This hotel is located in the town of radium. The visual inspection should be the best in the town. The environment and supporting facilities are quite complete. The parking pool, gym, self-service laundry and meeting rooms are all available. The front desk is very friendly. The entrance is self-service. Coffee and boiling water, but there is no water dispenser in the room. The hotel is connected to a restaurant next door, available for breakfast and dinner, and the price is ok. It takes about one and a half hours to drive to Banff and three hours to Calgary. If you need to buy something in the city and buy it in advance, it will be very troublesome. The town supermarket can buy very limited. In addition, the hotel is next to the gas station, very convenient.

The location is very good, the facilities are complete, two restaurants next to the hotel, one Chinese meal is recommended to meet the stomach of the Chinese people for dinner, a Western breakfast can be, luck is good to see the fog in the morning valley, like a fairyland, and there will be wild animals Walk on the street.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Kanata in Invermere. The rooms are immaculate, amenities plentiful,towels and bedding white soft and inviting! The front desk staff go above & beyond and make you feel like your at home not at a hotel. The General Manager is welcoming and knowledgeable about what to do around the area. Can't wait to come back in September Thank you 😊

We had a miscommunication on our booking. It happens, no big deal. What caused my one star rating was the way in which management dealt with the misunderstanding. The manager approached me and dressed me down as if I was a child. The front desk staff member seemed more interested in escalating the situation than listening to understand. I had to work really hard for the opportunity to speak. Customer service can be a differentiator, particularly if businesses know how to deal with situations when they don't go as planned. Try stating the problem and then just listening. Always ask questions over making accusations and give the benefit of the doubt. It can make the difference between a 5 start review and 1 star. On a positive note, Atelyn, the other front desk clerk was delightful! Janine and the Rocky River Grill was excellent (and the food was delish!).

We usually stay in Marriott or Hilton suites but choices were limited in Radium. The reviews looked good so reserved a room. We were pleasantly surprised. They did a great job with the interior. Quality bedding and towels, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, upgraded faucets, cabinets and lights. Spotlessly clean as well. We were very comfortable there. The best part was that I left my Apple Watch in the room and they sent it to me free of charge. Don’t think you can do any better than this motel in Radium. You won’t be disappointed.

Recently renovated wonderful motel accommodations. Had the King suite room which has 1 king bed in the main part of the room and a double in a separate part of the room, great for our young children. Had all amenities you would want or need. Will definitely look to stay again when in the area.

I've been here a couple times now with family and friends and highly recommend it to anyone. The property and buildings are very well maintained with recent updates and it shows the pride in ownership the owners have. The rooms have been spotless both times we've been here and the newer beds are very comfortable. They have an awesome Belgian waffle breakfast that's free every morning in a suite beside the office that's been converted to tables and seating. The waffles are VERY good! Short walking distance to restaurants and stores. Highly Recommended!! From$80
