On a business trip in Europe, I passed through Prague, Czech Republic, and chose to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel near Charles Bridge on the Vltava River. The hotel is great, old-fashioned traditional hotel style, exquisite rooms, excellent restaurant, serving breakfast, dinner and tea. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the famous Old Town Square. There are various types of power switches in hotel rooms, and it takes some time to figure them out.

The hotel room itself was better than expected for the low price (Block C). The breakfast is basically okay (increase is possible) - but: breakfast until 10 a.m. but the buffet was already cleared away at 9:15 a.m. while we were still having breakfast. When I asked about this, we were told that there is a second breakfast room and there is something else in it, we are welcome to continue having breakfast there (?). We only stayed in the hotel for one night and it was a disaster!! During the night, another guest from Block B across the street made a lot of noise from his open window, shouting and singing until about . 3am!! On the 2nd floor of Block C (below us) there were a lot of young people who imitated the one from Block B (including shouting duels between the blocks) and were terribly loud (screaming with the guy from Block B as well as singing, growling including a sound blaster on). Window. I also went to the reception during the night to complain, I was told there was security who would take care of it. But they remained invisible. I was able to successfully convince the young people myself at 2 a.m. to behave appropriately. The guest from Block C continued on its own but was no longer so audible through our closed window.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is very convenient to go to the ancient city of the castle, the staff has a strong sense of service, the four restaurants 🍴 The dining is also delicious, the supporting facilities are complete and new, the only thing that wants to vomit is that the bathroom door is leaking under the seal, so the bathroom is full of water. Very annoying 😑

We stayed on the last day of our honeymoon! Breakfast,, as rumored, was perfect and the male staff at the front desk was really kind. (Her hair was tied up) Check-in was at 3 o'clock, but they checked in before 1 o'clock and gave us a plate of fruit with chocolates on it with a congratulatory message for our honeymoon. The best,,,🥰 The front desk staff and the breakfast waiters knew how to translate long English sentences into English,, and showed them to us. It was touching. The room condition was also great. It was a little cramped, but it was comfortable enough to forget about it. I wish I had spent a little more money and upgraded. Next time I come, I'll have to stay for several nights. Anyway, I highly recommend it!

There is no elevator in the hotel, the luggage has been slammed upstairs, and the slate stairs are difficult to climb. There are fine iron armrests on the side. Sound insulation is not good, but fortunately there are not many people in winter. On the ground floor, the restaurant is more lively and open to 8:00 pm in the evening, and the open glass top is on the first floor. If the bed is super soft and sag, people will fall into the trap, and the sheets will be slightly creased and gray. There is a coffee machine in the room and there is no kettle. The location is very good, close to the scenic area. It can only be checked in at 2 o'clock, and the luggage is intimately locked into a small room. No lobby, not the kind of hotel in the traditional sense. Hot breakfast is served in the Western breakfast buffet. 2 nights near 2,800 RMB is not worth it.
