with smart gadgets to control the lights and curtains. The room dining experience was nice .

It is a hotel with an Asian background. There are not many East Asian guests. I am disappointed. I will not choose this hotel again next time. There are better options around the same location. The service is not good, mainly due to attitude. Because I paid the full amount for the Ctrip reservation, I stayed in Abu Dhabi for one night. I didn’t choose a deposit when I checked in. At 11 o’clock in the evening, there was a knock on the door, and then I entered the room by myself. I had to lock the minibar👎👎👎. There was a strange man in the room of a sleepy woman. To enter, call in advance? No, I was stunned on the spot. I complained immediately, but the front desk said that it was our hotel's routine policy to lock the minibar and knock on the door three times to enter the room. At that time I really thought... Rosewood, you have to think about the routine arrogance of your local employees. I know there is a Cleveland hospital next to you. You may have enough customers, and the environment next to it is also good. The restaurant downstairs in Rosewood Beijing has treated us well several times. I don’t know that these hotels with Hong Kong background are more unpleasant than hotels with Western background abroad. Why? Just ask the tall male employee who checked you in that day... Ctrip has tried its best to handle the complaint. Is it possible that Ctrip’s booking price is more suitable than other OTAs? I don't know, I think Rosewood shouldn't be like this. Then I don't know why. There are not many Rosewood hotels in the world. If there is one in Abu Dhabi, give it a try and you won’t do it next time. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs called Dai pai dong food stall. It is a hotel-related restaurant with a dragon at the door. To understand this name, I don’t understand Chinese culture... Rosewood does not feel like it is a serious business, or it is not interested in high-end products. There are misunderstandings about Chinese food… I found a Lebanese restaurant, Almayass, downstairs, as shown in the picture. It was very good, and it was full of locals who came out to eat at night. After a tiring day of visiting, my wife went to Rosewood and fell asleep. I went to eat, and something happened in the hotel room...
