"A perfect hotel experience. It has greatly improved my impression on the service of the Europeans. It's not necessary to talk more about the location of the hotel and its facilities. The highlight is that the service is wonderful. There is a spectrum restaurant downstairs, which is of two Michelin stars and the dishes are novel. It is recommended to have a try." "The best hotel in Amsterdam, and the most satisfying one in my 21-day journey in Europe. The location of the hotel is great. It has greatly improved my impression on the service in Europe. The restaurant downstairs is of Michelin two stars, which needs an earlier reservation." "Very good, at first I found that the bed was not clean, the waiter immediately apologized and changed to a larger suite. There is a tulip garden"
"Awesome, location is invincible, you have to buy something to walk within 5 minutes to buy. Very new hotel, the whole hotel is less than 20 rooms, people are not mixed, the lights can be magical. The 2018ams hotel is topped. I will come back next time." "Stay in the tower suite, retest, new hotel, intelligent system is great, good service, recommended! It is not very good parking." "The price is definitely the first in Amsterdam. The room is better than Waldorf."

"This hotel is awesome. The loft house I chose to live in is full of high-tech sinks. There is a TV in the mirror. I can use the whole hotel. It is like a museum full of literary atmosphere. When a gentleman leads me to visit the hotel. And the history of the hotel was first explained by a bank and later became a conservatory. The hotel was renamed as the current hotel. The location is especially great. The National Museum Van Gogh Museum walks for 5 minutes. It has a great seafood walk 2 minutes back to the room and finds the bed to help sleep. The fragrance spray and the weather conditions of the next day will be especially intimate and will choose this hotel." "The breakfast is very good. It is very close to the Van Gogh National Museum. The service is very good. The ticket to help you buy the museum is that the duplex type is not like the stairs. Cost-effective" "Breakfast is great, very ceremonial, quiet hotel, parking lot, and can rent a bicycle to go around the street"

"Breakfast 7-11 is available for four hours. The quality is superb. In addition to the independent meals, you can order a dozen cooked breakfasts. Every day you can enjoy the lunch and save it for lunch. The location is great, 10 minutes walk from the red light district, 5 minutes walk from the light rail station, and a commercial street." "Very good location" "Great for travel"
"Super five-star hotel, take a free ferry from Central Station 10 minutes to the North Shore, enter the NDSM Art District, 10 minutes to the hotel, a total of only three rooms, are independent, very refined and comfortable, super vision. From the top to the top of the night, you can take photos on the tower crane, which is very exciting, the only crane hotel in the world."

