Without question, the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed at. With our own private villa and private pool overlooking the ocean and Hong Island, we were literally in paradise for our stay. Being welcomed with an incredible view at the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the warmest of staff who were so helpful. Not just with things at the hotel but organizing airport transfers, day trips and anything else we needed. Krabi was great but Banyan Tree, Krabi was sensational. The breakfast buffet has absolutely everything you could wish for, including a make-your-own Bloody Mary/Mimosa station! The Saffron restaurant was exquisite with exceptional cocktails of which I had never heard of and the spa is something out of this world. The hotel looks, feels and even smells amazing every corner you turn. Lighting around the beach bar and beachfront: stunning. Day tour on a private longboat: stunning. Banyan Tree, Krabi: stunning.

This place is the ultimate heaven on earth. Of course, the room and facilities were incredible. I don't think I have to mention it here because it's very obvious in photos. But what perfects the experience here is the staff, especially a gentleman named Habib. Habib was our personal assistant for our stay. We have met a lot of great hospitality staff in different places, but he is by far the best person. The reasons are: A. He is a highly organised person. Any guests be lucky if Habib looks after them because he plans and manages your stay there thoroughly. He considers all the situations - your preference, the weather, and your whole trip schedule. Then he suggests the best options you can ever find in Krabi area and the resort. This saves a LOT of energy you would need on a trip such as googling, asking for local knowledge, decision making and stuff. With his assistance, you will have a total hassle, stress-free stay in this beautiful resort. B. Habib is also a very warm, gentle, sweet soul. Not only is he switched on, but also he is a great human. This might sound funny, but you will be able to tell how caring and gentle he is, even just by his buggy car driving skills (lol). There are so many things he offered to do and those are things we didn't even think of. Super impressive. If you're hesitating to book this place because of the price, don't be silly and just do it. It's so very worth it because it comes with a battery of complimentary perks. Warning: The rest of your holiday will be ruined after this place.

This is just a lovely place. From the rooms, the beaches, the service, the food, the landscaping: just about everything is perfect. The two of us stayed in Deluxe Pavilion 309; this had a nice view of the greenery around us from the 2nd floor large window. We preferred not to sit in the patio area on the 1st floor because of a lack of privacy. The two main beaches (Phranang and Railay) are both lovely, we preferred swimming in Phranang and walked on both of them, Phranang was about a 10 minute walk for us and Railay about a 5 minute walk. The walks through the property are just lovely, they have done a fantastic job of landscaping with all kind of tropical plants, but we also took advantage of the golf cart rides when it was raining. The breakfast (which is included) is served till 11 am and has a lot of nice a la carte and buffet style options. We didn't go the Grotto (did not look so special to us and seemed overpriced), but ate at the other two hotel restaurants: Krua Phranang and Raitalay Terrace; both were excellent (and had lovely views of the beach) and we also enjoyed the cocktails at the 4-6 pm happy hour at Raitalay Terrace. The swimming pool is lovely and also has a great veiw of Railay beach. The service at Rayavadee was just exceptional; we want to give a shout out to Joy, who was our server during breakfast, she was just fantastic. We were here during the off-season, the prices are a little lower, and while it did rain a fair amount when were here, we still got to the beach a couple of times a day. All in all, a fantastic stay, we will be back.

Good Place

I will book this hotel next time. Although it is remote, there is a kitchen. For Guangzhou people, the most important thing is to eat. Thai food is not too good, only do it yourself. There is a private swimming pool, and the surrounding area is quiet! Perfect for a complete holiday life!

We absoutely love this place. Service was fantastic. Front desk even offered chartered service to main shopping and food district. The greatest bonus was the front desk went out of their way to pick us up and back to hotel. Room was clean just that the toilet door had some slight issues that makes us afraid we might burst the glass door. Overall would totally recommend.

Departing from Phuket, AW's big boat + speedboat takes nearly 3 hours, passing through several scenic spots on Phi Phi Island. If the weather is good, it is pleasant to enjoy the sea breeze along the way. Email in advance to inform the time to go to the island, and the hotel staff will pick you up after arrival. The service is not bad. The overall environment of the hotel is pristine, and the beach 🏖️ and the sea water are very beautiful. The breakfast is also good, with few varieties but the taste is okay. I also enjoyed the beautiful sunrise 🌅 and the starry sky that cannot be seen in the city 🌃. There is a rocky beach at the entrance of the natural resort next to it, where you can snorkel. If you swim out, you can see a large school of fish, but because there is no coral, the overall underwater scenery is not good, but it is good to walk from the hotel. It is very close and enough for children. Go to the right along the beach after leaving the hotel. There is a food stall with delicious food. There are many boat bosses who take the business of snorkeling at sea. Generally, the long-tail boat charters 1600-1800 baht for 4 hours, which is a good price. Because it was my first time to go snorkeling, I chose the hotel's diving center for the sake of being conservative. The Italian guy who received us was very nice. The price was a bit expensive, but it was safe. The black guy who took us out to sea was also very good. He took the children to snorkel and said that they saw Nemo. The only drawback was that there were too many mosquitoes. Each leg was bitten by at least a dozen bags, which were very itchy, and the skin stress reaction would cause big lumps. I hope the hotel can have a solution here.

Very good hotel, not big in scale, but the service and environment are great. The breakfast is very rich. The beach is very charming. It should be the best beach area in Krabi except Lanta. Crabs are all over the beach. They are very big and not afraid of people. , the most satisfying hotel in this trip to Krabi

A complimentary room transfer service was also provided. **Common Areas:** The public areas are well-maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. **Room:** The room was large and spacious but visibly dated. It could benefit from a bathroom repaint and overall refreshing. The presence of a smart TV was good, although a larger screen would be preferable. The balcony surrounded by greenery was beautiful. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was good, though not extremely varied, it was still enjoyable. Having a barista for excellent coffees and cappuccinos instead of a machine would be a nice addition. **Location:** The location is generally good, close to many shops and restaurants. However, it is a bit far from Ao Nang Beach. Nonetheless, it is a lovely property surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxation. **Staff:** The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had an urgent need in the middle of the night, and an employee named Ron went above and beyond to assist us by going out to get what we needed. A big thank you especially to him. **Overall:** Overall, it's a beautiful property with a great atmosphere for relaxation. Despite some areas that could use updating, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with attentive staff. Highly recommended.
