"Hotel is good, although some unpleasant things happened during the stay, but they are very well solved, the hotel is very comfortable to live, the sea in Sabang is very clean, the beach is very good, it is good to take the children to the holiday, the breakfast variety of the hotel is too Less, tastes average, needs improvement, service is great! Facilities need to be maintained, always say very good hotel! Worth staying, the nearby underground river is worth experiencing"
"Breakfast is not buffet, but choose a variety of packages, a large amount, European and American and local, more authentic. You can select more than one. The hotel is located on the beach next to the boat in the underground river park. There is no road, only a lousy path past. It's not too far, but it's troublesome to drag your luggage. The accommodation was comfortable and quiet."
"We had a great stay at this resort this location is fantastic you can walk onto the beach or walk to the closest markets etc. very convenient. The restaurant from the resort was very expensive but food was cooked very well . Only thing that frustrated us was their room service and general services was very slow , hardly came to clean out our rooms properly. Nevertheless we still had a great time there beautiful weather and beaches was fantastic."

"A little disappointed, maybe the hope is too high. Foreign hotels check in at three in the afternoon, but you can usually get your room card at two o'clock. We asked at two in this hotel. At three o'clock, my attitude was better, but I also said that we had to wait another 45 minutes. I didn't get my room card by 4 p.m. After several negotiations, I finally got the room card for the second room at 4:50, and one got it until 5:45. The cold attitude at the front desk was chilling.     The whole hotel is not large, there is no beach, which may be the reason for ebb tide. There is still a long distance from the sea. It is really worthless for guests staying in water villas; there are not many rooms, the pool is not amazing, and the facilities in the room are acceptable, but It's strange that the towels, bath towels, and floor towels equipped every day are either less or less.     When dining in the restaurant, there was only one of our guests. The speed of serving was unbearable, and the dishes were a bit unacceptable. It is a SPA resort, but the SPA is small in size, the facilities are simple and shabby, the appointment is difficult, the service is acceptable, the price is not fair, 2500P for 90 minutes.     The overall service attitude is good, except for the front desk. But I learned that this is indeed the best hotel in Puerto Princesa. I miss my time at Hanna Hotel Bohol, although there are more Koreans around ..."
"It was the most resort-like resort in Palawan Princesa City. The garden is soothing and the atmosphere in the breakfast room is good. I reserved a basic room, but I think it will be a better memory for me to upgrade my water villa. If you are overbooked the basic room by the package travel agency, it seems to be so generous with the free traveler upgrade. The staff was so friendly and the tomatoes and basil in the resort were delicious pizza and the cream pasta was very smooth. If they are young, don't go far and go to Princesa Gardens. When you go out for a meal, you can ride the basic 100 pesos. After the first day, I stayed at the hotel for one night and night flight, so I added one more night and stayed three nights. It was so windy that I couldn't go to the sandbar. I checked out at 11:00 on the last night and went to the airport for 400 pesos. The downside is that I don't have a kids club. The landscaping manager just picked a coconut for me to drink! Best!!"
"It was good because it was close to the airport. I arrived early in the morning, and it was easy to move with a hotel pickup vehicle. He was kind. It was a bit difficult because there is a guarantee of the hotel, but you can pay by credit card! But it has not been canceled for over 2 weeks.. I swam every day during my stay. The best swimming pool! The hotel gave us welcome fruit and drinks. The bedroom was very clean and nice."