"This was our second stay at this old established hotel located on the Amstel River. We stayed for 4 nights. It is not in the center of town but most Amsterdam sites are within walking distance. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. We had a large room with a king sized bed overlooking the River. You can never get tired of the view. The bed was comfortable but the duvet cover was a little warm for a May stay. The room had a club chair which definitely needed new pillow stuffing and a desk chair. The room was large and a second club chair would have been nice. We had 2 closets, a large tv and plenty of drawer space. The bathroom was also quite large with a separate shower and bath and a separate toilet room. The towels were large and soft. There is a makeup mirror but it is not lighted. There was only a charging outlet on one side of the bed and at the desk. There is no USB port. The lobby is large, grand and beautiful but just as in the room and the elevator the dark wood floors, doors, etc. need some tender loving care. Breakfast is served in a room which is almost River level and just a lovely setting. The buffet is ok…nothing special, and the menu is fine. I liked the French toast the best. The serving staff is efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel." "This hotel is old school beautiful. Incredible location with friendly, helpful staff. One of the nicest rooms I’ve had anywhere. So why rating of # 3? Two beautiful bars. Not ever open. In fact, they seemed incredulous when asked when it might open or why it does not. Everything is incredibly expensive here. 50$ for a tiny bottle of vodka in the room. The 30$ breakfast produced three wrong orders out of four. The waffle was tiny and the eggs were just destroyed. I’m guessing Covid slaughtered their staff. But, that does not excuse outrageous prices for bad food and bad service. Oh and by the way, we were gone 7 hours and housekeeping was not done till we phoned them. The desk people and servers in the restaurants are wonderfully friendly. Just not a full service hotel, for any amenities." "I stayed at the Amstel in 2021 for a special celebration. The staff went absolutely above and beyond and the building and rooms are stunning. On-site breakfast was lovely and the rooms are very cozy, especially the bathroom. I love the character of each room and have recommended this hotel to others. Will definitely be back. Dankjewel for a great stay!"
"Hotel is located in a very convenient location, only 2 minutes to the Red District and 5 minutes to the shopping Center. There is a very famous cafe just right next to the hotel. Lots of options at the hotel breakfast with excellent service. The oysters at the hotel restaurant are highly recommended. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. I left my two pairs of diamond earrings at the hotel safe after a week's stay. They helped me find them and poster them back to me in HK. I will definitely return to this hotel next time when I am in Amsterdam. The hotel's location is two minutes from the red light district. Another downtown shopping mall is five minutes away. Amsterdam's famous coffee shop is right next door. Early mornings are plentiful and the service is good. The oysters in the hall are delicious. I stayed for a week and left my two pairs of diamond earrings in the hotel safe. After returning to Hong Kong, contact the hotel. The hotel helped me find the earrings and sent them to my Hong Kong address. The earrings are intact. Thank you very much." "Very old hotel with a changed house. Service is average, not a luxury hotel service. The location is particularly good, and it is very convenient to go out. I will consider staying next time. In addition, to call the car back to the hotel at night, you must call the hotel front desk, and there are roadblocks." "Super good experience! Will definitely stay again next time, location, service are very good 👍"
"The location is good, the environment is beautiful, the accommodation is quiet, the most important thing is to enjoy the excellent service. In the room, there is an extra L'Occitane small suit and welcome champagne in each room. The lobby is small but luxurious, the dessert bar Champagne, fruit, yoghurt and desserts seem to be free for 24 hours, breakfast is very good, friends are very satisfied, walking to Dam Square shopping and eating in Chinatown is only a few minutes away, it is the best hotel we have traveled all the way." "Nice hotel. The room layout is reasonable. Large, the window is the canal. It is not a central air conditioner. Breakfast is orderly, it looks very high and things are good. Water, coffee, snacks and fruit are free in the lobby. The doorman has a golden key." "Everything is good, the price is too expensive, it is estimated that there is no room type, gave a parent-child room"
"Breitner House is a unique, warm, and luxurious experience. This boutique hotel has only two independent beautifully appointed suites, which is a definite benefit now. The setting is as if you were living in an art gallery with carefully chosen artwork, furniture, and lovely objets d’art. Added to the engaging setting are the complimentary coffees, wines, candies, and fruits making your visit feel like visiting a private, lovely country house. The warmth of the hosting also gives a comforting feel to it all. You can be as private or as social as you wish and any question or need was very nicely handled. And the breakfasts are gourmet level. Camilla provides a wide variety of cold cuts, cheeses, jams, chutneys, fresh fruit and juices, yoghurt, dips, pastries and breads that are very high quality. In addition, the warm entrees vary and each and every one was delicious. I don’t know how she does it. The sparkling wine offered with breakfast just added to an already special experience. The coffee was excellent and the latte/espresso was very much enjoyed by my husband. In fact, after breakfast I was ready to lounge in the spa-like bathroom in our suite. We traveled with our daughter and so had both suites. Frankly, I had a hard time choosing ours. Hers had a well designed bathroom with a shower and the fireplace in her room made our winter visit feel very cosy. They are both large and well lit with sitting areas and she didn’t even use the front room adjacent to her sitting room. Ours had a large living area with a sofa to sink into as well as another beautiful ceramic tile bathroom with shower and separate tub with heated floors. It was such a comfort to come back to the house after long days walking, sightseeing, and Ubering around Amsterdam, sometimes in the rain. Either suite is an excellent choice. We felt privileged to visit Breitner House and although we have stayed in amazing boutique hotels, top Kyoto ryokans, and large hotels, it was a peak quality experience for all of us." "We stayed with Camilla for two nights 9 & 10 July 2019 - what a wonderful hostess! We can't thank Camilla enough for having us to stay and making the start of our holiday so special. The rooms are amazing, the breakfasts outstanding. We simply loved our time here and nothing was too much trouble for Camilla. Everything is close by and Breitner House is very central to everything. We would recommend anyone to stay here if you want something special and different." "Many of us travel in order to have unique experiences. So skip the big hotels and book a stay at the Breitner House. It is a place you will not forget. It is the vision and dream of Camilla and she will bring you right into that dream. We are vegan and she was completely accommodating with festive dynamic breakfasts every morning. Since there are only two rooms in the B&B she is able to take care of you very well."

