"Please ask Ctrip to know the price of taxi from the airport in advance, and the reply is 20 euros. Check with the airport taxi driver when you get on the bus. The price is 150 local currency. When I arrived at the apartment, the driver misrepresented me for 250. When I was arguing with the driver, the apartment attendant came. I said that I consulted you in advance and said it was 20 Euros. The attendant actually said that it is the price from the hotel to the airport. The airport is more expensive. The impression of this place was worse at that time! The room is located on the fifth floor of an old apartment, which is said to be 80 years old. The whole building is for tourists. The corridor is dark, so you have to find the switch yourself. After entering the door, the waiter asked to swipe his card and took a calculator like stuff. Due to the previous experience of being corrupted, we still paid cash. When I came back at night, I found that the door of the small balcony could not be locked. Looking for a waiter, I didn't say that I would come, I contacted Ctrip, and finally came! After it was locked, a small gift of 8 euros was given to the waiter. The toilet is not strong enough, and the paper is always there. The rooms are like old-fashioned apartments in Shanghai, with a lot of furnishings by the previous owner. The room is quite dark, if we can cancel the reservation, we won't live for a day! The service is completely absent, check-in and check-out must be booked in advance. In the design of one bedroom and two halls, a bed is added to the living room."

After booking the hotel for an hour, I replied that I didn't book it. I went to the hotel to re-book, and the price went up to 200. It is 800 meters away from the city center. I don't know which city center I am talking about. Anyway, I walked to Shangcheng District for almost half an hour. There is a parking lot downstairs, and less than one day, it received 17 euros. There is another tax, and a total of 150 euros is paid in one night. The room is large and there is a small round table. There is free water and slippers. The socket is placed properly and there is on the table. There is a bed. 1 m 8 large double bed, very soft, softer pillows, negligible height. There is a hot water bottle, a coffee bag and a refrigerator. Wi-Fi has a good speed. There is a swimming pool and a gym, all of which can be used. In the video is the cable car between the upper and lower city

This review is just for the restaurant which doesn't have a separate Trip Advisor page from the hotel so I apologize to the hotel for the one star. I visited Zagreb in October and did some research on hotels and restaurants before my stay. I came across Le Premier and saw some reviews about the Italian chef Stefano Cosattini having earned a Michelin star in the past on two separate occasions but I couldn't find any information as to when and where that was. I was therefore surprised to see that his restaurant wasn't even mentioned in the Michelin Guide. However, I read what he had written on the hotel's website and thought that I could have a nice experience there. I was really hesitating and thought that if I didn't go there I would regret it but I never thought I would regret if I did go there. I walked into a nearly empty restaurant on a Friday evening. The waiter told me a group of people had just left. Some tables had obviously been removed probably because of the Covid crisis and the restaurant just seemed empty. There was a French couple there who were staying at the hotel and the man was arguing non-stop with the waitress then with the restaurant manager and ended up walking out. I would have left myself as I didn't fancy being in a completely empty restaurant all by myself but by then it was 9pm and I wasn't sure I would get a table elsewhere so I decided to stay. The waitress and restaurant manager went off duty so it was just me and the waiter Nikola as the hotel was completely dead apart from the receptionist. As I had overheard that some dishes weren't available, I decided to make things easy on the chef and told Nikola I would have the tasting menu. I was expecting something worthy of a Michelin star but although the food was good it definitely wasn't special enough to deserve a star and as mentioned it wasn't even in the Michelin guide which is not a good sign. I just felt like the chef couldn't even be bothered to make an effort since he was cooking for just me. Since I was there alone, I expected the supposedly friendly chef to come out and have a chat with me but he didn't. I asked the waiter if the chef was shy and he said he wasn't. I asked the waiter to give me a note of what I was eating and he came back to say the chef wanted to know why! Honestly, what a stupid question! It's quite normal to want to know what you're eating! I got the handwritten menu and that would have been the opportunity for the chef to come out and have a chat but he still didn't come out then Nikola told me had left which I thought was downright rude. Luckily Nikola was very friendly. I got him to turn off the horrible elevator music that was playing and asked him to choose some Croatian songs on my iPhone so I could discover some Croatian singers. I can recommend Gibonni and Oliver Dragojević. The next day I went to Zagreb's only one star Michelin restaurant called Noel and since I was staying at the Esplanade I went to

The hotel is relatively new, after the industrial wind. The rooms are large and the layout is simple. There is an ice machine on each floor. Parking in the basement requires additional payment. Breakfast is good, Croatian breakfast, lots of grilled vegetables, slightly less bread. Staying at the hotel will receive local chocolate, not bad. The hotel service is very good, we let the front desk recommend the restaurant, the taste and the environment are very good. The location is near the train station, but it is definitely noisy. You can choose to walk or take the tram by going to the city. The traffic is very convenient.

The hotel is not bad, no photos of the hotel, only the surrounding area. The breakfast is pure Western style. The room was small and could not accommodate an extra bed. Our child was 10 years old and it was not bad to stay overnight. There is a fountain square about 200 meters out of the hotel location, and it will be very comfortable to sit in the evening. There is also an Asian restaurant. After spending half a month in Croatia, we came back and had an authentic Chinese meal in this restaurant.

Breakfast room was kept clean and buffet breakfast was very tasty too, however I could do with a bit of fresh tomato, fruit. Location was not too bad. Around 10-15 min walk to the main square. We were overwhelmed with the space, design and comfort of this little home. The hosts were like family from the first minute till we left. The proximity to downtown ( less than 10 min walk) made our visits n dropping home so easy. The big windows brought in the gorgeous sun light in the space. Though in a Main Street, it was utterly quiet. Zagreb is a safe place to visit and a heaven for the foodies and party sceners!! Once you come here, you will always return. Thanks Doma team for all your kindness. ❤️

Location is absolutely perfect, doesn't matter if you arrive by train, bus or airplane. You can also walk to the city center. Have some bakerys and restaurants close. Everything was clean , which is nowdays very important. Rooms were equiped with all you can need. Style is it old fashioned , remembered me on my parents flat in 90ies. But somehow charming. Unfortunately , staff was ...lets say , not realy interested in that what they do. Professional, yes. But not even a trace of friendly smile. Maybe the problem is that i next day in another hotel and city experienced something very different and now expecting everyone working in hitels the same. Breakfast was OK, only the coffee didn't deserved that name. All in all, was OK.
