Stayed here upon arrival late at night for a quick Savannah vacation. Seemed to be the best option after reading reviews here. It was fine, the free shuttle easy to find, the front desk friendly and helpful, the breakfast appreciated. There is also a ”Suite Shack” with snacks that you can microwave in your room if you missed dinner like we did. The outdoor pool looked nice but we had not time the next morning. The room was warm so we ran the fan all night which was not particularly quiet, though not because of outside noise. Probably my only real complaint is that the sheets felt old and worn, and we could have used more pillows, but for how late we arrived (midnight), we weren't going to start making special requests. Hired a rideshare to move to downtown Savannah the next morning.

This Hampton Inn is nothing special , but I don’t usually expect special when I ask for Hampton Inns for business travel . I expect predictable, reliable rooms and service. I expect to get loyalty credit for the nights I stay there. Traveler’s beware, THIS Hampton Inn will not allow you to have your loyalty number added to your reservation if it was booked through ******* or 3rd party booking service. I didn’t even know that was a thing g as every other Hampton inn I have stayed at never mentioned it or brought this up, but always recognized my gold loyalty status and gave me credit for the stay. Apparently the individual hotel can decline to do this to save themselves some money. I won’t be staying here again.
