Our second visit to the Cipriani Hotel was nothing short of a dream come true. Just like our first stay, it effortlessly lived up to our cherished memories and lofty The view from our room, with the lagoon glistening under the early morning sun, was a sight to behold. It's a visual masterpiece that is etched in our minds forever. The rooms at Cipriani are nothing short of luxurious . However, what truly sets Cipriani apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff.The entire team, from the front desk to the housekeeping, exudes warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make your stay memorable. Every request is met with enthusiasm and a willingness to go above and beyond. It's the little things, like remembering your name and preferences, that make you feel truly valued as a guest.

What I am most satisfied with is the bedding and the public space is beautiful. Hotel room rates fluctuate a bit every day. Venice is all about walking anyway. We put necessary changes in our backpacks and sent our suitcases to the hotel. Wait until after 15:00 to check if there is a cheaper price. Or wherever you go, if you see a hotel you like, just stay in it. There are so many good new five-star hotels in Venice. You can try more!

For the first time staying at this hotel, the facilities are relatively simple, but the environment, service and hygiene are very good. Especially when I left the Apple X mobile phone at the hotel when I left the store, I remembered asking my daughter to contact the hotel before I boarded the plane. When I was transferring, the hotel told the mobile phone to find it. The key is that the photos I take on the trip are all on my phone, otherwise it will be a pity. We stayed here for 3 nights prior to cruise. Desk and concierge service were excellent. The room was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Location is perfect, just 1-2 blocks from St Mark’s Square yet in a quiet canal side location. Daily breakfast buffet was very good.

Everything is good, the location is quite good, there are boats to go out at the door, and live in a quiet place, no special noise at night. The only fly in the ointment is that the room is arranged on the first floor. The room next to the bar is a bit strange, but overall it is good! And the hotel restaurant is recommended by Michelin! Great

It is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the Government House and 5-8 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. There is a water bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, as well as a water taxi stop, which is very convenient to go to any island in Venice. Breakfast is average, but it is delicious. The hotel takes a water taxi to Venice Marco Polo Airport for 120 Euros.

Where to even begin? This hotel is stunning; the staff is lovely and helped us book fun excursions and restaurants; the rooms are unique, beautiful and the beds are unbelievably comfortable; the breakfast is delicious; we had one of the best meals of our trip at their restaurant and we are still dreaming about the orange foam on their signature cocktail. Needless to say, we fell in love with this hotel, then with Venice. And will be staying here when we are lucky enough to return to this magical city.
