This hotel does everything a Hampton should, although we found the staff exceedingly courteous! A good location, although let's face it, Bismarck isn't that big of a city. Typical Hampton breakfasts but yet again, the staff for breakfast (usually one person) was extremely good at keeping things clean. We spent 3 nights here exploring Bismarck and location worked out well. It's nice that they have a refrigerator and microwave in the room as a lot of the higher priced hotels do not. We also had problems with the tv. It appears that some people bring their laptops to stream what they want. I'm not one to worry about what I might be missing on tv when I'm on vacation. But we couldn't even figure out where the guide was to see what was available and I don't need my partner flipping through a multitude of channels.

This met the Hampton Inn standard and then some. A comfortable bed, great shower, good breakfast. Check in was easy with the Hilton app, so we used a digital key. We had a good night’s sleep. Our only complaint was that, after we got into bed and wanted to turn on the TV, there was no remote to be found. We turned it on manually rather than call the desk for a remote, as we didn’t want to get dressed to greet someone bring a replacement. We saw the football game we wanted, and the desk was apologetic in the morning. No big deal. We would definitely use this hotel again if ever we are in Bismarck.