"We are checking out today after 4 nights here at Balai Princesa and every minute of our stay has been wonderful. Our whole family felt like this has been our home away from home. From the moment we had been greeted at the airport and brought here, every single member of their staff had made sure we are comfortable and made everything convenient for us. We sometimes feel like we’re long lost friends and family. I usually mention a few special members of the staff who have shown exceptional customer service, but for Balai Princesa literally every member of the staff has been exceptional: everyone from reception, F&B, housekeeping, and the spa. If I mention all their names, I would probably not have enough space left on this post. And my usual detailed breakdown is below: Room: spacious and very clean. The hotel had only opened in Jan2019 so it still feels new. The aircon is can be adjusted to your preferred temperature and you can choose to always come home to a cold room to relieve you of the heat and humidity outside. There is no tv in the room, but if you have a mobile device, then wifi is strong enough for you to watch Netflix before you go to sleep :) Bed: moderately firm mattress and pillows, just the way we like it. We had a goodnight sleep every time. Food: top-notch. Every single item on the menu that we tried had been delicious. Facilities: There are two jacuzzi tubs at the back for you to relax and while away time on a quiet early evening before heading to dinner. Then before heading off to bed, try the signature massage their spa and all those tight and sore muscles from walking and swimming will be relieved. Service: We could be singing high praises even long after we’ve left Balai Princesa. We’re a family of seasoned travelers and we all agree that their customer service is one of the best that we have ever experienced. They are really at the top of the charts. Over-all: Every traveler has their own style. If you are a traveler who prefers to stay downtown and within walking distance of shopping malls and the main street, then maybe this isn’t the place for you. For those who are looking for quiet and comfort and relaxation, stay here in Balai Princesa. You are guaranteed to feel refreshed and rejuvenated after your stay...and if ever you’re returning to Puerto Princesa, you’re surely going to want to come home to Balai Princesa again. "
"My family and I had an amazing stay! The staff greeted us when we walked in and made us feel like celebrities! Nice touch after a long day of traveling! We could tell we were going to have a nice stay when we walked in the door. The rooms are nicely decorated and VERY CLEAN. The staff was VERY accommodating! The staff always greeted with a smile..even in passing. We loved our stay here and this will be our hotel of choice when we come back. Thank you to the Balai Princesa staff for the warm reception and the Lilim Cafe waiters and cooks for the delicious breakfasts and meals! If we could give you a 10 star rating we would!"
"Breakfast: We took it away because we had to catch the plane. But the porridge we ordered was excellent. Location: The location of the hotel is relatively partial, it is recommended to buy some snacks in the taxi to the mall. Generally speaking, the theme is quiet. The service is warm and very meticulous. Each room has a free massage service, originally thought it was a full body massage, the result is a foot massage, full body massage should add 350p. In addition, the hotel has a public jacuzzi, which is very energetic, as well as a single sauna room, you can experience it. What is more terrible is that the room air conditioner is wall-mounted and the noise is very loud. In addition, the bath water is estimated to be about 35 degrees, this experience is very bad."

"Very beautiful and very atmospheric hotel, quiet, cozy, I heard this hotel recommended by Lonely Planet. The front desk is really very serious about asking your needs, the waiter will help you take your luggage to the room, they will enter the room with slippers, and then carefully explain to you how to use the facilities, and the time of the hotel, the evening will be Mosquito coils are placed at the door of each room, and the lamp is soft and full of artistic conception. The room is large, the facilities are complete and practical, the electric fan is equipped with air conditioning too cool, the Sprite Coke in the refrigerator is 4 cans, hahaha, the room is very clean, can be barefoot, the bathroom hygiene and decoration standards are very high, I personally ask for the bathroom Very high, this hotel is satisfied, the room is equipped with a small garden, there are tables and chairs in the garden and hammocks, each room has a hammock at the door, very comfortable, the hotel is like in the forest, the pool is not big, because The number of rooms is not much, the main experience is exquisite, the breakfast is mainly American and continental breakfast, although it is not used to eating, but it is really authentic, there are still many people dining at the restaurant in the evening, everyone chats with the sky, the atmosphere is really very Affection~ I have a van delivered to the airport all day. The driver is very caring. I will definitely stay again. The boss has been chatting with me for a long time. The boss is a foreigner. I am here to open this store with my friends. It is so good~ Recommend this hotel, it is worth the experience!"
"Awesome place! Very relaxing. Stress free environment. Out standing staff. Ready to help and accommodate your wishes. They booked a couple of tour for us, and had our breakfast made ready before we departed. Before they opened for breakfast. Very tasty fresh press coffee served in the morning. Relaxing lounge for that afternoon cocktail or beer. Tasty food and great pizza. Each room has a hammock to lounge away and read. In the middle of the city not far from center. But, you feel like a million miles away in lush gardens. Thank you Hibiscus Garden Inn. We will return."
"We stayed here twice and both times had a excellent stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The setting is so peaceful and quiet considering its location in a busy town. The swimming pool is great to cool down with a cold beer. The food is excellent but the best point of this hotel is the staff who are so friendly and helpful. We think the best place to stay in Puerto Princesa Thank you!!!"

"I stayed for two days and two days for breakfast. It ’s OK to have a different buffet breakfast. Everyone can buy as expensive a room type as possible because many room types ca n’t see the sea. I can only see the green field and live here all day. Is there a place where you can walk? Most of the foreigners are Koreans. I stayed for two days when I ate and met two Chinese girls. Everyone does n’t swim very much. They bask in the sun by the pool. I suggest you take more times. The restaurant is only responsible for free breakfast. You can pay for ordering at other times. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to pick up guests from Robinson and wait at the Palawan cafe. The waiting time is 1:30. It is best to call the hotel first so the driver will find you and wait for you. Everyone has fun"
"Great, great, great, staff. They made everything so easy and any questions I had they were sure to answer. Pool is nice with a spectacular view. The breakfast was delicious. My room was what I expected and housecleaning always kept my room in order. WiFi is okay but I was only able to get it when I was in my room. My only con was the bathroom shower, it did not look clean and there was black spots around the shower. (Mold?) Besides that the location and service is great, thank you guys what a relaxing stay. "
"Hotel location is good, but because there is no garbage dumping point, no one cleans the room for three days and accumulates a little more... The washing equipment in the room is not complete, if you can remind the guests to bring their own better. The homeowner's service attitude is very good, many problems can be solved in time, or very happy"