The location is opposite the Eurostar train station, and the tram station is also in front of the train station, which is very convenient for the free traveller. The room is large, very comfortable and very clean. There is still a large bed with a large sofa bed. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic to help carry luggage to the room. The breakfast at the hotel is also very rich and very delicious.
It's high-ended. The hotel is along the river and close to the red light district. It has a special sense of history. You can feel Amsterdam in different ways every day. You can have a good sleep, and the room is full of artistic sense.
I have lived in other NHs and the impressions are quite good. This time, I have specially set up three people to increase the room. When I enter the room, I am very disappointed. Isn't this our seven-day hotel chain in China? It’s still awkward than Hanting’s ~275 Euro~ probably because of the disappointment of Giethoorn during the day, because of the disappointment of this nh hotel, I was most disappointed with the European trip to Amsterdam, and I don’t want to go anymore.
The handsome guy arrived at the hotel before 12 o'clock to help upgrade and checked in, nearby subway station / train station amsterdam rai, 8 subways from Amsterdam central Station, about 15 minutes from 2 trains from Schiphol Airport, convenient transportation, amstelpark free park opposite And amstel river can see the local people's love for running, cycling, kayaking, it is great for vacation and leisure stay!
In Amsterdam, it is basically by public tram or train. The hotel is about ten minutes away from the station. It is not far from VUmc. It is convenient to travel. The downstairs of the hotel is a large shopping mall. The supermarket shopping mall should have it. Stay in the purse carefully; breakfast is good, western breakfast, bread, ham, eggs, yogurt, drinks are complete; the room is big enough, the key is the apartment, you can cook your own meals, complete tableware, buy some oil in the supermarket downstairs, buy each Planting vegetables is very satisfying. Western food is much more eaten. It is great to eat some rice! The hotel is relatively new, the service is in place! Overall feeling very good
The location of the hotel is relatively convenient, the park is very quiet and the environment is good, and it is very comfortable to run in the morning! 2 minutes walk from the bus stop is convenient to the bus stop! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are clean and tidy, the hotel can be parked downstairs, and there are public paid parking spaces at the hotel entrance! The top floor of the hotel is nice!
Great location! Donkey Republic rental bicycles are located right next to the hotel - very convenient if you need to drive to the center.
There were no slippers, toothbrush or paste in the room.
The breakfasts are delicious :) a large selection of dishes.
My room had a beautiful view of the river.
The hotel front desk is beautifully furnished. But talking at the front desk felt irresponsible. The previous night told me that I needed to go to the airport shuttle bus and told them five minutes before using it. As a result, the next morning I said there was no shuttle bus. If you call taxi, you can get it for 45 euros, so we called taxi. As a result, the driver charged us 70 euros according to the price list. I did n’t know the 45 euro agreement

This is my second time to stay at Generator !!! Last time I stayed at the dorm room, it was really nice and clean, even the bathroom is so brightly! This time I choosing the private room, honestly dorm room feels better, as they don’t provide the amenities, which a bit disappointed. But overall everything was great !
this hotel is good for, service, price, clean...just a walk for 10 minutes subway station ( line. 51 Armstelsweeg ??? )
15 minutes from Central station, 10 minutes from Sloterdijik ) between 2 big station in Armsterdam