The la casa aitor provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The la casa aitor is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Puerto Princesa. From the hotel, Puerto Princesa International Airport is just 8km away. With multiple attractions nearby including Palawan Butterfly Garden, Palawan Butterfly Ecological Garden and Tribal Village and Kuyba Almoneca Meditation Garden, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.

This trip is the most comfortable trip I personally feel. Of course, it depends on what kind of mentality is going on. The holiday is just to relax and relax. Breakfast can be included directly in the room rate when booking, there are many varieties. The independent beaches are really nice. The pool can also be small, but it's easy to see the beauty. The key service is very good. I really say hello when I meet. In addition, I have to say that hygiene is done very carefully. Maybe the whole nation is like this. From the airport to the hotel, it feels like hygiene is doing well. Of course, the biggest thing is that the price is close to the people. Although it is higher than the outside, but 7000 Philippine coins can be island hopping all day, can't you accept it?

Location was okay, pretty far from the mall, or the center, but there is a small terminal of trycycles just right outside the hotel, which you can get for 100 pesos per ride... for me that is pretty expensive, so i suggest if you know how to ride a motorcycle, then hire one... Deep forest is under renovation, so some of the area have some construction on going, but I see no harm in there... Wine cellar is really a nice place to visit there you can feel the vibes, for me I am not a wine enthusiasts but I enjoyed my 10 mins. stay there... you can also dine in there.. Pool was okay, you will be lucky if there are no other residers there, it has a mini bar located right in the pool, but there is no bartender hehe. Btw, I suggest/recommend you to buy beers outside the hotel... you can bring them inside without corkage, anyways, beer inside the hotel was not that expensive though... about the amenities, hot shower inside the room was running okay, though you can see it is pretty old, but it works fine.. I have no problem with the ac... tv.. works good with cable signal, One thing you should note... wifi inside room was not that great.. it disconnects, or sometimes it connects but weak signal, wifi outside the room works good.. Staffs were really approachable specially the front office desks... Overall I enjoyed my stay...

Between the main bus station and the airport in a quiet area, and only a 100 peso ride from the airport. A 20 minute walk from a large shopping mall. The whole place is very clean and nice, with comfortable sun beds by a large clean swimming pool. Room is comfortable and clean, with good aircon and linens. Shower pretty powerful. Excellent WiFi. Outside areas with small Gym, bar and food area. This place doesn't accept credit cards, wants a 2000 peso cash deposit and you can't check into your room a minute before the 2pm deadline. Also no check out flexibility, or use of the pool after check out which they will charge for. Room fridge full of expensive drinks, but there is a shop a 2 minute walk away where you can buy soft drinks and use the room fridge to keep them cool. Breakfast is adequate and basic, but good value in terms of the overall price.  Overall very good value and i would highly recommend.

Their google map listing the Free Breakfast is written in 2 places. At check in we were told no. Anyway it was just an overnight stay to catch a morning flight. They are near the airport, a 2 minute free shuttle that runs every hour. Hotel mainly geared for Chinese travelers. Room was clean enough but small. Bedside electric sockets. Bed ok. Pillows not so much. Summary: ok for overnight stay for the airport.

We were supposed to stay here two nights, but because of the corona virus had to cut our stay short. Good location, close to the highway, which also means street noise during most of the night. Robinson shopping centre across the street with lots of restaurants, fast food, money changers, supermarket, etc. Hotel was ok. Small lobby, friendly staff (they checked on travel restrictions and cancelled some of our upcoming reservations). Our room was on the second floor. No elevator, no staff to help us with the luggage. Large room with a/c, good lighting levels and wifi. No safe in room, however, here was a fridge. Free water. Curtains were ripped and there still was a pill from a previous occupant on the floor, which was not cleaned up the next day. Good water pressure and hot water, however, low lighting levels in bathroom. Large outside pool, but even after cleaning the pool did not look clean with elements of foam on the water. Breakfast was disappointing, coffee was good and omelet decent. Rest of the food did not look appetizing and food was mainly cold. Would not stay there again.
